Lovely Airbnb - quirky and fun. It's in a great location, and the airhost office is nearby where you can leave luggage before check in and after checkout which is really handy.

We had a lovely stay here. We especially loved the beautiful bathroom and the cute, little court yard out the back off the kitchen with loads of little sparrows flying in/out the climbing plants and houses. Lovely decor, and art on the walls. We had everything we needed. The bedroom with the 2 single beds is super cosy, and lovely how you can watch the sun rise over the rooftops from the window. Lovely sash windows to get air in. Cosy bedding with feather duvets. The only thing I would say is we have a 2 yr old and this was a little tricky to manage over 3 floors, although clearly stated. It was a bit noisy for 1 of our nights around pub closing time, but didn’t last long. The seagulls were quite noisy early morning too! Although this wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. We’d maybe consider taking a stair gate. Property was really clean with high quality finishes, the living area in kitchen is a bit pokey, maybe needs a more comfy sofa. The host was super responsive and friendly.

We had a great stay in this quirky little house. Perfect location, in the heart of North Laine, seconds away from our favourite places, but on a quiet street. The house had everything we needed to make our stay easy, comfortable and fun. Airhost were really helpful when we needed them to sort a problem with the WiFi. The office is two mins from the house, so it was so easy to just pop in for help. Definitely recommend this house.

If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges.
