The space
This stunning two-bedroom, one-bathroom house is the perfect Brighton retreat, with vibrant decor and unique artwork that perfectly captures the city's quirky spirit. Located in the heart of North Laine, you'll be surrounded by an array of independent shops, popular eateries, and are just a quick five-minute stroll to Brighton train station and a ten-minute walk to the beach.

The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower ground floor, accessible via a staircase adorned with a striking mural by a local artist. This newly fitted kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and features a dining table that seats six. Just beneath the stairs, you’ll find a cosy nook perfect for reading or enjoying a quiet tea break. At the rear, the living room features a quirky sofa and additional seating for relaxing in front of the TV.

Bedroom 1 is situated on the first floor, just beyond a beautiful photo collage lining the hallway. Here, you'll find two cozy single beds, each with wall-mounted shelves, a central bedside table, and a charming vintage-style storage unit to neatly organize your belongings.

Bedroom 2, the master bedroom, offers a king-size bed that’s ideal for unwinding after a day out. Both rooms come with fresh, white linens, and we provide large bath towels, small hand towels, and complimentary toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

The bathroom provides both a bath and a shower to suit your preference. We’ve stocked complimentary guest toiletries and essentials such as an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience.

Step outside to a sunny, private patio accessible from the kitchen, where you can relax on a long wooden bench or at a charming table, all surrounded by artistic murals that enhance the space’s charm.

Unfortunately, the accommodation was not cleaned on arrival, but the host fixed the mistake immediately the next day and the cleaning lady cleaned the apartment. The apartment itself is very cozy as described in the pictures and has a special charm. The counter in the North line is very good for eating and looking at the small shops and artists' shops during the day. All in all, the bad start is negligible due to the good crisis management and the stay 🌟 is worth 4 stars.

Love the house, loved the location, attentive host. Only negative was an inability to join the WiFi - despite frequent communication nothing was achieved in the time we were there. This had a significant impact on the stay and would not consider staying here again unless they could guarantee it has been fixed.

    HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
