In a beautiful Regency building located at the top of one of Brighton's most sought after Square's and right by the sea, you'll find this cosy one bedroom apartment. Fully furnished and fully equipped, it has everything you'll need for your stay including fresh linen, towels and guest toiletries. There's a double bedroom, lounge, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and washing machine and a desk space for working. Close to a car park, restaurants, cafes & supermarkets.
The space
Perfect for seaside strolls, Regency Square Apartment is located on a beautiful Square with a central garden and underground car park. It's in a stunning setting that's by the sea and moments from the British Airways i360 and West Pier.

The apartment is on the second floor of a bow-fronted Regency terraced house with traditional iron railings, built in the early 1820s.

The apartment is modern, bright and cosy and has everything you will need for a few days or a few weeks in Brighton! The bedroom is at the back of the apartment and has a sash window so it's nice and light, plus a small double bed and a wardrobe for storage of your personal items. Fresh linen is provided for your stay.

The living room at the front is bright and light with a sash window and views out to the i360 - you can just about see the sea too! There is a sofa bed that's perfect for two guests, a TV and a desk area if you need to work or study during your stay.

The living room is open plan onto the fully equipped kitchen that has plenty of cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery. Cooking basics and plenty of tea and coffee are provided. There is a microwave and washing machine for guests to use.

The bathroom suite is white and modern with a shower into the bath. Guest toiletries and plenty of towels for all guests are provided.

In an excellent location, the apartment is just moments from the sea and close to restaurants, cafes and bars. Stroll into central Brighton for shopping or to Hove for independent shops. Everything you will need or want is within walking distance.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole flat during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.

The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift within the building.

Perfect for staying around the pier, near great restaurants, and other amenities. The staircase up to the flat is narrow so guests should be prepared for a bit of a squeeze. But once inside, it's a cosy space, perfect for sleeping after a day out and about.

Very well located accommodation near the waterfront and shops. Note that there is no possibility of cheap parking in the city centre... The linens were not up to standard and there is no drying rack (because the apartment has a washing machine which is great). Also the sofa bed is not comfortable. It is a more suitable accommodation for 2 people than 4.

Great location, near to the i360 and very walkable to the lanes/ city centre. The double bed was smaller than expected- perhaps this should be listed as a small double. The sofa bed was quite unstable and not the most comfortable. Generally clean apartment and lovely bathroom with large shower.

Small apartment, renovated, comfortable and pleasant. Ideal for a couple and 2 children (sofa bed); less so for elderly people (2 floors on foot). Next to a nice street full of restaurants and leading to the beach. All in one of the typical small English buildings. Perfect for a long weekend in Brighton.
