Great place. We had a fantastic stay. It’s very near some great food places and pubs. And only a couple minutes walk from the sea. It has a great outdoor space for relaxing in the evenings. Would highly recommend. We will be back

We love this place. the house is lovely, really comfortable, light and airy. The beds were so comfy, the kitchen is really well stocked, the outside space is great too. The location was brilliant for us, we walked from the train station and the area near the house if full of amazing restaurants and interesting shops. It is so close to the sea front - we can't fault the location- oh it was quiet too ! We had a great stay- thank you.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful home in Hove! Everything was in walking distance and we enjoyed the local restaurants in Hove and Brighton. Very spacious home with everything we needed! We would highly recommend staying in this home!

Unfortunately We had no hot water on our second night stay ,so cold water shower . In rule book it is mentioned twice no shoes on in house , we respected rules but not sure why listed twice. In rule book . WiFi not brilliant , but location great .

House was amazing great space, clean, close to town, not sure about a sea view. Cleaning fee was ridicules, £135 and they ask you to take the bins out. Would not use again, just because prefer proprieties ranted by there owners not companies.

The space was ideal for our family holiday. It was generally well equipped but with a few niggles, such as not enough pillows and no kitchen scissors. For this reason, I felt it was a bit over priced. I'd stay again though! many thanks

We had a lovely weekend stay! The house is a great size and perfect for a larger group or family. There was ample space for us all as a group of 5 and communication was easy and frequent. If I had to pick a negative was there is only 1 shower for a large home was a small let down but a very minor point. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Brighton - great city, great pubs, great shops and interesting people. With the Gatwick Express from Brighton to London in 40 minutes. The south coast of England is a fantastic area, where you can find a lot of peace and quiet on the steep coasts and simply enjoy. The house in the city center of Brighton was a dream to be in. Nothing was missing and made you feel right at home. We will be happy to come back. For this stay "Ten Points for Airbnb".

A wonderful home in a great location for everything Brighton has to offer. We stayed with our young family and the house is perfect - we parked locally in Regency Square which is secure and only a short walk away; much cheaper than the NCP. Wonderfully clean and comfortable with excellent communication throughout

Amazing value and location for the size of the space. Would recommend to anyone staying in Brighton. When we arrived there was no clean bedding and dirty sheets everywhere due to a mix up with the cleaners. They managed to get the problem resolved quickly and hassle free however and we had an amazing stay

This house was clean and in a great location but definitely not a 4 bedroom as it says , I would say it is 2 doubles and 1 single and what they class as a 4th bedroom most certainly isn’t , we went as a 6 (3 couples) so one us slept in the single room and the other on the settee which was not what we expected , so don’t be fooled by it saying 4 bedrooms because it isn’t , in fact the 4th bedroom is just a sofa bed in a box room at the end of the kitchen outside a toilet/utility room and definitely not a nice place to sleep , but saying that the other bedrooms upstairs were very nice . My suggestions to the owners would be to sort the 4th bedroom out, have another bathroom/shower room installed and I would not hesitate in staying here again , other small issues were delt with straight away with out any problems

Great Location and Great value! Lots of parking near by through JustPark, shops, bars and cafes all around and a short walk to Brighton centre/The Lanes. The house is huge, and fully equipped with everything you would need, there’s lots of space to relax and was generally Just nice! The beds are comfy and there’s fans in case it gets warm. There’s a coffee machine and dishwasher and check in/check out was so simple. Can’t fault the place really!

Fantastic location - great base to explore Brighton and Hove, on a quiet street. Super easy access using a lock box. Large living space and kitchen worked well for us as a family. Shame weather wasn’t better so we couldn’t enjoy the roof terrace!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Brighton - it's a great place and has loads to keep you busy. Airhost For You communicated clearly throughout the stay and were very responsive to any messages I sent. The property is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from the Lanes, and very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The property was very clean, but does need a little bit of freshening up. Nothing major, but some attention to detail would be good. We reported this to the hosts and they promised to look into it. Please note that this didn't affect our stay at all, we had a good time, it's just a reflection on the property.

Great location and very responsive host. Parts of the house are in need of a fresh lick of paint and the bathroom needs an extractor fan to stop the paint peeling off the walls. The house was clean and overall we had a great stay.

