The walk from the car park is ten minutes at a normal walking pace. Fairly uneven ground in places with lots of dog feces left around. Tide and Time is very tired looking and in need of a lot of TLC. The exterior was very dirty looking with flaking paint, algae and moss. There are bits of old fence. pipes, rusty old chairs and general old garden rubbish dumped beside the property and a dilapidated old shed next door literally falling apart.The deck is treacherous, very slippy and broken in places. We fell on four occasions during our stay with me ending up in the river once. We went inside and the place was literally swarming with flies. very few lights worked, the toilet unusable as they had not emptied the septic tank, the microwave not working, dishwasher not usable, dirty cups and plates in the cupboard and cutlery also filthy. The sofa's have stains on them and there was no parking permit. Extremely disappointed with this property and would strongly advise against staying here.

Excellent stay, very remote and peacefull. Good fishing. We did manage to coax a boater to take our baggage to the property, as it is a fair distance from the car park. Would go again.

Time and tide is in a lovely position on the end of the line of riverside properties, so feels secluded. The walk from the car park isn’t arduous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the views out over the river and the fields behind. The house is right on the end so it feels very secluded.

We loved staying at this cabin - brilliant location, very peaceful and lovely setting by the water. Lots to see close by, on the broads and around the coast.

Beautiful location on the broads but the property requires a bit of a refresh as the bedding, towels etc were old and not very fresh. No dishwasher tablets left and we booked the place so we wouldn’t have to wash up during our stay. Pots and pans in the kitchen are also very old and not pleasant to cook with. Location was the only plus point for the price paid

Such a beautiful spot for a relaxing few days. The mattress in the main bedroom definitely needs replacing though.

If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful, wildlife watching, fishing holiday then book this absolute beauty. If it wasn't for the kids it would of been even more relaxing, ha! Amazing pike fishing including a whopper of 25.5lb. Along with Kingfishers, Cranes, Comerants, Otters, Buzzards, Kestrels and the very cheeky swans. Thanks so much for such a magical stay. The cleanliness of this property needs to be of a higher standard The location is great There is no fishing tackle storage Midges are fierce could do with repellant included in case guests don’t realise

We spent a relaxing, happy week in this cosy property on the River Thurne and despite inclement weather, we came away feeling really chilled. Please note that the loo is linked to a sceptic tank and that you are reliant on the previous guests &/or cleaner to signal that this needs clearing out!! In our case, sadly, this had not been sorted, but luckily it was a Tuesday and all was ok within an hour.

This is a beautiful property, exceptionally well equipped with the most relaxing atmosphere. Incredible wildlife, even otters! Lovely deck to watch the boats go by. Very easy to hire a boat for the day but you do need to be able to walk quite a bit.

We had a wonderful holiday at Tide and Time, the location is perfect for a very relaxing break, surrounded by beautiful countryside and watching the wildlfe and boats on the river. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.
