My stay at the apartment was lovely as it was clean, tidy and had all the amenities expected. The bed was really comfortable with a clean, smart bathroom and functional kitchen. The location was very convenient to visit the centre of Brighton and for catching the bus. The only small issue I had was that it could be a little noisy at night being near town and a main road.

Great place for our long weekend, spotless, modern but cosy, nice kitchen and bathroom (shower), we know and like the area, lively road with lots of food options and 2 nice pubs nearby. The north lanes are a short walk and the pier / sea front a little further but still walkable. Highly recommend the very close by pizza place on the corner it’s fantastic.

Great place in a really nice area. Only negative thing I would mention is the fact that it wasn’t obvious to me that the flat is on the ground level, from the pictures it seemed more like it was on the first floor

Very nice and clean studio. Host always responded immediately. Easily accessible by bus and shopping facilities are available. A window cannot be darkened and there is no storage space (wardrobe, storage in the bathroom).

Me and my friend had a great weekend stay in Brighton at this property - within a 20 minute walk of everything central & the beachfront/pier. Has all the facilities we needed to eat in a few nights too!! Host very responsive and answered any queries we had. Easy to use the buses too with a bus stop at the end of the road - so very accessible to everything!! Pub across the road. This property is located uphill so would take this into consideration if this would not suit you. Overall a lovely stay - would definitely return!

Really cute studio space! It was thoughtful that there was a little gift basket with snacks, there was tea and coffee, and all the necessities in the bathroom. The location is very central with beautiful coffee shops close by. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to friends and family.

We didn't have a good experience. The listing said there was a washing machine, but when we opened the machine, it was FULL of wet, smelly clothes that weren't ours. I sent a message to the hosts and their response was “put the clothes in a rubbish bag and I hope you have a great day”. Lack of consideration and lack of organisation. So we had to wash our clothes in a laundromat and pay for it. The listing also said there were two chairs at the dining table, but there was only one! So my husband and I could never have a meal together at the table. And when I asked about the chair, I was told “we only have one available, I hope you have a great day”. Demonstrating that they had no concern for the quality of our stay. And also the space is on the ground floor, right on the sidewalk, and the glass that separates the studio from the street doesn't give you much privacy, you literally feel like you're in a shop window. And there are no curtains to block the entrance of light.

Lovely place to stay. Fast food (pizza etc) nearby, Asda only a 10 minute walk. Buses frequent and easy walk to town/beach. Very clean and tidy inside, both bathroom and kitchen spotless. Perfect stay for 2 !

The good. Clean and great location. Would give 5 stars but for the... Not so good... Very bright in summer. I've seen prev. reviews about the window next to the door which is still an issue. Door lock locks like a latch but doesn't look like one. Be careful. Got locked out (1st time in my life) with key on the inside and had to call locksmith. The emergency number they gave me was incorrect and the other phone number was like a call centre who could only phone the owner who wasn't answering their phone. Took over an hr to get back to me while I stood outside in my socks with my toddler. It would be good to warn people. Can't be first time Check out instructions sent to me gave the wrong time and instructions to leave the key at "the pub" which turned out to be incorrect. Noise. It's a quiet street but thank God. It's like you're sleeping on the street with conversations of passing strangers sounding like they're sitting next to you. As I said, fairly quiet street thankfully.

I had a fantastic stay at this studio! The location was perfect—everything was within walking distance, so there was no need for a car. The studio itself was spotless and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the stay really comfortable. There are also some great restaurants nearby that cater to celiacs, which was a huge plus. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed in the studio for about two weeks and it was excellent. Since I was in Brighton a little earlier, I was able to easily leave the luggage at Airhost's office. The communication with Jessica from Airhost was great, I never had to wait long for a response and concerns were always taken into account. Upon arrival, a clean apartment with a small welcome gift including prosecco and face mask was waiting for me. I immediately felt at home and always a safe and comfortable feeling as a woman traveling alone. The surroundings are extremely quiet, there is not much to be heard from the neighbors and also the visitors to the pub pber of the street do not make any noise. Just Fantastic, I would move back into the studio at any time.

Place is extremely small. The light in the morning will wake you up at 5am, strange didn't think to add blinds? As soon as you open the front door you are at the bed. Noise from upstairs water pipes was pretty annoying. Shower was full of hair. Wouldn't reccomend.

Great little flat with comfortable bed! Easy walk to the bus and close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to explore Brighton. Loved that there was a small combo washer/ dryer for our use and really appreciated little treats left for us when we arrived! Great communication from host! Thank you!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay in the flat and found it to be a perfect place for our first time in Brighton. We were very impressed with the welcoming touches of a hamper basket, with various snacks and guides as well as a stocked cupboard and fridge with a few basic essentials and a lovely bottle of Prosecco! The pictures accurately portrayed the property and the beautiful decor. The only unfortunate aspect we disliked was how aware we felt with being on the street level- it was quite noisy and bright at times and it was a bit unsettling in the evenings. We did however take great advantage of the fantastic Village pub opposite and found this to be such a fun place to hang out with friends and family, out of the way from the busy town centre too!

My partner and I came to Brighton for a weekend and booked this studio apartment. It was lovely and clean. Kitchen is very nice and liked the decor ! We both felt very comfortable there. The location is great and close to everything you need. Jessica was a lovely host. Very friendly and would respond quickly. I definitely recommend staying here :).

A great stay in a perfect little flat! The standard of finish was the thing that really made everything feel so special - the kitchen crockery for example was really stylish and unique. Easily walkable to the city centre and the pub across the road is lovely!

