Situated in the historic Kemptown area, the apartment is perfectly located for both beach days and city exploration, with independent shops, cafes, and vibrant spots nearby and just a 20-minute walk to the center of Brighton.

Upon descending the stairs to the apartment, guests are welcomed by its inviting ambiance and distinctive aesthetics, highlighted by exposed wood finishes that run throughout. Very good stay, the beds are comfortable and above all the location is ideal. The city is lovely. The only downside is the cleaning. The kitchen in particular where the utensils are greasy and the oven gave off a strong unpleasant smell. So we didn't eat there.

We really enjoyed our stay in Brighton. The B&B was in a good location, a short walk into town. Check in process was really easy and we had great communication with Dale our host. Inside the property the beds were really comfy and the WiFi was really fast which was great as we had very little signal in the area. Our only negative we would say was the floors were a little dirtier/dusty than you’d expect but apart from that it was great.

Lovely weekend away with friends. Great location, short walk to lanes and beach very close. Parking was a little hard at first but host very helpful and found a close, cheap place to park for the weekend.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
