The worst air BnB I have stayed in. With a late check in of 16:00, you would expect the flat to be spotless…It was filthy. There was hair over the bathroom floor, stains over the carpet, finger prints on the mirrors, food and rubbish on the kitchen floor, dead bugs and dirt in the drawers, toothpaste marks on the tap, an awful smell across the flat and a sofa that looked like someone had been sleeping on it when we walked in. I’m unsure how this has been allowed on air BnB. The pictures are an inaccurate representation of the total flat, yet to mention the ‘terrace.’ I thought we had walked in to the wrong place. I am incredibly disappointed. This listing should to be taken down due to false advertisement and very poor hygiene.

was a good place to stay. really liked that sanitary pads for women were provided. beautiful bedroom, the whole place was furnished very well. very good and quick communication at all times. the airbnb also had amazing sunlight into each room.

Flat was OK and roomy but back garden area was very disappointing and we didn't feel comfortable there. The entrance to the house is up stairs via a worn carpet and feels depressing. The lack of a dishwasher means you don't really know how clean the things are. Entry details were only given shortly before arrival which made for an anxious visit.

Thank you Dale for hosting our stay in Brighton! The flat was lovely, perfect size for 2 of us! The bedroom is stunning, and we slept very well. The only negative I’d say was the neighbours upstairs were very noisy but we managed to sleep through it. Was a convenient location within a short walk to the Lanes. Just remember to pre-book parking as the pay and display you can only park for 4 hours max and most side street parking was permit holders only. However we managed to park at a sainsburys 7 min walk away so didn’t have any problems!

The actual flat was fine, but the whole stay has been tarnished by a huge issue that occurred when we arrived. My elderly mother-in-law was staying in the flat, and upon arrival we discovered there was no electricity and the flat was pitch black. The instructions said to go on to the emergency meter in this case, but this was already £16 in debt so we couldn’t use it. We immediately called the numbers given for help, but no one answered. Luckily, we had accompanied my MIL to check-in so were able to nip to the nearest shop to top up the electricity card. Had we not been there, or if we’d checked in later, my MIL would have had no electricity all night. I messaged the “owner” on Airbnb and was requested to follow a long winded complaints process to get a refund for the electricity top up we’d bought. I had to follow this up a week later and was requested to fill in the same form again. I still haven’t received a refund over two weeks later. Shocking communication/customer service.

Great location. Nice big bedroom. Clean enough. Nice well planned small kitchen. We stayed for a week and it met our needs really well. We couldn’t figure out the TV but this wasn’t an issue for us and if I’d have contacted the agent I’m sure they would have solved it quickly as they were very quick and helpful to respond to enquiries. Really easy check in and check out. Brighton is not a cheap city and the hotel and rental market reflects this so I would consider the price we paid to be fair for the duration of our stay. Would stay again.

Lovely area, a short walk out of town. The living area is very small but not a problem for a short stay! The bedroom is huge which makes up for it. Kitchen is also tiny and for us the hot water didn’t work in the bathroom sink. As we were hardly there is didn’t matter and we were glad to be out of the bustling town and in a quiet secluded residential area. Thank you!

Overall a good location, walkable to central. Bedroom is large and has lovely decor. Kitchen and bathroom little smaller than expected. Outdoor space would be lovely in warmer months. The cleanliness was not the best. Quite a few mugs/ plates and cutlery as found stains and dirt. Guests should not be left to hand wash as things aren’t left clean for next guests. There should be a dishwasher at least. Crumbs were found on kitchen counter and inside fridge which was quite unpleasant. Hadn’t been deeply cleaned. disappointing after paying an excessive cleaning fee, I would at least expect it to be clean upon arrival. The request to take the bins out was too much in my opinion. What does the cleaner do? The cushions and the throw in bedroom smelt like they had never been washed in a while :(

Great place to stay, great host and responded fast. Only downside was the walls in the building were fairly thin so could hear other people, but not really a problem. Good walking distance to laines etc if you don’t mind walking back up the hill! Overall very happy with our stay 😃

Beautiful property in a peaceful location! Around a 25 min walk into Brighton centre with plenty of sights, bars & restaurants along the way! Very clean place, lovely decor & the biggest asset is the bedroom! It’s huge & just lovely :) only issue I would say is the property is at the top of a rather steep hill or you can take the stairs as a shortcut…….great workout for after dinner so we weren’t complaining! Thanks again for a lovely stay x

The apartment was small but very tastefully and stylishly decorated, ideal for a couple or family of three. Unfortunately we weren't able to use the patio area because it was raining. Everything was very clean and we appreciated the soft white bed linen, comfortable bed and fluffy white towels. It is located in a quiet residential area and was ideal for reaching the centre with regular buses (from Prince's Crescent, a 5min walk) or walking to the nearby Sainsburys or university Moulescoomb campus (20mins). Note that the apartment is in a hilly neighbourhood and there are stairs to reach the front door so it could be difficult for people with mobility issues. We also liked the personal touches such as shampoos, shower gel, coffee, tea, oil and condiments for cooking. Overall, an excellent stay and a good base for discovering Brighton or visiting the university.

The apartment is very well designed, especially the bedroom which is actually the best part of it. The kitchen is very small and almost too difficult to use, and the living room ceiling is low. The outdoor space is nice.

A wonderful place to stay for a couple or a small family, in a good location, close to the center and the beach. The apartment is very nicely decorated, cozy, in a quiet area. Easy contact with the host. On the plus side, you can store your luggage for free in the city center after checking out.

A lovely property, exactly as described and really clean! It was a really quiet street so perfect for our trip as a small, young family. Lovely decor and nice to chill out in after a day exploring the area. The only thing that is a struggle here is parking, however just round the corner there is on-street paid parking and you can park right outside without a permit after 8pm until 9am. Just worth thinking about if that might be an issue for you. Overall a great stay and would not hesitate booking again! Also had frequent communication with the host. We had no issue at all but imagine that if we had done, they would have been easy to contact and happy to help. Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed in this airbnb for three weeks - a bit of remote work and holidays. The accommodation is great. Beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the centre. The veranda is amazing, we spent a lot of time there. There are only small things to complain about. The bedroom is suboptimal for people who are sensitive to light, as it gets light early in the morning. The kitchen towels shied away from the water even more than any cat. The kitchen is very small, but has everything you need. We enjoyed it here and would definitely come back.

This is a lovely flat which is centrally located for Brighton attractions and transport further afield . Very comfortable with a good bed and crisp linen. We especially liked having the private deck to soak up the gorgeous weather… and the garden’s birdsong and squirrel!

Great spot, the layout and bedroom were very nice. Definitely great natural lighting overall, and the dimmable lights were nice and I especially loved the cozy side room with the table and couch.. Whoever decided to put the TV on a swivel stand needs a raise! I loved how there were extra blankets and pillows, made the couch especially cozy. Only drawbacks were that there's a slight odor of petrol in one of the rooms, which didn't bother me personally but for those with sensitive noses might want to look out for, and also the ceiling was fairly thin at least in the bedroom. Also I think it'd be a great addition to have some thicker curtains to block out some of that early morning light. For me these weren't really issues, and I really enjoyed the experience overall.

Jessica is a testament to what she does, she is super responsive, she’s friendly and just makes everything easy. Myself and my partner had a lovely stay, the place was lovely and in my opinion value for money 100%. Can’t speak highly enough and will return for sure.

Beautiful cosy apartment that deserves a 100⭐️ It has everything you need nothing missing. Safe neighborhood and quiet. To top it all Mr Asad is an excellent host with good heart. Highly recommended!
