Came to brighton for a few days to see friends that were staying in another airbnb. I was orginally gutted I wasn't staying with them but when I got to the studio I was very glad I had my own space. It's off away from the road so nice and peaceful, and perfect for 1 or 2 people to stay in. I had a lovely time and was able to make the most of my short break :)

This was an unplanned stay as my husband was taken ill and was in Brighton Hospital. This was so hand for me to stay close and go and visit. Will thought through with everything- nothing missing in terms of what I needed for my stay, which was extended on a number of occasions. Thanks

Location is a bit far away from the main city centre - parking outside the house is slightly challenging as the area is prone to getting wet and muddy. overall does the job nicely for a short term airbnb

It was a comfortable stay with everything we needed.It is far from the center, but the bus stop is just around the corner, and the natural park in front of it is a very good environment.Just that there was a strange smell coming from the couch.

Nice and quiet out of the way, Kerry and her partner very helpful and friendly. Bus service very regular. Nature reserve across the road for a walk and a lovely walk down to the Marina. About an hour walk to Brighton centre which is lovely.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s perfect for visiting Brighton! The place is small but has everything we needed and more. It’s so handy being able to park then a quick bus journey and you’re in Brighton! Lovely, clean and homely. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Really lovely stay here, I stayed here for 6 weeks and had everything I needed . During my time here the tv and door lock had some issues but they sent out to be replaced the next day and constantly checked in with us about this and that everything was okay. Really proactive host and really helpful and friendly. The only was that there wasn’t parking outside the house and we parked in a road round the corner which wasn’t a problem and could get parking quite easily there. And that the the roller device for cleaning the floor wasn’t that great and so for a longer period wasn’t necessarily brilliant at cleaning the floor but for a short stay would be perfect. Over all a really nice stay with a great host in a really nice location with an easy bus trip to the marina and into town.

Lovely place, clean and works absolutely fine for a couple nights. Only thing is a bit of an odd location with nothing really close by, OK if you've got a car to pop to the shops otherwise have to get a bus so just down to personal needs and preference. Couldn't find any coffee but again very minor thing and not a big deal. I would stay again.

The accommodation is tucked away down the side of a house and was quite peaceful, being quite far from the road. It was nice and warm when we checked in, which always welcome when it's chilly outside. First impressions were how well the space has been designed and utilised. Not huge, but big enough for two, with plenty of well thought out storage. A case will under the sofa seat, a large cupboard and underbed & bedside drawers. There's a Smart TV which can be moved to watch from the sofa or from the bed, the lighting is dimmable which was nice later on. The view from the bed window overlooks gardens, but you can still see the sea in the distance, which wasn't mentioned the listing. Parking is actually outside the main house, preferably over the road, but we had no issues finding spot on each of our 4 days The bathroom is bright and the shower is fantastic. All in all a lovely stay and we would definitely stay here again. p.s. it's about £12 to taxi into Brighton seafront

We had a lovely stay at Thomas's place. It was very clean and comfortable. A polite and attentive host who gave us space to enjoy our vacation. Reliable wifi connection. A direct road to the seafront with a great view as you drive down the hill. The city centre is a few minutes by car and smooth sailing. We'll stay again.

Cosy studio, great for using as a base for going into town if you don't mind the ~45 minute walk. It was modern, clean and had all the basics. We enjoyed our long weekend there. One small thing is that there is no blind over the front door which is a frosted glass door. No one can see in unless they are up close but it still feels a bit uncomfortable

A small but well equipped annex. Perfect for my working trip to Brighton. Sadly I couldn’t connect to the wifi in the annex due to a fault and the signal from the main house wasn’t good enough to use. Other than that a great little place to stay and communication was very good.

The place is spacious and compact at the same time. It has all the things you will need for a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable and the shower is great!! it is in easy reach of local supermarkets It is within easy reach of all things to do in Brighton. My wife and I stayed for a couple of days and it was an enjoyable experience.

The room is quality compact but functional, if someone needs a place to sleep and not to be in all the time is the perfect place to stay, as it is quite small, but it is accessible and has all the functionality needed to be the right place for a short stay. My parents stayed for two weeks and they were quite happy to be there. No downsides noted

Room is small (cosy as they call it) and suitable for one person, not for a couple. There was food left in the fridge (dairy) and the shower had long hairs on the tray. I asked where I could park and the management company (you don’t deal with the owner just a rude and flippant company) couldn’t tell me (it’s clear they don’t know this property very well) and kept repeating the same instructions which mean nothing for this property and when I pushed they said ‘I’m sure you’ll manage’. This room faces a very busy noisy road so be prepared for that. On the plus side the neighbours are nice, it’s beside a big wild open space great for walking and the shower was great.

