The bright kitchen is equipped with a modern SMEG toaster and kettle, as well as a microwave and washer/dryer. It’s fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, cookware, and glassware to make cooking a breeze. Essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil are also provided.

We had a great week. The apartment is functional, comfortable and matches the description on the site. It is very well located: close to the train station, close to shops, not far from the beach. It's just difficult to access the building because the road is sloping and with suitcases, it's not always easy but it's just for the arrival and return... We especially appreciated the quality of communication with our Airbnb contact Charlie, who was always very responsive and friendly, from the beginning to the end of the stay. It's very reassuring, especially when you're travelling abroad! Thank you so much. We recommend this apartment without any problems and we will surely come back in the future!

Flat was good size in good location and near train station, bed was comfy and kitchen had necessary cooking equipment. Unfortunately there were a few issues. The smell of old cigarettes from a neighbour was awful and in every space of the flat. It got especially worse at night and meant we had all the windows open all the time even when it was cold. No handwash in bathroom (had to buy some) and lots of damp stains in bedroom with paint peeling off wall. Windows at front barely opened and the smell was unbearable at times. The corridors and communal spaces were very dirty and smelly too. check in was very late compared to other places and they emailed saying check out was an hour earlier than advertised which had to be disputed and was a little stressful.

HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
