Booked the properly for an annual girlie weekend which we have been doing for about 30 years … many times in Brighton. Never stayed in Kemp Town before but would stay here again. So many pubs and restaurants on the doorstep and not too far from the station and town centre. Lovely property with everything we needed. Incredibly comfortable beds plus good shower pressure which can often be an issue elsewhere. Good communication from host. Would recommend.

The place is tastefully presented and although, as advertised, it is a basement part of an apartment everything has been done toake the space comfortable. It is so close to the sea, Brighton Pier and the lanes and there is a lovely bar at the end of the street and around the corner as well as a cafe.

The place was amazing! It clean, comfortable in such a good location! Neighbours were polite and friendly and was in walking distance to the town centre and right near the pier. Would definitely stay there again!

I don't recommend the house for cleaning and damp stains on the walls; in fact, it's a basement. The windows open with difficulty or do not open. There are no spaces to put a suitcase, and two adults struggle to use the bunk bed, and the wax is cramped. Finally, the suction doesn't work in the Czech bathroom, and the towel warmer vibrates making a loud noise.

Unfortunately, our apartment was very dirty, including with toenail residues in the bathroom. The wooden walls are the pure dust spinner and all the kitchen utensils were sticky and dusty. The location itself and communication was great. Probably we only had bad luck or the cleaning staff vacation...

A very cosy place with a great location. Close to alle shops, bars and the beachfront. The place is small but well equipped and suitable if you plan to be on the road most of the day anyway.

Very lovely apartment. It was very tidy and clean. Unfortunately, because there was no extraction fan, everything in the kitchen was sticky. Good amount of cutlery and crockery, although there was no frying pan. Very comfy beds. A little dark, but that is to be expected on LG. Very close to the sea, which is wonderful.

Great location. The place looked exactly like the pictures. It is small but cosy, clean and the beds are very comfortable. We parked in Chapel street car park for 48 hours at £36. We had a great breakfast at star fish and coffee near the park. It was perfect for a couple of days exploring Brighton.

We had such a nice stay here! The location is perfect for a weekend in Brighton. A stone’s throw away from all the lively neighborhoods, with great bars and restaurants in the area. Close by the sea too. Everything in the apartment was lovely and suited to our needs.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in this peaceful haven. A very friendly neighborhood and loved being close to the sea. A quick walk to centre of Brighton through quirky streets or via Queen’s Park for a more scenic route. Jasmine was helpful and replied promptly. All in all a good experience of Brighton.

Very Sweet Apartment with easy access in a very convenient location almost right on the sea front. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was absolutely lovely and powerful. However, the floors had paint chips and crumbs on them, there were a couple of items left behind from previous people, such as lash glue, and a lot of the glasses, plates and cooking equipment had old food and lipstick stains on which was disappointing as we had to wash them all before use.

The appartment is perfectly located. 5min directly to the sea. By bus, Brighton and other attractions are easy. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love. It has everything for a nice holiday at a quiet location. we had a nice holiday there and would definitely like to come back.

We spent 3 pleasant days in the apartment. Be careful though it is not an apartment on the ground floor but in flexible, and the entrance is quite small (not convenient if you have a stroller). The beds are very comfortable! Overall very good but not suitable for people traveling with a baby.

This was our first ever experience of Air BnB and we wouldn’t be happier. From start to finish, our host Jessica was so attentive with clear instructions and we loved the care taken with us understanding the house rules in order to keep the property in good order and condition. The space is so well thought out - a little secret haven a 30 second walk from the seafront, 5 min walk from the pier - amazing location. Easy to find and sort good priced parking nearby and great local shops and Coop literally 5 min walk away. The property is beautifully decorated and felt like a little Swiss chalet - perfect layout and immaculately clean. So child friendly too - robust and nothing breakable around, which makes the whole experience so much more relaxing with kids. They loved their bunk room! Genuinely cannot recommend this property highly enough, we will definitely be back. Fab value for money and made our few days away amazing! Thank you Air BnB!

The flat is located perfectly in Brighton, close to the beach and Pier, the Lanes, etc., but at the same time in a quiet side street. Communication with the host is very quick and friendly. The flat is sufficiently equipped and has two nice bedrooms and a spacious living room/kitchen.

It was a nice and cosy stay, it was close to the seafront so you could get lovely views, it’s not too far to walk to the centre and there’s also really nice restaurants around the area. The host was friendly and gave all the needed information beforehand, the actual place was lovely, cosy and clean. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice getaway to Brighton

We had a wonderful stay. Property is clean and quiet. All amenities are working and complete. Wifi is available. We never had any concerns or issues. I have a 1 yr old and there’s big space for him to walk/run around.

We were transferred to this rental due to an issue that happened before we arrived with the one we booked. Communication was great and they provided beyond expectations. We did arrive to a slightly dirty floor of the space, but was easily taken care of. The location is great and close to many attractions. Parking can be difficult. all in all, the space was perfect for what we needed.
