Really great location easily to find and everything you could want close by, yet property was peaceful and quiet. Hot tub lovely extra for relaxing after lots of walking and garden area nice to sit with a coffee in the morning. Apartment was clean throughout and had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend booking.

Fire door to bedroom broke. Didn’t shut properly then the handle came off. Rubbish left behind from previous visit!! Outdoor lighting all not working so without the hot tub lighting you’re just in darkness. Told us we had noise rules but neighbours banging & noisy ALL DAY & NIGHT!

Alex is a great host - super responsive (I think managed by airbnb but still great). Apartment was awesome - great, funky getaway, ideal for couples! Hot tub was awesome - maybe not quite as "secluded" as advertised but still a great getaway - Possibly a bit on the expensive side - but then what isn't these days! Would definitely return.

Lovely clean apartment, with good decorations just as described. The only things we noticed was the sofa was very uncomfortable after a short time sitting on it, but it is a sofa bed and they are not the most comfortable to start with. The garden is very looked over with just an umbrella to partly shade the hot tub which could be off putting to some people. The solar light in the garden add a nice touch to an evening dip hi were the charging packs are fixed to the fence right under the umbrella, so you need to have it down during the day to charge them and then only one of the big ones come on at night. The bathroom door also has quite a sizeable gap as it’s a sliding door, again not a problem for us as me and my partner have been together for awhile but could be something to consider if your not as comfortable. The location is good if you’re looking for a more quiet stay in Brighton, with the pier being a 15/20 minuet walk along the beach. Overall would recommend

my partner and I mostly enjoyed our stay and the property is very conveniently located near to the beach and the town. we noticed an issue with the cooker on the evening we arrived which meant we were limited with our cooking facilities and it only became available to use (a new oven having been fitted) on the last day/ evening of our 4 day stay. We were instructed by the host that an electrician would be over at 8.30am to install a new oven ignoring our text msgs asking for later time that would have been more convenient to ourselves. This was our only issue over the few days we stayed and we would thoroughly recommend the property hoping that the the host could give a little more consideration to any future renters of the property in these types of situations.

Really really enjoyed this place - we were staying for a friends wedding and there were two couples, one in the bedroom and one on the pull out couch. A fab location a 3 min walk to a quieter part of brighton beach or else you can walk 15 mins to the Pier. The hot tub was the best fun ever and so nice to chill in after a long day or for a dip in the morning. They even gave us sparkling wine on arrival! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Stayed for my anniversary and it is perfect for couples! Great location and lovely touches such as the bottle on arrival and dressing gowns. The cleanliness let it down slightly, with crumbs in fridge, floor in living room and what looked like sand and other bits in the hot tub. However, the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in! Nevertheless, I had a wonderful time celebrating my anniversary!

We spent a lovely few days in Brighton and the apartment was perfect for our stay. It’s an easy walk from everything with a load of dining options only a short stroll away. The patio was a lovely spot to relax each evening in the hot tub and felt nice and secluded. Can’t recommend it enough.

Staying at Alex’s home was an absolute delight! The house itself is stunning and perfectly located, just minutes away from the beach and close to everything in Brighton. The cozy and clean environment, complete with all the essentials, made our stay incredibly comfortable. The thoughtful touches, like robes for the hot tub, added a special touch to our experience. This place was my other option as I would usually stay in a hotel, but with the prices and my other payment plans I choice this as I could pay off monthly which helped out a lot. And while I could get much sleep due to noice of other neighbours. (Not the ones above) And the fact I could hear like owl noises and bird noises at 5AM in the morning, usually I would be fine but I could not sleep it off for some reason reason. Either way, fantastic place with a nice hot tub. I would definitely come back when I am back in Brighton later in the year if hotel prices weren’t affordable and I needed to plan other payments.

A really lovely and quirky flat with great personal touches, close to everything you need to explore Brighton and Hove. The hot tub was a great addition, especially to relax in at night with the twinkly lights. The hosts always have lots of notice when they needed to come do maintenance and were proactive in sorting any issues.

