This our 2nd time staying in this apartment because it is in a great location (close to restaurants, shops in the Lanes). It is clean, comfortable and the host (Jessica/Charlie) is very nice and helpful. The apartment is highly recommended and surely we will be back.

This is a lovely place and looks like the pictures, the place is clean and a good location. The only few bad sides are firstly you have to go to a separate location to collect and drop keys as its not self check in - a little faffy driving through Brighton although they were very helpful. However the most disappointing part is apart from the bathroom there are no mirrors at all, no dressing tables, stools or wardrobes. Being a group of women we wanted to do hair and make up and there is NOWHERE to do this! I cannot believe that you wouldn't put up one mirror? Not one single mirror in the apartment or anywhere to hang clothes! Was trivial to some I'm sure but was a really problem for us so would not return - shame really. Also no prosecco glasses..wine only. Again minor point but made a small difference to us.

We really enjoyed our stay at High Spec Central. The apartment has everything you need and feels like you’re in a hotel. We would definitely recommend this place to others, the Laines which are the streets full of shops run by local people, are very close by and so much fun to explore, also the pier and seafront, is not far to walk to. We went to the i360, plus the toy museum, the pavilion and the museum which are all very close. The apartment is on the main bus route road so it can be noisy on the street, but once in the apartment up on the 5 floor the noise has gone. There are so many restaurants within walking distance you will be spoilt for choice. Overall we had an amazing time and will definitely use this apartment again.

Huge space to have apartment. Walking distance from train, beach and restaurants. Some traffic noise, but it has to be done in a big city. Plenty of space inside, and superb with 2 bathrooms.

Very nice, new, and clean flat in central Brighton. The lift was very useful for luggage getting up to the fifth floor. The balcony was also an added plus. For anyone cooking there, the basics were supplied, though there was no oven glove or strainer for pasta which would have been useful! The en-suite also was quite mildewy - looked like there was a water damage issue in the ceiling and shower wall. The host was very helpful and communicative. Parking is tricky in this area, so be prepared to walk from a garage a few blocks away if you're driving. Overall, however, this was one of the better Airbnbs we've stayed in. I'd stay again if in Brighton. Thank you!

The flat was very clean. But a bit unloved. - The air conditioning was not linked to the thermostat / did not work (I think this may be an ongoing issue as there were fans in both the bedrooms) the flat was VERY hot and it was not a sunny week of weather for Brighton - avaerage 16/17 degrees. I would actually say avoid this property in Summer until it is confirmed that this is fixed. -No child locks on the windows also was a bit of a worry if you have little ones. You are VERY high and the windows are definately of a potenetially dangerous height. They also don't have that half way open lock that most metal / pvc windows have. Which exaserbated the heat in the flat. It really was a nice flat though. So that's why the high rating.

Good location, clean, clear and organized. We miss hangers and a place to hang more social clothes. For example, I had to hang a suit and tie, my family social dresses and there was no hangers or place to hang the hangers (macaws). It didn't even have to be a closet. Another thing that took a long time was for me to know the address of the apartment. As I made a contract to transfer from the airport to the apt, round trip, the sooner I could book, the cheaper it would be. I only learned the exact location on the day of the flight.

Fantastic, immaculate flat. Very modern. wonderful location and the gentleman on the reception desk was delightful. One of our party was a wheelchair user and the lift was fantastic. will definitely stay there again soon :)

Can't complain about anything. The appartment was bright and spacious, very warm, had great views of Brighton on either side, located right in the centre with everything walking distance. Overall, excellent value for money, I'm about to book a second stay there.

Beautiful flat in top location. Underfloor heating was very welcome on a winter stay. Well provisioned in the kitchen and we appreciated the board games! Very good hot showers and washer dryer. Lovely communal area and friendly concierge. Maintenance on the flat wasn’t great, considering it was such a new building. Stained upholstery on chairs and bed head. Small things like a lack of rinse aid in the dishwasher meant the hard water left chalky remains on everything. Bed linens had various stains on them. One of which was a boot print. Airhost for you sent a new set of bed linens the next day but it had more shoe prints than the previous set. The team were as polite as they could be when I contacted them. But it felt like there was a certain lack of coordination on guest touch points. TLDR Great flat. Less than great on the guest experience.

Apartment was amazing and perfect for our stay. Had everything you would need except 1 thing - wardrobe space. Very weird not having a wardrobe in either of the 2 bedrooms. That is seriously the only negative comment and I hate to even mention it 😁 Location was great. We will be back. Thx

We spent our family vacation in Brighton. The apartment was the perfect base as restaurant, shops, the train station and bus stops are in walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped and the agency, which takes over the rental, responds quickly, professionally and kindly.

