Fantastic place a short walk to everything Brighton has to offer. Super good mattresses. Lovely bathtub. Extensive kitchen. Two terraces for you to sit outside. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Highly recommended!

Property itself was lovely. Large bathroom, good kitchen with all the essentials. Clean and well maintained. Matched the photos. I liked the complimentary luggage storage by Airhost too. But we chose the property because we thought it would be a quiet place to work on creative writing projects. Unfortunately 2/5 days workman were working directly outside the front door. Drilling for hours, banging, shouting. It didn’t make the environment feel very hospitable. The owners were apparently not aware of the work. Whereas at other AirBnB properties owners alerted us of ongoing construction work and offered a discounted rate ahead of time. Construction work in the area is the kind of thing AirBnB hosts should be aware of. Very disappointing.
