This spacious 2-bedroom house is equipped with everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in the heart of Hove, by the sea! Just off Western Road and its many shops, restaurants bars and pubs and just a few minutes and from Hove Lawns and the iconic seafront... you will not run out of things to do and places to explore!

BEDROOM 1 WITH ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM (SLEEPS TWO)
Step into this serene and inviting bedroom, a perfect retreat after a long day! The room features a large window that floods the space with natural light, enhancing its warm and welcoming ambiance. Tastefully decorated in neutral tones, the bedroom offers ample storage with a large built-in wardrobe. The comfortable double bed is complemented by soft, high-quality linens and plush pillows. With its peaceful atmosphere and thoughtful design, this bedroom promises restful nights and relaxing mornings.

BEDROOM 2 (SLEEPS TWO)
The second bedroom features two single beds with a zip and link option, allowing for easy conversion into a king size bed to suit your needs (please request in advance of your stay). A large window ensures the room is filled with natural light throughout the day. The en-suite bathroom adds an extra touch of luxury, equipped with modern fixtures, a sleek shower, and elegant tiling. This bedroom offers a perfect blend of flexibility and comfort, making it ideal for friends or family members.

All of the beds are made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels, as well as guest toiletries.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN-LIVING AREA (SOFABED SLEEPS TWO)
The open plan kitchen-living area is perfect for friends and family to gather and enjoy! The kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook a delicious meal: cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. We also provide all the essential amnesties for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics. A microwave is also available for your convenience. The gorgeous corner sofa also converts into a double sofa bed, ideal for two people to sleep on with the convenience of a downstairs WC, only steps away,

BATHROOM 1 - EN-SUITE BATHROOM
The en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom offers comfort and privacy. It features a walk-in shower, sink and WC.

BATHROOM 2
The main family bathroom features a luxurious bath with shower facility, sink, WC and vanity units. A touch of luxury in your daily routine.

Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

PARKING
Norton Road car park in Hove is the nearest car park and costs around £8 per day only. There are pay & display bays in the area, (please check local signs as price may vary). We would recommend leaving the car in Norton Road car park, or parking up for free out of town, and walking around town during your stay. It's a small city, everything is easily accessible on foot and the traffic and parking can be challenging!

Guest have access to the entire home during their stay.

- Please note that there should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the lovely neighbours.