Host communication throughout was great and very quick. The flat is not in the centre, make sure you figure out where it is in relation to where you want to go and what you want/how far you want to walk. If you like a leisurely walk stopping off for coffees and beers, this is great. The little annex is a great space and is very well thought out in terms of design and what is catered for to guests in such a compact space. For a short stay/week for a couple, it is very much value for money compared to the price a Premier Inn are charging in Brighton considering the flat offers an oven/hot plate and small fridge etc. Me and my missus found the small hot plate and other kitchen facilities very useful for a short stay for cooking basic meals if we fancied eating breakfast/before going out for the day or coming back in the evening. The TV and access to WiFi/Netflix is a good touch too. The neighbours at the adjoining house were very friendly and allowed us to park directly on the grass outside the house as they used the driveway down the side and out front. Looks like parking could be an issue but there are streets either side of this flat that are options if out front is not available as residents do have access to the driveways. It was well kitted out for a short stay and for us, the walk down the hill to the marina and then in to town was not an issue at all. We don’t mind walking anyway. I can see how people may complain about the walk to town (that’s their problem?) and to be fair, if you can handle a 30-40mins flat walk full of coffee shops/sights/pubs/cafes etc....what’s the issue? Otherwise Uber and local cabs are plentiful and reasonable. Considering the price and facilities, I’d genuinely and happily stay again at the flat as the location is accessible as we enjoyed walking in and out of town. There were only a few minor snags. Overall the cleanliness was decent. It did however need a more thorough clean and this has been fed back. But I’ve stayed in worse hotels. A few previous guests have mentioned the blinds/light. This has been fed back. Hopefully this is sorted and the stay would’ve been greatly improved. Just bring a sleep mask in case. Not a criticism, because it’s near the coast and there’s nothing anyone can do about seagulls; if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs because they’re even more ‘vocal’ from about 5am. Apart from that it’s a decent little space that’s comfortable and gives tourists who are willing to walk into town and self cater a far more price competitive option.

This is a great place to stay for a short holiday in Brighton! The studio is very small as it is a converted garage but it has everything you need and is well thought out to make it feel bigger than it is. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had any questions. The parking was confusing but we ended up parking out on the road for free without any problems which saved us a lot of money on parking in the city! It is about a 50 minutes walk into the city but it's a lovely walk along the sea front. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place.

Thomas' place was excellent for our 4 night stay in Brighton. While not the most central Airbnb relative to the city centre, you do get some excellent views on the walk down to the seafront, and then the pleasure of walking along the seafront itself! Took us about 45-60 minutes to walk from the Airbnb to Brighton Pier, which was significantly shortened when we took advantage of the Brighton E-Bikes (of which there is a station not far from the foot of the hill that the room is located on). Taxis back in the evening cost around £8 from The Lanes, so not bad if we wanted to avoid walking back up the hill after a few drinks! The room was well equipped and was clean. Only downside for my partner was the windy weather that also visited Brighton during our stay, as it hit the building quite hard, so she had to wear some earplugs as she is a light sleeper. I sleep like a log, so didn't notice anything!

Stayed here for 3 weeks for work. The space is as described, quite small but very comfortable and cosy. It was very clean on arrival and there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is quite far from Brighton centre, but not an issue if you dive - although parking in Brighton is expensive so something to consider. The space for parking at the front is very good and feels safe. The hosts themselves were very accomodating and checking/ checking out was incredibly easy. Thanks again!

Great for the price. The place is a converted garage about 50min walk from the centre. This didn't bother us as we enjoyed the walk as it was our first time. We took Ubers back each night for £8. For a second visit or a longer first visit, we would likely go somewhere for central. The parking is great especially for long stays, which likely saved us £50. The room itself was very clean and accurate. The shower was also surprisingly powerful and there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there already. If anything could be improved we would say a larger duvet and blackout blinds on the door as it lets a lot of light in. The company who communicated with us were excellent. Thanks!

A nice place to stay on the marina side of town. It’s near bus stops and the social bikes so it’s easy to get around. The accommodation is on top of a hill which wasn’t an issue for me but something to be mindful of if you have no transport or mobility issues. A very easy check in and check out. Good communication with hosts if you need anything. Bath towels and hand soap provided. There is a fridge and cooking facilities which was helpful as eating out is still difficult in the current climate. There is a Co-Op and Lidl about 15 min walk away. The room only has blinds so can be very light early in the day. An eye mask was helpful.

A small, modern and comfortable garage conversion that has been well thought out with some nice touches and offers great value for money. Location good, As it's a garage conversion, there is no outside space and is off a main road but noise not intrusive. Bedroom window overlooks a garden (not the studios). Cleanliness is satisfactory but needs improving. I was self isolating and was very comfortable with just enough amenities but more suited to short breaks where it is merely used as a base. I would recommend this studio. 3rd party agency, Airhost for you are very efficient in their communication but delivery is too clinical/generic and lacks the personal touch that caused a couple of errors.

Nothing to object to and both Thomas and the agency and the agency care are attentive that everything is in order, and they respond very well and quickly to anything. For example, on the same day we said , he brought a boiler that we asked for in a couple of hours. No complaint

I’d like to say a massive thank you for our stay in Brighton. It was a great ending to my birthday week, and we had everything we needed and more. The place is so welcoming and everything thought out! We loved the portable stove, and all of the little extras. The neighbours were lovely and helpful if we needed it. Everything was clean and tidy, and the way it is set out makes a great use of the space. It all makes a difference and we’ll definitely be looking to stay again in the future!

Its a nice flat, your next to someone's back garden so can be uncomfortable having the window open, drive is narrow and on a main road, it was very comfortable inside the flat, few cleanliness issues but nothing too big

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay in this converted garage with its own separate entrance. It’s about a 10 minute drive from Brighton city centre but we found the local taxis really cheap. The best part about it is that not even a 5 minute walk from the property there’s a massive nature reserve where we had beautiful walks and morning runs. There’s even a path to a grazing farm on the hills where you can see sheep really up close. On the whole the actual accommodation was very comfortable and exactly what we needed.

Really nice, modern space. The bed is sooooo comfy. The space is a little bit cramped, very cosy, but if you are going to spend most of your day out exploring, it’s perfect :) Communication with the host is a little complicated as a 3rd party “AirHost” is used, we couldn’t contact the host directly, it took longer than it should have. It was very quiet, as it’s back from the main road. Nice place if you’re exploring all day :)
