Cosy, clean and quiet. Especially loved the bathroom and the lush walk-in shower! Great location, couldn't have asked for better, the seafront being just a few minutes walk away. I felt very at home right from the start.

Great place for walking into town and could see the sea from the street! The place was beautifully decorated and had a lovely cosy feel to it! The host was extremely helpful and when asked if they could provide a fan for our stay, they were more than happy to help. Really recommend!!

Great place to stay for work and pleasure. Walkable to sea front and central Brighton, but loved exploring Kemptown for the first time. Really great pubs and places to eat. Great transport links too! Slept really well!

A cosy, well equipped apartment in a good location for Brighton's beach and Lanes. Jessica from Airhost For You was very helpful and communicated excellently. The only downside was the noise from both the road and the property above.

Absolutely beautiful space, the details of the furnishings where lovely. I would say slightly on the small side so it’s a quite cosy space but still done to high standard. Great communication with host.

Perfect for a long weekend! The location is fab, everything is walking distance. The flat has everything you’d need, very spacious, yet still cosy, and the outside patio is a bonus as we have small dogs. It’s nicely decorated with some older property character, so not spotlessly clean, but very homely. There is some surrounding noise and noise from the flat above, but it was peaceful during sleeping hours - we had a great nights sleep, and the bed linen was lovely. Only thing it’s missing is parking, which is notoriously tricky in Brighton… we found Black Rock to be the cheapest. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice and cozy house. Equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Only small flaw, it is not possible to have complete darkness in the bedroom due to the glass doors.

Loved this apartment. The court yard was gorgeous and perfect for my little Bedlington Whippet to sniff about. Perfect location and absolutely loved brunch at starfish and coffee a 1 min walk away. We loved the drop in bags store so we could enjoy Brighton after checkout. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely weekend stay - felt right at home. Easy to find and access the flat. It had everything we needed for the weekend and more. Bed was comfy and lovely towels. Bonus that it was dog friendly for our Whippet. Waking distance from station and to the beach. Great nearby cafe and park too for our morning run and sustenance. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place, perfect location walkable to central Brighton but far enough away from the main strip that you can get a good nights sleep! The decor is stunning too highly recommend 😊

The flat was good, location was good, it was clean and well presented. The main issue was that there was a lot of noise from the flat upstairs. You could hear every footstep.

A nice space for a few days but I wouldn’t recommend for longer stays. The space was nicely done, conveniently located near Queen’s Park and Kemptown and had all the amenities. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the flat above which started very early in the mornings on weekdays and until late at night at the weekends. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend for longer stays.
