The house was lovely and in a great location. However it is next to an extremely noisy house of students who were up partying really loudly until 4 am on the 3 nights that we stayed. It was impossible to escape their noise and it made sleeping really difficult. They also smoked a lot of cannabis and, unfortunately this permeated our house. We realise that this is not Nick’s fault and we expect some noise in a city but this was extreme and did affect our enjoyment of the house.

We picked this location to be close to all the main attractions and restaurants etc and it didn’t disappoint. We had a small issue with the shower but the owner was there within an hour and it was all sorted. There’s a Tesco Express and Sainsbury’s nearby and a lovely patisserie amongst other coffee shops etc. Overall, I’d highly recommend!

Nick's place was just what we were looking for as our family visited Brighton. The location is very convenient for walking around various parts of the city and it's close to the train and bus station for when you want to extend your exploring a bit. The layout provided us with enough room to enjoy time together downstairs but then go our separate ways upstairs. Excellent home and host!

Nick’s place was fabulous for our family celebration. The pictures are accurate, it’s beautiful, clean and in such a perfect location for all Brighton offers. I had been concerned about the road noise as it is so central but needn’t have because the street is quiet with seemingly little passing traffic. Highly recommended, we’d love to return.

We had a wonderful couple of nights in this Airbnb for my birthday. It was clean, spacious and an excellent location, 3 mins from the train station and 5 mins walk to all the shops in the lanes. I would definitely recommend this place, and would stay there again on a next trip.

The house was as described. Really good location. The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond with questions. We were just a little disappointed with check out. We had asked in advance if a late check out would be possible as we had 3 infants under 2 with us. We were told to ask 24 hours in advance which we did in case there was another booking which was understandable. We were then told that a late checkout wasn’t possible even though we could see that there were no other bookings for that evening.

What an absolute find. First of all, Nick was a great host, very responsive. The accommodation was absolutely brilliant from the time you opened the door. Very comfortable and homely. The bedrooms were beautiful and so was the bathroom. Would definitely put this place at the top when coming to Brighton again.

The good: excellent location and lots of bedrooms. The bad: this property is managed by a third party Airbnb host and the communication in the leadup to the check in was overly generic and I was obviously talking to someone who did not know the property. I was travelling with my elderly parents and it's at the bottom of a steep hill. Therefore it was very important to understand the accessibility of the house. they couldn't tell me if there were sufficient handrails on the stairs. They also said that they would let me know 24 hours in advance whether an early check in was possible, and then did not let me know despite my numerous messages asking to confirm. They then said that they had informed me about the complementary luggage storage further down the hill, which is irrelevant to the needs of my family members who need to plan their trips carefully with luggage they cannot move themselves.

Great location in Kemptown, very close to the local bars, shops and restaurants and the station just 5 minutes walk away. Well appointed house which was very cosy and felt recently decorated. Well stocked kitchen in terms of utensils and every other amenity you'd need. Comfortable beds and great shower / bathroom. Small yard at the back for anyone wanting some outside space. Hosts were always quick in responding to questions and share tips & offers on things to do nearby.

Brilliant location with the beach, North Laine and the Lanes all very close by but the street itself was quiet. We had some issues with the WiFi at the start of our stay but we managed to resolve them.

Amazing townhouse bang in the centre of Brighton. The colourful, cosy interior made us feel right at home and we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything in Brighton (even Hove) was within walking distance. The host provided us with all the info we needed and more - I didn’t have to contact them once as everything was crystal clear. Do keep in mind you’re in the centre of Brighton close to the train station so there will be pedestrian traffic and a bit of noise at night.

We were in Brighton for the first time and it was way too short. The house are beautiful and very stylishly decorated. There was nothing missing. We felt very comfortable. Wonderful stay. Excellent host. Great communication. Good location - some noise at night on the weekend as pubs are so close by but not terrible. Thr house was very clean and there was good storage for our things so we were able to settle in quickly. Enough room for 2 teens to study without being disturbed and the other 3 to relax without tip toe-ing around. We went to the Brighton Dome to a concert and it was so easy. Great walks. Fantastic shops. Beautiful, friendly people. Felt safe enough for the kids to venture off together. We'll be back!

