The space
Just 5 minutes walk from Brighton train station, this lower ground floor apartment is in a really great central, yet quiet, location; you can stroll to everything the city has to offer!It is set up to ensure guests have a great stay and offers tea, coffee, sugar, cooking basics, fresh bed linen, plenty of towels and guest toiletries. There's also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.
The bedroom is huge! It has a king size bed and loads of storage so all your belongings can be neatly put away, if you wish.
Next to this is the bathroom with freestanding roll top bath and over head shower. Feel free to relax in the bath with a glass of wine.
The lounge is cosy and comfortable with natural light shining in through the glass doors that lead out on to the small private terrace where you can sit and have a coffee. There's a sofa bed, which is perfect for 1 or 2 guests, and a large Smart TV if you want to cosy up and watch a movie.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook up brunch or dinner including plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
In a great location, you can walk up to Seven Dials for great coffee and a wonderful independent supermarket. You can head into the North Laine and stroll the streets of vibrant shops and restaurants, or head to the beach for the Pier, cafes, i360 Tower or zip line. There's plenty to do and enjoy within walking distance.

First of all, the company that manages the Airhost property was impeccable with great kindness and very responsive to our questions. In addition, we were able to leave our luggage for free before entering and then after checkout👌. The staff are very nice:) Then we had a pretty nice stay. For the highlights of the accommodation, it is despite being in the basement, bright enough, equipped and well located five minutes from the train station. After for us, the bad points are the bedding (mattresses and pillows), and although it is in a quiet area, it is still roadside with 1, relative passage… There may also be something to do against the humidity of this apartment.

I really enjoyed my 2 week stay here! - great location - lot of natural light (even for a basement) - spacious enough - good communication with the owner (any issue we had was sorted that very same day!) Only negative i can this of for some guests is the small patches of mould around the flat BUT these are tiny and didn’t inconvenience my stay at all. Nothing that i wouldn’t expect but i know some people really hate it haha Was a lovely stay and if it’s free next time im here i’ll probably be back again!!

We stayed for 3 nights. The floor in the bedroom was dirty and there was underwear hanging from the curtain rail. We got in contact with the host and apparently someone came to clean the room again when we were out but we weren’t told and couldn’t tell because the floor was still dirty and the underwear was still there. The sofa bed shouldn’t be for 2 people because one side of it is very hard so it’s like sleeping on the floor. In the end they refunded us the cleaning fee but it was slow to communicate with them unless we called them and I don’t know if getting £84 is worth staying somewhere so dirty. We won’t be staying there again.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
