Hi, we had a great stay, thanks a lot. I would just say that the duvets were smelling a little bit transpiration, maybe needs to be washed. For the remaining all were good and I would recommend it. Thanks

Great location! Had to walk 12 mins away to pick up and drop off keys which was pretty annoying with bags etc. Would be the perfect AirBNB if they sorted the checkin/checkout process!

Really great apartment, so close to the beach and the centre of Brighton. Kitchen was fully equipped and the living room and bedroom were spacious and clean.

A really comfy place, in a great location on the 2nd floor. The host also kindly let us in 2 hours before the check-in time. The only downside was that the keys for the place had to be picked up from a shop 10 mins away and also had to be dropped back in that same shop during check-out. This could make the place a little uncomfortable if you travel with many bags and don't have your own vehicle. The place could also be cleaned better. But great place overall.

Stairs were a bit narrow and steep,directions from the key pick up were patchy and should have been printed,no map of Brighton,and had to take keys back to the shop! 10mins in the wrong direction and 10 mins back Felicitations David x

I had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb house, which was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with easy access to all the local attractions and restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. The place was in a great location and had a view of the I360. It was clean and as advertised. I would only suggest having two people stay as the bed and room were somewhat small. Also be mindful about your luggage, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the hallways were extremely narrow. But overall a great place!

it was absolutely amazing! the flat was ridiculously clean, had everything we would've needed for our stay plus extras! everything worked and was easy to use and made the stay so cosy and easy for us on nights where we wanted to stay in. so close to local shops, and such a short walk to town and the sea. the flat was just beautiful and lovely and leaving was so sad :( !!! lovely hosts as well, everything was so clear and communicated to us! definitely would book with them again !! xx

I cannot praise this apartment enough, not only is it clean and very well equipped with everything you may need but it's the amazing location for shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The communication with the host was brilliant and I was always given a quick response in regards to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!

Cleanliness could be improved a little, and the bed (small double) absolutely isn’t for tall/larger people! However, this flat is a good size with a lovely lounge & kitchen. Great location with lots of attractions nearby.

Really well located, not far from centre, a stone's throw from the beach and yet still quiet. The hosts are great, efficient and it runs like clockwork! Would definitely go back.

Lovely place in excellent location! The only things is that you need to be mindful of the bed, it’s a small double, which is really for only one person to sleep comfortably. But otherwise it’s great place and the area is wonderful

This flat is in an ideal location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and a short stroll from the town centre and the Lanes. The hosts were really attentive and super helpful!

We had an awful experience in this flat. It was dirty and the bins hadn’t been taken out. There was human waste left in the toilet and the entire flat stank of cigarette smoke. The very small bed was so uncomfortable we barely slept and had back pain for the next few days. We spent £315 for 2 nights and we were only given £60 of this back, despite the awful experience of staying in this flat.
