This was the second time we stayed in September cottage this year and again we can only say it has been a marvelous experience. The street is super quiet and an easy walk into beautiful Brighton. The house is extremely practical and a high level of finish . Strongly recommended !!

It’s a really lovely house, well appointed and maintained. A real home from home. Dale was very responsive to questions. The original address provided was incorrect it’s Place not Street, but the confusion was quickly rectified. We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to return

We loved September cottage, we stayed for 2 months to trial out living in Brighton. The location is brilliant, really close to lots of pubs, restaurants and a short walk to the sea. If you stand on your tip toes in the bedroom you can see the sea. House was great, loved the fire, spaciousness and garden. Host was great at communicating. Thanks!

Fantastic place a short walk to everything Brighton has to offer. Super good mattresses. Lovely bathtub. Extensive kitchen. Two terraces for you to sit outside. One on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Highly recommended!

Property itself was lovely. Large bathroom, good kitchen with all the essentials. Clean and well maintained. Matched the photos. I liked the complimentary luggage storage by Airhost too. But we chose the property because we thought it would be a quiet place to work on creative writing projects. Unfortunately 2/5 days workman were working directly outside the front door. Drilling for hours, banging, shouting. It didn’t make the environment feel very hospitable. The owners were apparently not aware of the work. Whereas at other AirBnB properties owners alerted us of ongoing construction work and offered a discounted rate ahead of time. Construction work in the area is the kind of thing AirBnB hosts should be aware of. Very disappointing.

very nice. Very nice cottage. tastefully decorated. Very flowery garden where it's good to relax. discreet neighborhood. Quality bedding. Well equipped kitchen. The only difficulty encountered: the ascent of Montpellier street for the asthmatic that I am but the neighborhood is worth it.

Delightful apartment, equipped with all comforts. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the house is at the end of a rather long climb, but it's worth it because you sleep very well, you only hear the chirping of birds!

The location was very good. Quickly on the Promenade and to the main business street. A drying rack was missing to be able to dry used towels. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay.

Nice homely cosy cottage, quiet location, kitchen well equipped, bright airy bathroom leading out to garden patio, nice sized main bedroom, plenty of storage, good steam iron ! Good comms from the host, dealt with a minor issue really quickly. Note - good location, up steepish hill, bath really difficult to get in/out of due to fixed screen, shower head and taps out of reach from outside the bath, shower only useable for person up to 5'7" due to sloping ceiling, steps from yard to patio very precarious, bit pricey in comparison to some similar properties

We had a wonderful stay at September cottage, it is such a lovely property. A great location and walkable to the beach and centre. Very quiet spot felt nice and peaceful. Great communication with Airhost. We would definitely stay again.

This property is located in a lovely part of Brighton, a peaceful haven full of period properties but within easy walking distance of all the sights, the beach, restaurants, cafes and shops. The property is comfortable and tastefully designed with a lovely bathroom with roll-top bath and shower and an outdoor courtyard, with steps leading up to a small, cottage garden.

We were able to get to know Brighton and its surroundings very well. Tip: Parking is a challenge in Brighton. We paid 2 penalties of £35, instead of £35 every day for the 5 days... Otherwise everything very British, very cool!

Lovely character cottage in the most convenient spot in Brighton. Easy walking to the seafront, Kemp Town, Hove, North Laines, Station etc. Comfy beds, good shower, very sweet and private courtyard garden, everything was really clean, street was surprisingly quiet at night, host was really communicative and responsive. Bear in mind the shower is over the bath so may not suit people with restricted mobility or those over 6 foot. We hope to stay again soon!

Delightful stay from start to finish & felt like a home away from home. Communication with the host was easy. The property itself is charming. Exactly as pictured/listed. The furnishings, decor, & book collection added character to the space. The kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living room with a TV for entertainment, & the dining table provided a perfect spot for meals/games. Upstairs, the bedrooms were equally comfortable, with thoughtful touches like an iron and blow dryer. The bathroom, with its skylight roof window and deep claw tub, was a highlight for me. However, I must mention that we encountered some challenges having a small child with the tub design. The positioning of the shower head and knobs were out of reach from outside the tub which is also partially uncovered making it hard to keep water from going out. Minor design quirks/inconveniences. Easy walk (some hills) to station, restaurants, and fun! Overall experience was excellent! Highly recommend! Thank you.

Love this place! Very comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent: walking distance from the train station, very close to the seafront, shops, cafes etc but in a quiet residential area. Communication with the host company was excellent throughout, and an issue with the heating was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Would definitely come back!

The host was helpful, the property was pretty clean and had what we needed, only issue we had was the heating downstairs wouldn’t turn off so had to have doors and windows open to cool it down but if this issue was fixed it would be a lovely stay, maybe a little pricy but we booked at very short notice on the marathon weekend so you expect higher prices, cleaning charge is very high

A very nice place and very clean. The garden was very nice and lovingly maintained. It was incredibly quiet and all within walking distance. We could relax wonderfully. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and cooking was easily possible. If we come back to Brighton and the accommodation is free, we will be happy to book it again.

My friend and I had a really wonderful stay at September Cottage for the weekend. The house was really beautiful, well furnished as well and had a very calming, relaxing atmosphere. Gorgeous bath and bathroom and a well stocked kitchen. It was also really central and a great base from which to explore Brighton. We felt very at home and comfortable and would highly recommend staying here - we will be back!

September Cottage is a beautiful, homely cottage, very well equipped with everything you could need, and was lovely and clean. It is peaceful and cosy, despite being in such a great location to be able to walk to town, great restaurants, the beach etc. We absolutely loved our stay, and will be back for sure! Thank you!

The cottage was quiet and cosy and we could walk to the sea and to The Lanes easily. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were handy takeaway menus left for us. The only thing I would say is the steps up to the garden area from the courtyard are a little steep and my little dog struggled a bit!

This little cottage is a sanctuary on the middle of Brighton. An easy 5 minutes walk to the beach and the lanes and you won’t run out of things to do any time soon. The cottage has a special vibe - interesting, warm and welcoming. you would like to have a glass of something with the people who have read all these books and traveled all these places. Beds are super comfy, the shower is more than powerful and you find everything you need and more. The garden is the cherry on the cake. A special place - we felt at home for a week and already miss it.

We loved our stay in September cottage over Christmas. The location is great - really central and only a few mins walk from the beach and the Lanes. The host was very communicative and helpful - both check in and check out were very easy! Would definitely recommend this sweet and dog-friendly house to anyone visiting Brighton.

What a beautiful property, perfect 3 night stay for 2 adults and 2 children. Stylish, thoughtful with all amenities that you could need. Location is brilliant for Brighton and Hove and being slightly set back meant that it was so quiet and snug. It was easy to find and all the recommendations provided were really helpful, we will be back!
