A great location just by the Lanes and very close to the seafront. I was attending a conference at the Brighton Centre, which was a pleasant 10 minute walk along the promenade. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The only thing lacking is a bit more storage. There is a rack with coat hangers for shirts etc, but no cupboard/drawers for other clothes. A minor point though for a short stay. Access was easy once I got the hang of it. The approach to the property, down a gloomy, narrow alley, could feel a little intimidating for some, but was safe because of the security gate. Some additional lighting at night would help. Nice views down to the seafront from the apartment.

The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is great and incredibly convenient. The night life on the street is very loud, which is why they supply earplugs. When it gets dark, the general area doesn’t feel particularly safe if you were traveling unaccompanied. The bathroom shower door wouldn’t stay shut, but the water was hot and consistent. Bathroom and kitchen area was clean but the bedroom felt gritty and don’t look under the bed (dust not demon). Overall we had a lovely stay but a few things stopped it being 5 stars.

The place is in a fantastic location. The beach is only a 4-5 minute walk away and there’s plenty of shops on the road in case you need anything. While only staying in the loft, the room was fairly spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue I had was with the gate. It can be a little hard to get open but I got the hang of it in the end. Tim & the AirHost Jessica were very alert and responsive at all times. Cannot recommend enough. 🙏🏻

Lovely place to stay for a few days in Brighton, the flat was easy to get to and in a great location as it was very close to the beach/pier. The inside of the flat was very nice and well equipped, the bed was comfy and the space felt very homely. We only had a problem with the shower but the hosts were very quick to respond with help and instructions on how to solve the problem. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend!

Great place to spend a few days in Brighton. 5 stars for sure. Super comfortable bed and well equipped for any stay. We had an issue with the electric, but this didn't detract from our stay and the host was very responsive and apologetic. Highly recommended and I wouldn't hesitate about booking again.

The room is lovely clean and well looked after however there was some issues with the oven as it was not cooking food and blowing cold air out instead on hot and and the shower was fixed to a boiling hot temperature making it almost painful to shower but other than that I recommend

Great place to stay for a few days! Very comfy and homely with everything we needed. We had a minor issue with the shower but Jessica/Tim were very fast at responding and we were able to sort it out quickly. They provided clear instructions prior to check-in and check-out, and the location was very central to shops and the beach. Overall, a lovely space :)

Really good location. Looked like pet hair on the bed, couldn’t get the radiator in the bathroom to work and the shower door doesn’t close properly so it provides a rather unpleasant experience. Mirror in the bathroom has cables hanging out the bottom. Other than that, nice stay

Great space - once you work out how to get access to it as its hidden away from the street and down an alley with no lights. Space is perfect for a short break and has everything you would want. some teething issues with the lack of lighting in alley and communal stairs but that does not detract from the space. Amazing location and you can actually see the sea and pier. Tis is managed by a company so the communication is great and very responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and whilst there was a small issue with the shower, this was quickly resolved by Airhost. The flat is located a few minutes walk from the pier and the pavilion. We had everything we needed in the flat, the bed was comfortable and even though it is in a central location, it was quiet at night.

On the whole I really enjoyed my stay. Really easy to locate and being near the seafront there was lots of activities to do in the area, and all at a walkable distance (or cheap cab ride). It was a very clean space, all the furniture and sheets felt very premium and the windows had a great view of the sea. And a very nice and open kitchen space However, the room felt a lot smaller then the photos made out, and was a very awkward shape. Given the room was at the very top of the building, this could be forgiven. However, due to where the bed is located, it makes it very awkward to get into bed from the left side due to a the walls going up at an angle. There was also a strange lack of any real storage space. Shy from a very basic rack clothes hanger there wasn’t really anyways to put your stuff. No bed side cabinets, no chest of drawers or anything of that nature. Like I said, I did really enjoy my stay but I did feel a bit barebones.

The loft apartment is lovely and the location is perfect. Tim's description of it, along with his communication and help were spot on. A couple of things worth suggesting, would be a fan, as it gets very warm in there. Second one, is the TV, we tried several times to get it to work on apps or Freeview and gave up in the end. Would it be that hard to run an ariel lead to it? That all said, it is a lovely place to stay and we would highly recommend it. Mark

The absolute best part about staying here was the location, situated about a 5 minute walk from the beach depending on your walking speed and about 10-15 minute walk from The Lanes, as well as handy shops and restaurants all around the property. Another great thing was how well the windows kept out the noise from the birds and the street below as you are situated in quite a busy area it’s nice not to wake up to noise early in the morning! Our host Jessica was great and replied quickly as well as understood when we had some difficulty leaving on time a few minutes after checkout. The bed was comfortable and with my partner being 6’5 he fit quite nicely, TV, Shower and Kitchen amenities were all great too. The property could definitely benefit with 1 or 2 bedside tables and unfortunately me and my partner only had one wine glass to share but that does not pull away from how pleasant this property is to stay in!