Very clean, modern home. The bathroom and main bedroom are lovely! Lots of space for family meals. The bedroom with the uncovered skylight is very hard to sleep in in the summer as it's too light with no way of covering the skylight. Perfect house for spending a weekend in Brighton as it's literally in the centre, minutes walk from the beach and just off the main high street. Be warned you have to dispose of your own rubbish though which was a bit of a hassle.

Very nice house and in a great location. The host was very good at communicating. Only issue was that it’s advertised as 3 double beds but one of them is a single that pulls out which wasn’t convenient or comfy for the 6th guest.

We enjoyed a 6 night stay at this property. The house is large, airy and comfortable. The roof terrace was a definite benefit allowing us to enjoy the great weather. The house is in a bustling neighbourhood with a huge range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk. Within 10 mins, you can walk either into the city centre or to Hove. But best of all is the beach, an easy 5 min walk from the house. There is no parking at the property, but we found a nearby spot for the week on just park for a reasonable price.

Communication was very smooth. Really great house in a central location. The house is divided over three floors and has a really nice feel in it. Good for kids with lots of space and a terrace which is great to sit out in. Kitchen really good and lounge comfortable. Really good. I will stay again.

Lovely and spacious place right in Brighton city center. Short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The roof terrace was a plus on a sunny day. Great communication from the host who let us check-in early which was amazing so we could settle in with our little one before exploring town.

This is beautiful house that quickly feels like home. Around a 15 minute walk from the station and 25 minute walk to the pier (but you can walk along the seafront which takes just a minute or so to get to!)

Travel cot not provided for our baby which ruined the weekend for us as she had nowhere safe to sleep. No comms around this and arrived late so couldn’t do anything about it. Promised to sort for night 2 but didn’t even bother calling.

The house is beautiful!! Very easy to contact host and very spacious! Do consider that parking is a great inconvenience. I would recommend only visiting if you are not driving as there is not a car park close by (nearest is 24minute walk away). All in all it was a wonderful stay Thank you very much!

This is a great house. It’s really spacious, comfortably decorated on a lovely quiet street. There are shops and restaurants a minute walk away and the beach is about 5 minutes away. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom with its roll top bath is huge. We were particularly happy to find coffee in the cupboard and there were other essentials too which is wonderful when you are only staying a short while. And we enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. Our hostess answered any questions very swiftly. We had a perfect stay.

Fantastic location only a stone’s throw into central Brighton and also to the beach. House larger than expected and nicely appointed. Kitchen could do with things like a bottle opener and more saucepans (trivial) and also some light bulbs were out. The 4th bed is located pretty much in the utility room on ground floor and isn’t overly comfortable but again not a huge problem. Communication was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, we liked the property and would definitely return.

Before I describe what to expect of the place itself I would like to highlight an issue we had when booking - Airhost seem to list properties as a marketing test so please be aware that when booking new listings they may cancel then. This place was the second place we tried to book after our first choice being taken down after booking. This place was beautiful and the communal areas were much more spacious and eye catching than the pictures manage to capture. Most things you would need are in the property and it is well laid out. Only let down with the layout is the main bathroom also has access to the main bedroom as there is no lock on the bedroom side of the door, meaning all guests can walk into the bedroom at anytime, which is fine if everyone knows not to walk in. All in all a stylish and comfortable place to stay in a very good location!

A beautiful house in the perfect location. Sheets, towels etc. were like a hotel. Great spaces to relax. Note - it is not perfect as it is an older property and there are some issues that come with this however over all we were pleased. (Also some items in kitchen could do with a good clean). Communication and check in were great.

Excellent location. A large and spacious house with great living room, good bathroom and very big kitchen/dining space. Two very well sized doubles. Well decorated throughout. Parking outside is permit but short term parking available very nearby (generally 2 or 3 hours max during daytime). Good shops and eateries nearby especially The Lion and Lobster, and easy walk to the Laines etc along the seafront.

Lovely house clean and stylish, loved the terrace and has excellent location. We had some issues with the bathroom doors which couldnt close completely or lock so i think it needs some minor repairs . My main dissapointment was that on the description they advertise the have 2.5 bathroms in the house ! Thats not true there is only 1.5 bathrooms which was very important for us as we were 6 friends. Lastly the sofabed in the small room next to the kitchen is too small to sleep an adult maybe a child would be ok. Overall we had a very good time and would go there again if t
