The space
A large, spacious apartment, that's part of a new eco-sensitive building, it is quieter than the central address suggests. The main ground floor entrance is a large central, landscaped atrium; step inside and the hush instantly seeps in. Take the lift to the 5th floor and enter this retreat-like, contemporary apartment.

Close to everything the wonderful city of Brighton has to offer, it is located opposite the fountains of Valley Gardens, just a short stroll to the beach, the cultural heart of the city and the train station. You’re also never far from fresh coffee, a glass of Prosecco or fabulous food in this wonderful spot.

Opposite the fountains and lawns of Victoria Gardens, the impressive façade of the building takes inspiration from the majestic, Art Deco Astoria Theatre originally on this site, and impresses with its grand proportions, elegant curves and statuesque, video secured entrance.

Throughout the apartment, you will find all the key elements of cosmopolitan living. The stunning living space has recessed lighting, parquet wood floor concealing underfloor heating and a far wall of glass doors for access to the private balcony.

In the kitchen, high spec integrated appliances include a touch induction hob with lit hood, electric and combi oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and washing machine, plus a Dualit kettle and toaster.

The master bedroom has a luxurious super king size bed and an also benefits from a chic en suite shower room. Whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a further family bathroom. Both bathrooms have a spa-like feel with high quality fittings and bespoke mirrored cabinets.

Guests are welcome to use the on-site gym - please note a waiver must be signed to gain access.

A really nice and modern flat with a very central location in Brighton. Able to walk to most places in Brighton like North Laines, train station, seafront, south lanes. The flat had everything we needed and was nice and spacious. The host gives you all the information you need before your stay and is quick to reply if you have any questions.

The apartment is spacious, beautiful, modern. The building is clean and the location is nice. But even though 3 of us stayed in a 4-person apartment, they didn't give us a second key, despite our insistence. We were sticking together when we went out separately. It would be very good to give at least 2 keys from now on. They didn't allow any flexibility in check-in and check-out times The windows of the living room were not cleaned, it was obvious that the balcony bars had not been cleaned for a long time, there were spider webs on both sides of the balcony. The living room sofa and the headboards were dusty. It is obvious that the cleaner is not working diligently. The tap was leaking in the parents' bathroom, it's interesting that the cleaner didn't notice. We put a bucket under the tap for the first night and day. The next day, the plumber came and fixed it, but we wiped the sofa and headboards. It's a great apartment if the host or agent company ensures that the cleaning is taken care of, if they fix the faucet handles in the bathrooms (they're shaking), and if they add a wardrobe and coffee machine to the 2nd bedroom. We'd love to come back.

Had a really nice stay at this apartment. Had everything you needed and was in a nice area of Brighton. Would definitely stay again.

    - Please take your shoes off when inside the property - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour - There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors - Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