Positive aspects: Great location and within walking distance of the beach, town and restaurants Hot tub is great and very relaxing in the evenings Decor in the property is very nice and quirky and adds a lot to the experience Very clean property and comfy bed Peaceful property and we did not hear any noise in the evenings so could sit back and relax Great communication when we had questions There were a few pointers regarding complementary drinks and lights in the garden that I have sent to the owner privately that are easy fixes and not worth detailing on the public review. I would therefore suggest there is nothing that would stop me recommending anyone booking this place.

Very central location, but still very quiet. Close to the beach and amenities. It was such a hassle free stay, I really enjoyed it! If I had a question, I was just able to ask and I received a response very quickly. The place was super clean and had all the necessary amenities. We had a lovely stay here! The flat is in a great location, there’s a lively bar at the top of the road and loads of shops and food places! We stayed over the bank holiday weekend, the neighbours were playing loud music both nights we stayed until about 2am, which was quite annoying. Especially as the house rules are to not make noise after 8pm. The apartment was clean. However, there was a hair in the glasses they left out for us in the basket on the bed, the garden furniture had a lot of bird poop on them and the hot tub was a little dirty we had to use the net to get the bits out. The sofa is kinda hard too. This didn’t really effect our stay though as we just cleaned out the glasses, we didn’t use the garden furniture, we barely used the sofa as we were out most of the time and we weren’t too bothered about the hot tub dirt as we shower when we get out anyway! Would definitely still recommend staying here!

I recently stayed at this lovely Airbnb and it was absolutely perfect for a couples weekend away. The place had a charming garden with a cute hot tub area, which added a touch of relaxation to our stay. Its location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to everything we wanted to explore. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the sitting area was cozy and inviting. overall it was perfect! super comfy bed, the shower is amazing (jealous it's far better than mine at home) our only issue was with the lockbox, it's very easy to open but on the other hand very difficult to close, it may need to be looked at.

The apartment is in a brilliant location with restaurants and bars close by - plus a choice of several supermarkets and bus stops. And, of course, step outside the front door and you can see the sea at the bottom of the road. Considering how close it is to the centre of Brighton it was surprisingly quiet, so I slept extremely well in the very comfy bed. I loved the apartment's decor, the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed for my stay and a soak in the hot tub after a busy day catching up with friends a welcome addition. Communication was excellent and it was really handy to be able to store my luggage securely and for free - and I received a very friendly welcome! I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Brighton.

Had a great stay for my boyfriends birthday weekend! Had an issue with the fuse on the first night but Alex came to the rescue so quickly, he was so lovely and helpful. Everything was great, shops are very close, the best part is that the beach is a walking distance away. We’d defo stay here again next time we come down to Brighton. A brilliant find on air BnB with property exactly like the photos. A bottle of prosecco on arrival that we could enjoy in the hot tub was a welcome bonus! Only feedback would be to make it clearer how to turn on lights in garden as it was dark when we arrived. We did message about this but never heard back. Not a massive deal but could be clearer! Otherwise absolutely fantastic stay and an excellent property, would return!

We went for a weekend away. The instructions for check in meant we could get there when it was suitable for us. Not only was the place spotless he had gone above and beyond leaving us Prosecco a great way to start our break before getting in the hot tub. We where able to walk into Brighton and enjoy the food and bars before getting home. Would 100% stay again. Thank you ❤️

The apartment was amazing, all as described! We were told that the dishwasher wasn’t working the morning of check-in, which wasn’t a problem for us as they provided dish sponge & soap. I couldn’t fault the apartment, 3 mins walk to Waitrose / Co-op, restaurants and shops nearby - this was a perfect location. Even walking distance to the beach / pier. The hot tub was a bonus, literally everything needed in one place!! However, the one problem we faced was parking - there is NO free parking nearby, it is all permit holders only (max 2 hours parking, pay & display) which was the biggest problem for us! - please if you are driving, book a space in advance (for us, everything was either full, or a very narrow space for our 4x4). The garden area where the hot tub is, also fills up with bird poo, but a hose is provided which you can just wash off which was very handy. I would definitely book this place again without hesitation, the communication prior check-in was fast and friendly!!

