Each bedroom features a king-size bed, with two rooms offering the option to convert into single beds for versatile sleeping arrangements. With abundant natural light, hardwood floors, and thoughtful furnishings throughout, this three-story property is perfect for families, friends, and professionals.

The modern kitchen and dining area, located on the lower ground floor, is fully equipped with all essentials, including cookware, crockery, and a coffeemaker, as well as a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The dining table seats six comfortably, creating the perfect setting for gatherings. Complimentary tea, coffee, and cooking basics are provided, so feel free to settle in and enjoy.

Step directly from the kitchen into the private, sunny garden featuring a small fountain, outdoor seating, and ambient night lights, creating an inviting space for al fresco dining or a quiet coffee.

Please note as per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge of £50 If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Thank you for your consideration.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
