Good accommodation to spend a few days with family or friends. In good position to go to the train station and the north and south lanes and the quiet street. Maybe the bathroom with the shower would be better on the access floor not the downstairs. Not serious and totally recommended. I would go again. The opinion of my friends the same.

We had a three night stay with two teenage daughters. The house was perfectly located with access to everything nearby. The house itself was clean and nicely decorated and the outside space was especially nice in the sun. We would definitely book this house again - location was ideal.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The location was ideal as it is near shops, restaurants , bars and not too far from the seafront. It is a lovely place , clean and tidy as we really enjoyed the garden. My husband has mobility issues so not having railings on the stairs was an issue. It was however mentioned in the description of the property, but we liked the property so decided to stay there anyway. The bathroom has a damp issue unfortunately but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay in Brighton. .

Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors.
