Tailored for a couple with a child or a solo traveler seeking a retreat or an escape, this short-term rental is an ode to bohemian, rustic, and mystical aesthetics.
The living area unfolds with a leather sofa, perfect for a snug evening of TV and reading or as a cosy bed for a little one. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for six are surrounded by an array of enchanting artistic details. The promise of a magical stay extends in the kitchen with two dishwashers and two ovens at your service - the cook's ideal kitchen. Complimentary coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and cooking oil await, adding plenty of convenience to your magical retreat.
The toilet is adorned with hand-printed blue batik wallpaper, a creation by the illustrious French designer Le Monde Sauvage. Each corner whispers tales of curiosity, marked by intriguing ornaments that paint a vivid picture. The separate bath room beckons you to immerse yourself into a deep relaxation in the bath, with an overhead shower. Plenty of big bath towels, hand towels and toiletries are provided.
The bedroom, a sanctuary of enchantment, features a super comfy sofa bed with a full-sprung mattress from the renowned British company Furl. Embrace the magical ambiance further with a woodpecker log burning stove, promising cosy nights. Plenty of fresh bed linens are provided. Please note a £20 fee will be charged if you require firewood.

Guest will have access to the entire property during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.There is free, unlimited parking at the bottom of the road but is subject to availability as there are only 5 spaces.

- Firewood available for a £20 fee- Please note the living room has a leather sofa (that's not a sofa bed) so it can only accommodate a child or one small person (up to 5 feet tall).

The apartment is located on a steep street high up in a quiet residential neighborhood in a typical townhouse. The apartment is reached via a steep, narrow staircase into the basement.It is something special, very individual and stylishly decorated. It has charm and we liked it very much.The view from the small terrace is stunning.You should avoid using your own car in this area.We collected two parking tickets at a time when we arrived, unpacked and were not yet familiar with the parking rules. The kitchen is super equipped. Everything was clean.

The Brighton & Hove Airbnb was beyond disappointing. The apartment was excessively dusty and dirty. The refrigerator had food in it, particularly the freezer and there was a strong, sour odor coming from it. The cabinets had food in them too and the cooking equipment was equally dirty. I barely shopped for food out of disgust and overspent eating out because of this situation. The bedroom was a glorified entrance to an outdoor patio, which had but one hanging chair, with a soggy, moldy cushion. The bed was a pull-out sofa with an excessively lumpy, dusty mattress with no back support. Then, there was the bathroom, which was two tiny rooms across the room from the other. There was a puny sink & toilet with no place to put a single toiletry. there was a mop & bucket leaning next to the bathroom, with dirty water too. This situation resulted in my eating out and staying away as much as possible. The photos are definately a time long ago.

Additional rules
- Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 - Unless agreed in advance a late check-out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees. Thank you for your understanding.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