Really great find and felt very central. The team were very responsive and communicated through our stay. We really enjoyed the location and the view from the apartment. The only thing is a bit of noise due to it being a busy street, but there were earplugs provided so it was perfect! Lovely space for 2 people and very comfortable.

We were really happy, lovely clean, comfortable, modern flat in a great location. Communication with host was great from booking to after check out and property as described in listing and pictures. Listing had symbol of double bed and sofa bed but this wasn’t mentioned in the description and there’s no sofa bed in the property. This wasn’t a problem for us. Nice touch of ear plugs incase it got noisy, however we were not disturbed. Very central we could see the pier through the buildings from our window. Only slight issue is access. Key code on gate to alleyway was tricky when carrying luggage with poor lighting and a very narrow alleyway. Narrow entrance and staircase so tricky if carrying lots of stuff but it is in the loft so expected stairs. Oven wasn’t working on arrival but host responded promptly despite it being around 7pm and offered to send someone to look at it the next day. Would definitely stay again.

The studio is exactly as it says on the site. Great location in the centre of town near the Central Pier. Despite that, lovely and quiet. The bed was superbly comfortable! Apartment was lovely and clean and warm, communication with the host was excellent. We really recommend it and will most likely stay there again. Thanks for hosting us!!

Apartment was nice and as described and expected. Great location, short walk from most places you'd want to visit. We had trouble with the heating in the bathroom which unfortunately could be resolved while we were there so that was the only downside as it was super cold when we visited. Communication from the host was good and prompt. Check in was fine and great to have the flexibility, although if you arrive in the dark it might feel a little scary to go through the little alley and have to use codes to get through each door (took us a few attempts untill we managed to get in!) but was something different and somewhat fun in the end. Would stay there again!

The apartment looks just like the pictures, it is very nice, clean and cozy (the bed is really comfortable!) and has everything you need for a short stay. It is in a great area, close to the beach, restaurants, pubs, shops, you name it, it’s there! The host was also very responsive and helpful, communication was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay there again when we return to Brighton in the future!

Superb location, close to the beach and the lanes! Keep in mind it’s on a third floor and wouldn’t count on the kitchen for cooking a meal! VERY IMPORTANT, it’s in front of a pub and it got very noise in the late evening. It wasn’t an issue for me but for my girlfriend has light sleep and found it very disturbing. Ps, korean chicken next door is really good!

Great location with all the amenities you need for a short stay in Brighton. Although I didn't get to meet the owner, due to the Airbnb being run via a third party, they were always on hand to answer any questions or queries. I spent a week working remotely at the property and it had the two most important things I wanted; fast internet and a comfy bed. Kemptown is also a vibrant area with lots of pubs and eateries. Highly recommend.

We had leaks for several days. They offered to move to another flat, but when accepting it, they never gave us the option. The house is on a bar area where every night till 5am you cannot sleep with screams of drunk people on the street. We stayed one week. They offered us an extra stay to apologize and when when we accepted it, their next message was: Please swift off the lights when exit the house tomorrow. I think that we should be treated like persons, not as trading goods. We are not guilty of house leaks neither bar neighbors nightlife noise at the location of the flat.

A very nice place close to the beach and the cozy city. Everything was neatly arranged, clean and beautiful. You won't be bothered by noise when you close the windows. Parking is not possible on street but was easy to do at Chapel Street car park. There was more than enough space there.

This is an elegant apartment with everything that you need for a weekend stay. There really is a view of the sea, which is lovely, and swimming there is thoroughly enjoyable, with easy access to the water. Arrival at the street entrance is underwhelming, however, as the entrance passage was untidy when we visited, and nowhere near the standard of the apartment once you have climbed the neatly carpeted stairs and arrived on the top floor. This is not a problem if you take no notice of the conditions of the entrance, however. (But note the advised limit of 8pm for check-in.) Communication with the host is via a company, not the owner, and they appear to use a chatbot with limited skills which does not always respond to questions in the way you expect.

We really enjoyed our stay in Brighton! The flat is ideally located very close to the beach and most of the main attractions - it is perfect for exploring the city. Check in was easy and the flat was very clean and well-equipped. The walls are a bit thin though so there might be some noise from downstairs depending on your neighbours. Communication was excellent and the host always responded very quickly. Overall we had a great time and would definitely stay again!

The flat was very clean and true to the ad. Easy to find, super central and good security (3 different doors). As we were 2 women travelling alone, it felt very safe. The only reason why I'm not rating it 5 stars is because of the constant noise that the heaters would produce. A huge bang noise was produced every 5 to 10 seconds, making sleeping very difficult. The noise isolation is overall not great and as a guest, you'll be hearing people in other flats in the building. Also, you won't be able to check-in early, they have an option for you to drop your bag but you'll have to pay extra.

