It provided me a peace of mind to enjoy a nice time there. With everything ready for use, supermarket convenience store and restaurants just in a few minutes walk, and buses accessible to other parts of the city. A nice place to stay.

Had a lovely few days in this property with my family it had everything we needed. It was lovely to have some outdoor space to have a bbq. It was a good walk into Brighton approx 25/30 mins but pleasant. Didn't realise there was quite so many stairs but it was okay.

A beautiful property in a convenient location. We needed to stay in Brighton for a few days due to my partner needing surgery, so we were looking for somewhere comfortable and homely whilst he recovered. Great communication from the host, very responsive before and during our stay. The property was easy to find, although no parking close by but we managed. It was around 15 minutes walk into town, and 5 minutes drive from the hospital so very convenient. The property was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was incredible. To have a private outdoor garden was such a treat and the kitchen had everything we could need (including a dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge and freezer and tea, coffee and sugar too). It was a peaceful street, right next to a park, and gorgeous views of Brighton from the top bedroom. This property is across 3 floors so lots of stairs but I would live there forever if I could

Lovely house on a really quiet street. The beds were clean and comfy. Unfortunately there were a few areas that hadn't quite been cleaned from the previous tenants where the floors were sticky from spilt drinks and the dishwasher was clogged up with coffee grounds which meant the dishes were still dirty. Otherwise we had a great stay thank you.

Nice comfortable home from home house, well equipped....quiet location easy walking distance to seafront and shops etc....price very reasonable....would recommend a stay here.

A great house to stay in . Loads of character. Well equiped includng quality teas and coffee, all linen and towels etc. Furnished to a high standard. A couple areas needed sorting associated with an older house and expected but sorted or planned to be done quickly. Quick response at all times to all requests. Owner even popped in immediately to replace a previously brocken table. She was very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended

Nice house, but as with anywhere in Brighton, no parking without permit and house owners/agents did not provide a temporary permit. Instead they recommended a car park 15 minutes walk from the house, which costs GBP 22 per night. House within walking distance of pier and shops/pubs/bars/takeaways. House was comfortable and well equipped, and owners/agents reasonably responsive, but rather heavy on the warnings of extra costs and respecting house rules.
