What a lovely flat. Perfect location, literally 2 minute walk from the promenade / seafront. Really nice space, very chilled, very nice. Weird bathroom door, but otherwise lovely.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Brighton with Airhost, the location was brilliant, the apartment was clean and tidy and it had a small outdoor space which was great for us. As it is a basement apartment it stayed lovely and cool during what was one of the hottest weekends of the year. When we did have a problem, airhost were quick to respond, friendly and did what they could to help us which was greatly appreciated

Nice location, close to the beach. The terrace needs some cleaning and the amenities in the bathroom start getting rusty. Apart from that, it is a nice and homely apartment with enough space for 4 guests.

My partner and I had a lovely time staying at this AirBnB! It really is right by the sea and on top of that, down the street (on the boulevard) is a nice strip of grass where we were able to walk our dog each day. The place is relatively easy to find (just don't walk down the wrong stairs, haha!) and there's a lot of restaurants around the apartment. It's easy to get around the city from the AirBnB, with a bus stop less than 2 minutes away and rentable (E-)bikes down by the boulevard. It was good to have the co-op right up the street, too, so we were able to get groceries without needing to take the car out of parking. The apartment does get a little cold, but the backyard let a lot of light in, leaving us quite cozy during the mornings!

It was overall an ok place. But be aware that there was an ant problem all over the property. The bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and living room. I would find random ants in my luggage, sheets, or dining table. Very unsettling. Also there was a sewage smell during my stay for no reason. Be aware before booking

We recently stayed at this amazing Airbnb during the 2024 Marathon and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was immaculate, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location close to shops, pubs and the seafront. Clean and spacious. Some noise can be heard from the flat above and people walking past outside, but mostly pretty quiet. Comfortable bed and sofa bed.

Had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean and nicely decorated, made us feel at home straight away. Nice extra to have the private outdoor terrace in the back. Host was responsive & the instructions in advance as well as during our stay were helpful. Smooth check-in. Great central location, with shops and buzzing city up the road, the beach just down the road. Would happily stay here again!

The flat was larger than I expected. Clean and comfortable. A couple of bedside lights would be useful. It is a pain to get out of bed to turn the light out. Altogether a good experience, flexible and very fast responses. Rescued me from a last minute cancellation

This was a great place to stay if you are visiting Brighton for a holiday, great location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and bus stops. Communication was great if it was during the day, however when I had noise issues from the flat above, there was no communication. Out-of-hours services weren't related to noise disturbances by neighbours. I visited for work and found nighttime difficult for a few nights as the noise above was intense. Overall, great, spacious flat, but bear in mind it's a basement flat, so if you are looking for peace and quiet you may not find it here, if the noise doesn't bother you then it's perfect. I would stay again, but would require more help if there was any noise issues.

Really great stay super close to the beach and also shops and restaurants. Check in and check out were super easy and the host was great making the information for the stay clear and was easily contactable. The place was homely and comfortable and perfect for a little get away!

Loved it. Perfect location. Easy walk from train station. Rooms good size. Bed comfy and a good size, amazingly so was the sofa bed. Great to have own entrance and space for drinks and dinner outside. Would happily book again.

Excellent communication from host. Didn’t expect this to be a fairly dark basement flat. Garden flat gives it an airy and light expectation. Fairly cold and bathroom door difficult to enter and exit. Location great, perhaps better value if you are more than 2 people.

I had a wonderful experience with AirHost, who were very attentive and responsive throughout the whole process. They deserve a 5/5 rating for their communication skills. The accommodation matched the description perfectly and had all the amenities I needed. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and many shops and restaurants. However, the accommodation did not have anything that really impressed me or made it stand out from other places, especially when you consider the price per night and the noise from the above flat and from the streets was also a bit annoying and prevented me from giving it a 5.
