Lovely spot to stay, nice house, in a quiet part of town. Enjoyed our break. Would suggest getting a table for the TV in the lounge, but that’s the most minor of quibbles as we weren’t on holiday to watch TV.

We stayed at this property with our 2 young children for a weekend visiting friends in Brighton. The house is very well situated - you can walk into the little village or alternatively drive just 15 mins and you're in the heart of Brighton. We were a little disappointed and surprised to find the building works next door were still going on (and were pretty disruptive on the Saturday daytime when our little ones were trying to sleep) so we wouldn't recommend if you're looking for total peace and quiet. Also the house isn't particularly baby/toddler friendly as there are big steps going from kitchen into living room which led to a few close calls with our 1 year old. Also the TV just sits on the floor which was precarious and not very practical. Other than that, it's a great property and we had a lovely time there.

I am short and found the cupboards too high to reach much whilst pan draws had hardly anything in. Mugs mostly too small and too few decent sized ones otherwise a well equipped kitchen. 11 out of 10 for the beds they are fantastic. The house is lovely better still when building noises are finished. They were working on Saturday, all day when we wanted to chill but no too intrusive to be fair. Bathrooms are lovely .

The condition of the place is basically as described, the space is large, hygienic, and the facilities are perfect. But the door to the garden during our stay could not always open because there was no key.Contacting the agent many times from the next day of our stay, unfortunately the issue was not resolved until we left, and clearly felt that she was not very keen to resolve the issue. In addition, the house next door is being renovated, there is worker construction every day except Sunday, there is a certain amount of noise and should not be finished in the short term.

This accommodation is immaculate and clean. The lounge area is great and opens up to an enclosed garden. It’s a great place to stay and relax away from the busy centre. Therefore I only have positive things to say about this house in general. The one thing we did not know is currently (as of May) the house attached is undergoing a full ground up renovation and extension. This looks to be mid way through. It did result in noise from builders and builders on the roof working away overlooking the back garden. This is obviously a transient situation and will come to an end but did impact our stay. So, the property itself is great inside and the back garden would be a peaceful.

Finding and accessing the property was fine. It was exceptionally clean and tidy, with ample space for a family of4. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Beautiful property, very comfortable with tons of space, lovely beds and loads of bathrooms. Parking on the front was tight and we preferred to park on the street. A cab into The Lanes was £13 from the house, we didn’t try catching a bus. You must absolutely go to Arundel Castle whilst your staying it was fabulous.

It is a quiet place to stay. The whole house is very clean and well equipped. The bed is so comfortable that I had a nice sleep during my stay. The owner is also very kind and helpful. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I travel to Brighton. 😊

A wonderful property situated close to amenities in walking distance. The house was beautiful inside and spotlessly clean. All of the necessary amenities were provided. The hosts were responsive and friendly. There is off road parking, but the space is small so for bigger vehicles there is free on road parking. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved staying at this house in Brighton. My husband's family lives nearby and we try to visit the area at least once a year. At the end of our visit, we immediately messaged AirHost to say that we would very happily stay again when we return. We recommend the house and the area. The buses were easy to navigate into town and you can walk to a lot of parks and fun things nearby (which was great for our kids). We all highly recommend the house!

House was in excellent condition throughout and very tastefully decorated with some nice artwork - we felt at home right away. Has a large extension on the rear of the house which gives it a feeling of space downstairs. Had everything we needed as a family of 5 and would definitely stay here again!
