Good accommodation to spend a few days with family or friends. In good position to go to the train station and the north and south lanes and the quiet street. Maybe the bathroom with the shower would be better on the access floor not the downstairs. Not serious and totally recommended. I would go again. The opinion of my friends the same.

We had a three night stay with two teenage daughters. The house was perfectly located with access to everything nearby. The house itself was clean and nicely decorated and the outside space was especially nice in the sun. We would definitely book this house again - location was ideal.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. The location was ideal as it is near shops, restaurants , bars and not too far from the seafront. It is a lovely place , clean and tidy as we really enjoyed the garden. My husband has mobility issues so not having railings on the stairs was an issue. It was however mentioned in the description of the property, but we liked the property so decided to stay there anyway. The bathroom has a damp issue unfortunately but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay in Brighton. .

The property was clean and decorated simply but still had a cosy feel and character with being an older property. In a great location which was the main thing for us and our stay everything really close and in walkable distance and near to the lanes and the sea front but still a quiet spot so was relaxing once in the home. Some areas potentially requiring maintenance however as mentioned it is an older property. Couple of small issues with check in however Air host were very responsive and sorted everything and were super friendly and helpful when visiting the office which was good. As always Brighton was fabulous and can’t wait to come back soon.

The house, the location, the service was all great, with one exception. The main bathroom in the basement floor clearly has an issue with damp and mould; the wooden floorboards have warped into a mound in the centre of the room, there are stains in many places, but most concerning is the strong smell of mould that made it unpleasant to be in the room.

We loved our stay at this lovely home! I stayed there with my husband and 15yo daughter. We initially thought two other friends would join us, but we ended up having the place to ourselves. It might have been a little tight with two more people, considering there is only one shower. But it was very comfortable and in an absolutely perfect location, we did not get in a car once while in Brighton! Everything is walkable and the bus system is super easy to figure out. There are definitely lots of stairs, not a problem at all for us, just be aware. FYI for you Americans, the beds are Queen-sized by our standards, not King.

We are a family with 3 children (7, 10, 12) and arrived by train. The location of the house is perfect: in 10 minutes walk from the train station, many great restaurants, cafes and shops just around the corner and also the beach is within walking distance. Despite its central location, the nights were quiet. The house is beautiful, lovingly restored and maintained. The kitchens are well-equipped, the bathrooms clean with large shower and bath. We explored the Brighton area by bus (Seven Sisters, Saltdean, Seaford) and thoroughly enjoyed the colorful life in Brighton.

Very nice place to stay in a good location. The room layout is perfect for 5 to 6 people. The kitchen with courtyard is a highlight. As in many houses in Brighton, there is a slight mold odor (due to humidity) and sloping floors in all rooms.

Greatest praise a German can give: „Nothing to complain about“ 🤣 But to be sincere, it’s a beautiful house, we felt very much at home there. Everything was clean and tidy. We truly loved the kitchen, beautiful and cozy place to sit together and talk. Unfortunately the weather wasn‘t too good during our stay, so we couldn‘t really enjoy the patio. Even though it‘s just a short walk away from restaurants, pubs and the shop of North Lanes, the house was super quiet. Airhost was really helpful and reacted quickly to questions. Thank you!

We’ve just returned from a fab weekend exploring Brighton. The house is beautiful, has lots of character and its location just off the North Laines was perfect being so close to the action but on a quiet street! We would happily return!

Very well-located airbnb. We arrived after 8pm and AirBnb host for you were very communicative regarding how to get a key for the house. When we went to collect the key from the lockbox at their offices, we had some trouble opening the lockbox (correct code but was jammed shut and we couldn't open it for a while). We called the Consec number provided as we didn't have any other options; Consec were very helpful and were on their way to greet us when we finally managed to open the lockbox and obtain the key. The house was very lovely and was a quiet but central location. It was mostly clean, although perhaps an issue with damp in the downstairs bathroom as there was a bit of a smell. Checking out was easy and the office where we drop off the key was very close by. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well-located (loved the area!) and comfy little house. Communication with the host was great as well. Cute little patio to sit outside. Bakery at the end of the street. Coffee bars all around. We recommend this place!

Great location in North Laine. An easy walk to the sea, the Pavilion, the Lanes and everything else in Central Brighton. Lots of independent coffee shops and restaurants on the doorstep. The house is comfortable and very well equipped. Linen was clean and fresh and the beds very comfortable. The street was reasonably quiet both day and night and, despite being in a terrace, we heard nothing of our neighbours on either side. Be aware that the stairs - from the basement up to the bedrooms are uncarpeted and quite steep and that only one of the two staircases has a handrail. A great place for a few days in a vibrant area of Brighton.

Wonderful accommodations right in the middle of the lanes. This is our third time to Brighton (from US). We decided to stay in the lanes this time as it was closer to our son’s flat and more centrally located in terms of things to do. I’m so glad we did. The block of the air bnb is residential, which was very quiet during the day, sometimes you could hear parties at night because we cracked the windows due to a few hot evenings. The rooms were beautiful and bright (bring eye masks for the summer), kitchen was wonderfully spacious, patio amazing- made dinner for up to 8 people when my son brought his friends over. One full bath and a half bath for 5 people was actually fine. Coffee shops (Gail’s down the street is fabulous), pubs (the Eagle and The Basketmakers Arms right around the corner, shopping (for groceries, clothes or other gifts) and great restaurants within a block or two or our place. Train station a few blocks away. So happy we found this place. We’ll be back.

Perfect apartment for couples, and very convenient check in with passwords. But in the morning there will be some noise that we can hear. Anyway it was a very nice place to stay if you are travelling with friends and small groups. 房东互动：Loic is very kind:)

Place is nice. Location is very good. House is obviously old, the floors are very creaky. Not sure the house is suitable for small children. There’s no banisters on stairs which felt dangerous, lots of sharp edges, hard flooring etc. Curtains could be better/ thicker to help with sleep. Main bathroom behind kitchen isn’t ideal. Beds ok, living room is ok. Parking is a problem, would be helpful to get a permit with property, spent £270 on parking for 11 nights. Owner responses ok, would prefer a lockbox to pick up key rather than calling into a shop.

The house is not rhymed for people who sleep easy because the floor and stairs squeaked quite a bit. There is also listening between bedrooms and toilets. For us with good sleeping heart you will be fine :-)

Gorgeous house in a great location. Would highly recommend and would stay here myself again. Airhost For You we’re great at communication, flexible checking and check out was wonderful as we were on a work trip with after 5 check-in and before 9 check-out needed. Fantastic stay thank you! So many added bonuses in the property like the garden and three king size rooms, quality was impeccable and location is just perfect for any trip to Brighton. Can’t rate this place highly enough

We really enjoyed our stay. The home itself was in a fantastic location. As a small family of 4 it was more spacious than expected. The bathtub was lovely and we were glad to have it as the shower was plugged during our stay. The kitchen was equipped enough to make breakfast and dinner a few times and the layout with the backyard was beautiful and cozy. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms bright and airy! We stayed for a week and had to provide a few extra bits like paper towels, garage bags, salt etc. we found this strange being in a 4+ on Airbnb.

This house was very nice to stay in. It was very clean, had all you needed to live and cook and enjoy your time whilst feeling Brighton's atmosphere around you. Airhost For You distinguishes themselves especially through thorough communication and helpfulness whenever needed. This house was very suitable for a group of friends (4-5 people at different times) and we enjoyed it very much.

The house is located in the North Laines. Close to everything. Night life, shopping, restaurants, and beach. Beautifully decorated house with a large outdoor garden with seating. 1 1/2 baths ; 1 with spacious walk in shower. Impeccable