A spacious studio, two people sharing the bed would be fine here. Location is convenient, with shops, restaurants and pubs nearby - 25 min walk to the Pier (some hills on the way back). It’s very nicely decorated, feels welcoming and cosy. But the best part was Kim, the owner/host. There was a small issue when I first arrived. a noise from the boiler. I contacted Airhost who promptly contacted Kim. Kim was immediately in touch, and came round at my convenience to try and fix the issue. She sorted it temporarily and the next day it was fixed more permanently whilst I was out and she communicated everything and kept me in the loop. She was kind, friendly, understanding and generous. I felt safe and welcome knowing she was around and so kind. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone staying in Brighton, and would stay here again myself.

It is a really nice place to stay, it felt homely and it was nice to arrive to milk and Prosecco in the fridge. Unfortunately the bathroom was quite dusty and didn’t feel the cleanest, it doesn’t bother us too much as we just wiped everything round before using it! The place is quite bright in the mornings and the curtains don’t black out much of the light, so if you enjoy being woken up by sunrise, it’s perfect! The surroundings were quite noisy with workers, but don’t think this would be an ongoing occurrence! The location was really good, with shops and takeaways nearby. Everything else is a quick Uber ride away! The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and it was warm and cosy inside.

The accommodation was as shown in the photos. It was very tidy, modern and very clean. There is everything you need for daily life. I received feedback very quickly, which was very friendly and helpful. I was there too early and was able to leave my suitcase at airhost for you. I was also immediately informed when I was allowed to enter the accommodation (earlier than planned), for which I am very grateful. Everyone was very nice. I liked the surroundings very much. I was able to get to many sights within 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with the accommodation and also with Airhost for you. I can recommend the accommodation to anyone who wants to see Brighton and is looking for a cute place to stay. Thanks! 😊

The blue flat was very easy to find, modern and comfy with Prosecco wine and chocolates waiting for us! Very easy check in and out, close to the center, like 25 min walk or 15 min ride by bus. Everything in the flat was as described, plus free Netflix access. Loved it! Will visit again for sure!!

Three room apartment with small kitchen, shower room and bedroom/dining room. The bed was softer than we prefer but was comfortable enough for 2 days. No big windows or fan (that we could find) and the weather was in the twenties when we stayed making the apartment slightly warmer than we like. There are 5 small windows at the top of the main window and kitchen window however with this being ground floor, we didn't want to leave these open for security reasons. We stayed for 2 nights and it seemed the bins were emptied both days making some noise fairly early. There were some treats, milk and eggs left which was a nice touch. It is about a twenty minutes walk to the beachfront, Loading Bar is a great board game and console bar with great food and The World's End pub which is not as far has an arcade room upstairs full of arcade games. For our two night stay, the apartment had what we needed.

Updated minimalist space with all the basic necessities. Special welcome basket of snacks and a bottle of wine and carton of milk in the frig. There are plenty of high windows for ventilation. The bed and pillows are comfy, and the bathroom is well stocked. We do not subscribe to any streaming services, so after logging into the Wifi, the TV did not work for us. Bring ear plugs to minimize the sea gull sounds in the morning. And enjoy the frequent fox encounters in the alleys.

We booked relatively last-minute because the originally booked airbnb in Brighton suddenly canceled us. Something better couldn't have happened to us We have now stayed cheaper and more centrally and felt at home. Thank you, we would love to come back.

The perfect stay for a short trip to Brighton. The small touches like the Prosecco, lollies and record player went a long way in making this Airbnb feel like home. The place is very comfortable & sparkling clean. It’s a good amount of space for 2 people with a well kitted out kitchen if you want to cook. An easy walk and very accessible via public transport to town & the sights of Brighton. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for their Brighton stay.

Beyond for us, it's an important landmark because our son lives with his family in Brighton in the immediate vicinity. After spending 3 nights here we could not be happier. From the moment my partners flight back to England was delayed the host was incredibly helpful and responded fast to all messages regarding a potential change of check-in time and gave us other options which made us feel right at home. The place itself was lovely, clean, unique, and had everything we needed, also a lovely touch with the snacks and the bottle of Prosecco and two glasses in the fridge. Very comfortable bed and ah easy to use powerful shower. Some nice touches with the books, art and ornaments, and record player. Aswell as have the opportunity to relax and watch netlfix/YouTube on the smart TV. About a 20-25 minute walk into Brighton centre, but this was a lovely walk and was nice to be aware from the business of the city. Would 100% stay here again next time my partner comes to stay, couldn’t recommend it more. Thankyou for a great stay.

Very positive experience. A 10-minute walk to downtown and in a very quiet area. The house is nicely decorated and has little touches that are appreciated, like a record player and an Amazon Fire stick. Jessica was very attentive. Highly recommended

While the location and apartment is super cute, the amenities are terrible. To begin with - heating was not working and the owner was not sure on how to turn it on since she had never used it. The shower and kitchen drain was blocked which made the whole place smell terrible. From the night we arrived till we left the whole was stinking. Because of the whole stink we were not able to COOK at all. Owner is very difficult to get hold of and not helpful at all. Even the shower was terrible no force and the shower head was MURKY. Terrible 7 days.

Stayed in the apartment for 2 months and it was beautiful. Good location with a 20-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute walk to the train station, and a 2-minute walk to the next bus stop. The apartment was more spacious than I thought and had everything I needed for my stay. The check-in was very easy, the hosts were so nice, and Airhost always answered my questions as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever plan on visiting Brighton!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. Probably the best furnished Airbnb I have stayed in! The bed is super comfortable, shower is top quality and the kitchen very well equipped / functional. I ended up really enjoying the neighbourhood despite it not being the closest to the main attractions. It is very quiet and charming surrounded by strips of rainbow houses. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
