This 1-bedroom apartment is spacious and equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Brighton & Hove. Near Western Road and its abundance of shops, restaurants and bars/pubs; close to many different parks if you fancy a bit of greenery and only a short stroll to the seafront, you will not run out of things to do and places to explore!

All of the beds are made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels, as well as guest toiletries.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal: cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. We also provide all the essential amnesties for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics. A microwave is also available for your convenience.

BATHROOM:
Full bathroom with toilet. Feel fresh with a shower or enjoy a relaxing bath. Guest toiletries are provided too.

Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

PARKING
Parking can be difficult and expensive all over the city so we’d recommend getting the train wherever possible. If you do need to park, there are pay & display bays in the area, (please check local signs as price may vary), and several car parks. The best value option nearby being the Norton Road car park in Hove which is around £6/day.

Travel cot and high chair available on advance request for £20 per stay.
This apartment is on the lower ground so access is via some steps, (around 10).

Great stay and location! Safe neighborhood and a block from the beach. a short 10-15 minute from the mall and downtown. Would stay again.

An immaculately clean, newly refurbished, quiet and comfortable space. We have high standards and they were met. Kitchenware and oven looked barely used. Good size fridge and freezer for 2 ppl. Minutes away from sea front. Local cafés restaurants and grocery store. Kingsize bed is memory foam- on the softer side, sofa bed on the harder side, so there are options for all tastes! TV included Netflix, BBC iplayer, Youtube, etc. Only minimal downside was that all the cooking smells from above waft into the bedroom, and you can hear neighbours talking during the day. Overall, highly recommended and would definitely return. Thank you!

Good location, easy walk into the city centre and even easier walk to the seafront. The flat was really spacious & homely with everything you’d need… even a pint of milk :) Recommend this place & would stay again.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).

  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