Emergency life saving surgery resulted in us being unable to travel to the Airbnb. We notified the hosting company as soon as this happened, but rather than any sympathy the hosting company simply said that we just find a new date (as we were outside of their free cancellation window), our last priority. We were eventually told to speak to Airbnb and explain the extenuating circumstances, we did but they were incompetent as the contact kept viewing a prior booking and saying we could cancel for a full refund. Over the next 4.5 days we were messed around, until the day of arrival when we were passed to the specialist team who told us that life saving surgery didn’t qualify as an extenuating circumstance! Had we been informed earlier we would have been able to at recoup some of the money, as it stands we’ve lost £919. Although I spoke to Airbnb subsequently, and they said they’d look again, 2-weeks later nothing more has been heard. Altogether very poor service by all concerned.

This was the first time we stayed at an Airbnb and WOW! We were totally impressed by the quality, cleanliness and location of this house. It had everything that we could possibly need and more. The location is amazing being so close to Brighton Station, with a lovely coffee shop and Patisserie at the end of the road. It was easy to walk to the North Laine, The Lanes, Churchill Square Shopping Centre and of course the Pier and Beach. The communication was perfect and it was lovely meet Nick our host. We will not hesitate to book again next time we visit Brighton.

We had a great stay here with our family group, and would very happily stay again. Arriving and leaving by train it was even easier than I imagined - barely 5 minutes walk to the station - while the house was surrounded by great things to do. Adults took advantage of the local shopping and almost overwhelming choice of coffee places, while the kids loved the hidden Harry Potter-style shop just around the corner, and the seafront was an easy walk through the town.. Other reviews have said it all really, all I can do is add my recommendation!

We had a great stay at this place. The location is very central, close to the many little shops Brighton is well known for, and an easy 15 minute stroll to the beach. The house itself is lovely renovated and we found everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The place was well cleaned on arrival, and communication with the owners was swift and enjoyable. We loved staying at Nick’s place! It’s unusually spacious for the area, really tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, linens and house were clean, and our host was available and easy to communicate with. We stayed for three weeks and loved the proximity to all Brighton centre has to offer, as well as unbeatable proximity to train station and every bus route for city as well as day trips. Lovely small garden in back perfect for a coffee. Details were thoughtful including high end toiletries, lockbox for key so our family of four could come and go easily. Really lovely stay, thank you!

Nick's house is fantastically located minutes from the train station and in the heart of North Laine with so many coffee bars, restaurants and interesting shops right on the doorstep. The house is beautifully decorated and is light, airy and uplifting. The litchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay whether we were eating in or going out. Brighton's great - though I'd definitely head there by train or use 'justpark' and leave the car outside the centre.

This house is a bit of a gem. Very hip decor, clean and bright; it's in a great neighbourhood, too. Super easy for the train station and on the edge of North Laine, my favourite Brighton disctrict. Really a perfect place for a family reunion sort of stay. Lots of glasses - just what was needed! A note to guests: bring beach towels!

No parking available but we found a private driveway spot close by on the "JustPark" app. Easy walk to the Lanes/ beachfront areas so the car isn't needed once settled in. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property if visiting Brighton - which is lovely by the way.

Wow! This is an amazing place to stay – for several reasons! Firstly, the location in the centre of Brighton is fantastic – everything is within easy reach – shops, cafes, restaurants, the sea! You do not need a car to explore. If you do bring a car, the easiest parking is the Trafalgar Street carpark – secure overnight parking and reasonably priced. Secondly, the house itself is a gem – beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. Thirdly communication with Nick the owner was exceptional – we even had a personal welcome! We highly recommend this as a place to stay and we look forward to returning!

The parking nearby using one of the front drive parking apps was convenient & easy. The owner was very helpful, responding quickly to an issue we needed help with. A phone that we accidentally left behind was located & returned to us very promptly. This home worked really well for us and we had a great stay!

Really lovely house to stay in. We were a party of 5 adults, a 3 year old, 1 year old and a 4 month old and the house was perfect for us and the children. The linen was lovely, the house was clean and had good stock in the kitchen (tea coffee etc). Location was perfect as it was close to beach (15min walk), the lanes (5min walk) and has multiple coffee shops nearby. There is also a play cafe on the road behind it which was good too. Would highly reccomend.

This is a great house in the heart of the Laines. All the best a coolest parts of Brighton at the end of the road. Very nicely decorated, good bathrooms, lovely sitting room with a great fireplace. It was clean and warm when we arrived. The complimentary Faith in Nature shower gel and shampoo were a really nice touch plus plenty of loo rolls and essentials. The team for the house were available and able to respond to queries promptly.

