Lovely apartment in a great location. Short walk to the seafront and a longer but interesting walk to Brighton. Close to amenities and with lots of coffee shops and restaurants very close by.

What a great location and a wonderful place. Stayed here with a work colleague for a day conference in Hove and it felt very much like the perfect home away from home. Was nice and quiet for sleeping, great beds and lots of room for us to feel comfortable. The appliances in the kitchen are very high end and we had everything we needed for a few days. It was very walkable down to the water (about 10 minutes) and very close to a main street with lots of bars and restaurants. Tesco is right around the corner which suited us great to pick up some things while we were there. The space was just perfect after a busy day out in the world. There was also great communication from the management company that runs this place. Had to follow up about a misunderstanding of the check out time but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently by Charlie. Highly recommend for a couple who want a bit of extra space or a group of friends who don't mind sharing. Quiet and clean. Just great - thanks Dale!

Lovely flat, only 10 minute drive from Brighton main town, very clean and all amenities were there as described. Only thing that would improve this would to have a parking permit as we struggled to park nearby on both days but I know this is a struggle throughout Brighton.

Nice Place , not clean and not a great host. We found dirty bedsheets with hair on it, there were no spare sheets , we mailed and was promised they will send someone to change it, nothing happened. Heater and hot water was not working, later after we called they put it on but it was cold and we had no way to control it. We had 1 role of Tolite paper !!! We had no cleaning towels or materials in the kitchen Hardly any amenities. Hint: the near by bus stop is not operational. The host is not Dale, it’s a company called Host & Stay and I don’t recommend them at all. Good apartment , not a great host at all.