I stayed here for a week while I was working in Brighton. My partner joined me and worked remotely from the apartment. We found the apartment location to be perfect and really enjoyed the Kemptown neighbourhood. We were a 5 minute walk from the beach and could see the sea through the window. The south facing aspect made it a great place for my partner to work during the day and the internet was very good and remained consistent for work purposes. The apartment was very warm, cosy and stylishly decorated - we felt very comfortable being there. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a table for dining. Access to the property was both easy and secure. We had a problem with the electricity in the kitchen on the first night which was resolved very quickly. The communication and response were exceptional! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again!

While the apartment was as expected your stay will be completely determined by the guests staying in the apartment below. Unfortunately for us, this was a group who decided to shout, play loud music and slam doors all through the night, for 2 nights in a row... This is to add to the loud street noise (as is mentioned, and expected from the location).

The property was incredible, above expectations. The house is located in the central area but is really quiet. Less than 5min walking form the beach and pier. The house was fully equipped, clean and warm, we felt like in our own house. Communication was easy and the team was really helpful. A lovely apartment in a great location! We didn't use the kitchen other than to make a tea in the mornings but very well equipped should you want to make full use of it. Great communication and regular updates on what to do to get in etc... One small issue was the smell on arrival from the many eateries below - to be expected in a busy part of town I guess - nothing a few air fresheners couldn't solve but overall we had a great stay!

The walls are quite thin so you can hear neighbours moving around at times but not a huge problem for us and they were quiet at night so it didn’t interfere with our sleep or anything. Communication was great as well and any questions were answered quickly, also very easy check in.

Loved our stay here. Perfect location, 5 minute walk from the pier / beach, and only a 15 minute walk from the station / north lanes. There is a Morrisons, Boots and Superdrug right next to the accommodation so super easy to stock up on things throughout your stay. Nice size smart TV where you can log into Netflix & Amazon Prime. Heating was really good, and lovely little kitchen and shower room. Great communication with host throughout and would definitely stay again. Also a nice touch that the sea is visible from the main windows.

We stayed for two nights over a weekend and the apartment was ideal. The location is good with everything in walking distance, and a supermarket just round the corner if you want to eat/cook in the apartment itself. The apartment is compact but fine for two people, with towels, bedding and toilet roll etc. provided as well as some nice touches like a coffee pod machine and tea bags. We arrived quite late but checking in was easy due to the keypad access, and communication from the host was great throughout. The apartment is on a street with a couple of bars, so there’s a little bit of noise late at night but nothing that bothered us. The only slight down side is that parking is a bit of a nightmare in general across Brighton, so allow extra time to find either on-street parking (which isn’t guaranteed) or a car park which might be further away. We did get lucky and find a spot on the street to unload our bags, but there’s a limit of two hours parking there so we needed to move the car again quite quickly - obviously nothing to do with the apartment but just something to be aware of! But aside from that the stay was great, thank you.

A great studio apartment in the heart of Brighton, we could walk everywhere and has a very pretty view of the sea and the Pier. The apartment is great for two people, very clean and stylish and the door system lets you go everywhere without worrying about losing keys. I would definitely recommend and would come back to it if ever in Brighton again.

Very lovely flat in such a good location , very close to the sea and town in a really enjoyable area with great local pubs, bar, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for it you looking to get out and about a lot and explore!

Kind and helpful host. Very good at answering any messages throughout the stay. Apartment was so close to the beach and a perfect size for 2 people. Has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom came with soap. Really lovely place

Fantastic apartment in a top location, only a short walk to all the sights and hotspots in Brighton. The service provided by AirHost was excellent, providing all the information that was needed extremely promptly. We loved Brighton and are already discussing a return trip to the city and hopefully this apartment. (As a couple in our 20's the street noise was not an issue and had died down by 11/12 p.m on the weekend, but is something to possibly be considered for others. For us this was a fine trade-off to be in such a central location.)

Lovely apartment, great location close to the beach and nice view of the water also. Communication with host was great throughout and price was very reasonable. Just be mindful if your quite tall like me (6ft6) as celiings are a little low for that height!!

This was really great value considering its location and that we visited over the bank holiday! This flat was in a great location and perfect for a central base to see Brighton from! Very clean as well.

Studio is lovely, comfortable bed and only a few minutes from the pier. Lots of nice restaurants and the Pavillion are close by.

Very good central Studio appartment - exactly what it says on the tin. Great value of money. It was a bit loud on some evenings however ear plugs were provided. The wifi was not good however the host replaced the router which was much appreciated. Overall lovely little studio appartment - would stay again!!

Comfortable . Nice views to sea front and 2 minute walk to seafront . Well designed and appointed . The lack of WiFi a problem for me as used up Huge amounts of 4 g data as needed to work on line . Otherwise though I very much appreciated being here . Great communication .