Lovely house that was a great space for my family (both younger & older members). The location was ideal & had it not been for covid we’d have made a lot more use of the myriad of pubs & restaurants a stones throw from the property. The area is full of independent/alternative shops which my teenage kids loved. No issues with the house & the hosts were friendly & helpful. I’d recommend getting parking on the JustPark app or something similar. We left this a little late & could only get parking that was about a 15min walk away - it didn’t matter much in the end as there was so much within walking distance of the house. All in all a great visit to Brighton over Christmas.

Nick's property is a beautiful, quirky place to stay in. The property has great facilities, is lovely and clean, and is in a great location! (Plus the beds are extremely comfortable... Best nights sleep I have had in a long time). Communication with Nick/Jessica (From the "AirHost" team) was quick, accurate and polite. Myself and six of my friends has a fantastic time during our stay and would love to return one day!

Excellent location, literally minutes away from the station. The house is on a quiet side street connecting two roads lined with various cafes, restaurants, shops etc. The house itself is more spacious than the pictures let on, was nicely decorated, very well kept and clean. Checking in was made extremely convenient with the lock-box at the entrance which also made it easier to coordinate separate return timings with a larger group. The team managing the apartment was also very helpful and responsive. Overall, made for a very smooth stay and a great trip!

Super house right in the centre of buzzing brighton, close to the station, the shops pubs bars and fun of the Laines. Super clean, comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, great kitchen and lounge to relax in before going out. The whole place was brilliant and we could not praise this highly enough. Nick's house is situated very close to the trainline and is part of North Laines. The quirky independent shops are worth a visit. We walked everywhere as it is easy to reach The Lanes, Brighton Palace and Art Museum (David Bowie exhibition was a bonus!), the Pier, British Airways i360, and the instagrammable upside downhouse. Nick's house is spacious and comfortable with loads of amenities like tea, coffee, and showering products. We are a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us all. Thank you for a wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Plenty of eateries and pubs in walking distance. Only downside is plenty of street noise on a Friday and Saturday night. Lots of people walk past the house and are loud at early hours of the morning with two main bedrooms being at the front it’s something to be mindful of if you are looking for a restful break. But all in all a fantastic stay and a great host.

Great property in a fantastic location. Not too far from the train station and in the middle of the the North Laines with its great coffee shops, restaurants etc only a short walk to the Lanes and then another short walk to the seafront. The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. Really pleased with the property and good communication in case of any questions or problems (we had none!)

We loved staying in this beautiful house in the centre of Brighton. The location is excellent - just seconds walk from cafes, shops, bars etc. but still on a quiet street. We were worried about parking, but the host provided helpful recommendations and we found a convenient car park just around the corner where we left our car for the entire stay. The house was spacious, stylish and clean with all the facilities we needed for our stay. The host was regularly in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. This place is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Large open living and dining space for groups. It is in a fabulous buzzy and colourful location. It was easy to communicate and responses were immediate. Would highly recommend this stay if you don't mind a short walk through some lovely lanes to the beach.

Nick’s place is in a great location with an abundance of coffee shops & pubs in the area. Fully equipped kitchen with most things you might need. Plenty of towels, lovely toiletries and comfy beds. Any queries were answered promptly. Just a note re parking: don’t! Parking in Brighton is a nightmare - particularly for visitors. If you can leave the car at home that’s probably best, however if you needed to bring the car along as we did (we were travelling on elsewhere afterwards) here is some info for you: Parking at the premises is restricted from 9am to 8pm when it is permit parking only and it appears that temporary passes are not available for this property. We found unrestricted parking by Preston Park and left the car there for the week. It was a bit of a pain but the location could not be faulted and you wouldn’t need a car there anyway! A very enjoyable stay, thank you.

Lovely property, tidy and spacious, just as shown in the images. In a great location, minutes away from most main attractions, we did not have to go too far for anything. Lovely host who checked in with us before, during and after our stay ensuring we were happy at all times. We highly recommend!!

This place is absolutely fabulous - the location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the Lanes, North Laine (which are two separate lively parts of town) and the sea front. It is spotlessly clean and has all the amenities we needed. We stayed with our kids and parents - 3 generations were very comfortable. We were able to cook when we didn't have the energy to eat out. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience the vibrant city of Brighton. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing house in the perfect location! Checking in was incredibly easy and the host messaged throughout our stay to ensure we were all okay. Family of 5 + a dog, we've had a great stay at Nick's. Close to a lot of great dining options, very clean, excellent assistance from Nick when we needed it. Really felt like home, even down to the choice of toiletries 🙂. And the fireplace really makes this one special.

A fantastic house. Eclectically decorated with everything you need. The location is perfect for exploring Brighton. Great communication from the host. Frankly I can’t recommend this place enough!
