The apartment was absolutely beautiful, lovely living room, comfy bed, quirky decor. It was a perfect base for our weekend at Brighton Pride and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book and stay again. The host was responsive to questions and made our stay relaxing. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Thank you!

gorgeous place, highly recommend. incredibly well equipped - never have I stayed at an Airbnb with truffle oil in the cupboards before! and the smart home lighting system was fun. the tv is higher quality than mine at home, the decoration is nice and quirky, feels like a proper Brighton home. great communication from the hosts. the garden get some lovely sun in the morning. slightly outside of central Brighton but it's really easy to get everywhere still. and nice and quiet. do yourself a favour and make a 15 minute walk to either stoney point or 17 grams for some exquisite coffee

Great stay, great place, great area. Only issue was the night before checkout, the host tried to move checkout forward by an hour to 10am. The check-in/check-out times of 4pm/11am are tight as it is, and the host was not responsive to an early check-in request. Repeated messages after I explained an early checkout was not possible as we had made plans for the morning based on a 11am checkout. Minor detail but it slightly soured our stay

- Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times and note that quiet time is from 9pm to 8am. - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. - Any sign of pets staying in the apartment may incur additional fees. - Use of candles either inside or outside is strictly forbidden.
