The second bedroom features two single beds with a zip and link option, allowing for easy conversion into a king size bed to suit your needs (please request in advance of your stay). A large window ensures the room is filled with natural light throughout the day. The en-suite bathroom adds an extra touch of luxury, equipped with modern fixtures, a sleek shower, and elegant tiling. This bedroom offers a perfect blend of flexibility and comfort, making it ideal for friends or family members.

PARKING
Norton Road car park in Hove is the nearest car park and costs around £8 per day only. There are pay & display bays in the area, (please check local signs as price may vary). We would recommend leaving the car in Norton Road car park, or parking up for free out of town, and walking around town during your stay. It's a small city, everything is easily accessible on foot and the traffic and parking can be challenging!

HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate. As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late checkout will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