Really lovely Air Bnb and great host. Only a 5 minute walk from the main town and a 2 minute walk to the beach. 4 of us stayed and felt there was enough room and felt really cosy. We had a small issue with the hot tub but the hostess was very quick to answer our messages and it was sorted in the end. Lovely hot tub and very clean flat. Would stay again 😃

A perfect getaway for myself and partner. A lovely apartment that is unique and a great setting to relax. Communication was flawless and very accommodating checking up to see if everything is OK. Hopefully booking for September again as only complaint was not enough time. Hopefully hopefully better weather as would have liked more time in the hot tub which could tell was very well looked after. 10 out of 10 this is how it should be.

The apartment is as described... Everything was available. Everything was within walking distance... The only manko and why we had booked it was that the hot tub unfortunately only worked for 1 day. When we described this, help came very quickly, but the problem could not be fixed (Christmas/New Year's Eve) which was very annoying for us... We were refunded 100 pounds for the inconvenience... Overall, the accommodation was great, the location etc was perfect... Only the hot tub was very annoying for us

The place was super cute, well decorated, and in a really ideal location. The check in was easy, and both my friend and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say is that the hot tub was way over chlorinated. We opened the cover when we got there and there was an immediate overpowering smell that made us both light headed. We left the cover off for it to air out for about four hours and thought it wasn’t an issue, but when we got in and turned the jets on, the smell came back and our eyes started burning to the point where we had to get out and had to wash our eyes out with cold water. HOWEVER, the communication about the issue was amazing, and they got someone out the same day to fix it which was great because the main reason we rented it was for the hot tub. Nice place overall, if I’m ever back in Brighton I would check this place out again.

Such a great stay, the place was very clean, stylish and kitted out exactly as described. Contrary to previous reviews the kitchen is now well stocked with cooking utensils. we got access to the property easily and on time, and communication was great throughout. I would recommend staying here, and will likely be back again ourselves.

Lovely little appartement in a fantastic location in Brighton. If you’re intending to cook you may want to bring your own utensils as it wasn’t as well equipped as I would have expected, only having the very basics there. That is my only niggle with the apartment though, I would gladly stay there again. I would just highlight that this is run for Alex by a management company whose communication is beyond excessive and obsessed with their rules, looking for me to agree to them multiple times before my stay and daily contact from the checkin day to checkout. This was completely unnecessary and frankly very annoying. I do not appreciate being treated like a miscreant teenager being left alone for the first time which is how this company made us feel.

Let me start by saying that this place is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!, great location and the communication has been excellent throughout the trip! There are two things that let this stay down: 1) the chemicals in the hottub unfortunately ruined my swimsuit - it was white and blue stripe and now it’s cream / grey and had to go in the bin (I got this swimsuit 3 months ago and it’s been on holiday to the beach / pool and not suffered any discolouration before the hottub) 2) the sofa/2nd bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable for anyone to sleep on, so an uncomfortable night if you are staying as a group of 4. If you are planning a trip for 2, take an old swimsuit and this place is PERFECT! Immaculately clean and central to all the amenities! Thank you for having us!

This flat is the perfect location for a trip to Briggton. There are great food places and shops a few steps away, but with the peace of a little street for that relaxing feel. The garden and hot tub are nice and secure. A real little gem to top this gorgeous flat off. Inside it is well looked after, with all the things you'll need - including little welcome treats to put a smile on your face! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away and have peace of mind that you will be well looked after with great communication between the host and guest. Look forward to coming back again myself!!

Perfect stay for me and two teenagers at Alex’ home. The sofa couch doesn’t really double as a bed. One big duvet on bed with two people sleeping is a bit unpractical. But other than that this flat is litterally 30 sec from high road with out any noise. 4 min from beach. A short Walk into the center of Brighton. The flat is also a bit larger than what comes through on the photos. And jacuzzi is never wrong :). Recommended!! The host also fast and easy reachable.

We would highly recommend staying at this property. Great location, close to the beach and the facilities were top class. We loved the beautiful decor and all the attention to detail. It was fantastic to have all the added extras like the cookbooks, magazines, bottle of wine, luxurious toiletries, condiments and much more. This apartment has been so well thought out and feels so homely. It made our holiday extra special. It is the first time we have stayed in an Airbnb so we were not sure what to expect and we were not disappointed. The hot tub is amazing. There are even lights located around the garden which look really pretty at night. We cannot wait to come back again soon.