Great location (quiet at night) but easy access to the action. The listing is as described - everything we needed with the full kitchen. The 2 bathrooms are large. The apartment was recently built and all amenities are modern and new. Perfect for 2-adults and 2-teens. Felt right at home with the apartment. Grocery stores are nearby and there are also many pubs and restaurants. Everything seems to be within a 5-10 minute walk: the Lanes, Churchill Square and train station. A great value for the price we paid. We would stay here again.

A perfect appartment in a new and contemporary building. Everything is right on the doorstep, but it's surprisingly quiet for this central location. Definitely a five star appartment with one big issue: Only one set of keys for four adults took a lot of the flexibility that you wish for, while on holiday. We'll definitely come back with a second set of keys.

Came here for a few days because of work. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to work, to the beach, to the train, and to countless bars, restaurants, and shops. The unit was clean and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature were great. And the washer/dryer came in very handy as I was stopping over for a few days in another location. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was lovely. It was exactly as it looked in the photos and felt very homely. Everywhere was very clean and the building was very modern. It felt safe as the building was secure, and everywhere was within walking distance. Absolutely no complaints!

Really nice place, modern and spacious. Very safe apartment - key fob entry etc I was running the Brighton marathon and cooked my own meal the night before - all nice clean utensils etc Location was perfect and everywhere we wanted to go was walkable. “Airhost for you” were amazing hosts, quick responses online from Jessica and a very helpful & friendly Vicky in the office all helped make it all a perfect few days away. Will be using them again on our next visit- thank you.

We were very, very happy with our choice to stay at this flat. The location was superb, the unit very quiet and well built, the appliances all high quality and new, the two single (twin) and one king bed were very comfortable, and more. The management company that we worked with to rent the flat and deal with occasional questions was superb. Really, really great communications and they successfully advocated on your behalf with the owner when we asked for a second set of keys. Without any hesitation, we would stay there again. We were there for almost a month and so really got to know the building, the concierge, neighborhood, superb pubs within easy walking distance, and more.

Top of the range apartment along with all its accessories. Everything you need is provided and is top quality, it’s like a home from home. Perfect location for the lanes and north lanes and close to everything Brighton has to offer. Short walk to the beach front and the Pier. Great communication throughout our stay and no problems encountered. Only downside is parking but the whole of Brighton is the same, however I found a spot through the your parking APP on iPhone some 100m away. Would stay again many thanks to the owner

Do not stay there in its current state, building works still going on very very noisy!! Do Not rely on the Airbnb to sort matters out or the host, terribly irresponsible of the host to let and really dissatisfied and disappointed, Definitely not worth the money paid. Our first time with Airbnb not sure we would ever book again with all the problems we had, so much of or precious annual leave taken up by all the problems ! This could have been different if we had known all the problems we were going to experience, Be very careful!!

When we arrived we found empty lockbox without a key to check in in the high season of Brighton! We traveled from Dubai returning to our home in Brighton but had to stay in a airbnb 10 nights before moving in my house which was under renovation! Kids were hungry ,exhausted and in tears after 3 hours in the car with 8 suitcases all over us! We had to take all the suitcases to the hotel room as we were not planned to hit this sort of situation! It was 3.30 am morning by the time we managed to put our heads down but very hungry! We had total nightmare without going to sleep indeed so trying to fall a sleep was impossible after what we went through!!! Next day we packed and went to get the key from the office! This guy (looked like a manager on the phone) was complaining about us being noisy as we were complaining about the situation!!! What a professional approach it was! The human mistake can be happen but not providing anyone for late check in to reach if there is a problem was totally unacceptable! Lots of apologies done but the stress we went through was enormous! Also,Airbnb helpline was totally useless when we tried to ask help the night before! Never relay on them for help. The Apt was very dust as everything was new and not hoovered properly! The strong smell of furniture was uncomfortable! I hoovered the place everyday to reduce the dust. There isn’t a single wardrobe which was annoying if you stay for a week or more than 2 nights! There is only one set of key! It was very annoying but I was so busy to make a fuss about it. The security and the facilities of Apt are good but you can live without it too. It is around the corner of Brighton Lanes and Restaurants. Parking is a nightmare so no car option is the best! The kitchen needs more cooking utensils and more variety for every need! There is no coffee table!!! Not essential to live but useful item in the living room indeed! There is enough space for it. It was strange not ti have one in a place like this. Overall I didn’t like the experience we went through at all! Even though a complimentary night was offered and my hotel bill covered!.. It came with a hight price that they can not cover our time and inconvenient situation they caused us! The lack of professionalism is unbelievable! No matter how many night complimentary stay they would have offered me it wasn't going to change my mind about this awful experience and their carelessness.
