This place was perfect for a friend’s reunion together. There’s variation of rooms for couple and singles. The host was very communicative and everything worked well. It’s a couple of minutes walk from the beach and easily walkable to the town centre. Would stay again!

lovely house certainly suitable for a large group was great to have grandkids upstairs in there own space while we had our own level downstairs was central to everything easy walking distance of town pier etc thoroughly recommend it for a large family group any ages

Really good place to stay - very near the conference centre (the reason we were there) and also the beach. Large flat with loads of beds, three bathrooms definitely a plus. Excellent communication with the hosts - they even answered my query about the wifi log-in late on Saturday evening!

Responsive hosts, the accommodation was fantastic., d kitchen area great but we had a bit of blockage and the host was responsive to calling some1 to sort it out. We had a great time , the beach was closer and restaurant la too. Will definitely come back

The home itself and the area it was in was excellent and we could walk to everything we needed to reach. However, the air quality in the home was poor as it was very humid if we didn't have windows open. Hopefully this is something that can be fixed in the future, as both the home and the location were super nice and the price was great, compared to the amenities you were provided.: -)

We were staying in Brighton for my daughter's hen weekend. It was in a very convenient location, very close to the sea front and shopping. It was very clean and tidy. Had a lot of stairs, especially if you had the top bedroom!! It does state that it sleeps 12. We couldn't see how!! We were a group of 9 and there was one extra pull out bed left over and so unless you were going to sleep on the sofas i don't know where the other 2 beds were. But we had a good time and for the money it was a good find.

We had a great time in this house, very confortable and convenient, close to the beach, the shops, restaurants and 15 mins walk from the train station. We were just a family with our teenage daughters, but the house can definitely welcome a larger number of guests. Given it was for a short stay, it was much appreciated to have the basics available in the house, both in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Thank you for a great stay!

The place was overall in a brilliant location, both close to town centre and to the West Pier, but unfortunately some parts of the house did not work very well. For example, one of the ovens caused the electrics to trip when turned on. There was no hairdryer that we could find despite it being a listed amenity. And the WiFi had a habit of being patchy at best. Despite this, the good price and the amount of people it could sleep made it worth it (in the opinion of me and my 9 travel buddies). With some TLC and maybe a bit of a furniture update, this place could be perfect!

The place was nice, quite central, with the bedding very comfortable. Airhost was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The price was a bit expensive for February, but we were only 6 for a place that can have up to 14 people.
