Dale’s place is in the perfect location nestled right in the north laines of Brighton. I love walking and exploring the area with minutes to shopping, bars and restaurants. The house is spacious and well upgraded and kitchen is well stocked. The only small inconvenience is the front door lock can be a bit finicky to get in but aside from that the home is 5 star !

Great place Great location, near to everything . Would defo stay again . Very squeaky floorboards! But wouldn’t put us off . Nice touches fan , nice bathroom and 2 toilets , very handy . Had a great weekend Thankyou .

The accommodation was just right for our group of 4 adults and one teen. We were working in Brighton and it was perfectly located for the station and for all the lovely independent shops, cafes and a walk to the seafront. A very clean and efficient check in and departure process. Hassle free and comfortable for our needs. Thank you

This is my second time staying here. Lovely house in great location. In the central Brighton with everything accessible and walkable to and from. Once inside the house it is very peaceful and quiet.

Lovely house and great location. Enjoyed our stay there. It is really close to the station, which was a bonus for us. perfectly located for pottering, eating, shopping and just slowing down. Great to be in a clean and uncluttered space. Had good communications throughout

Fabulous place. And so close to everything. Would recommend to anyone. But need to do something about the creaky floorboards in the bedrooms

Good standard in all rooms, and then especially the kitchen and bathroom. Very good central location in quiet street with walking distance to everything, but disturbing seagull screams that make it difficult to sleep properly. Also greatly appreciated the possibility of storing luggage before check-in and after check-out.

This great little town house was perfect for our family get together. With 3 bedrooms as well as the snug nobody felt on top of anyone else and it was very well equipped. The kitchen was a delight to work in and we easily made a finally meal. We actually added to the facilities by leaving a brand new 32” skillet there as we were all travelling afterwards. Great location to enjoy all Brighton has to offer!

Really enjoyed our stay in Brighton. Very comfortable house in walking distance of all Brighton has to offer - the pier, the shops, the seaside. All beds were comfy and rooms were a good size. Great facilities in the kitchen too. Would stay again.

Fabulous stay - 1 adult and 4 late teens. House was big enough that we didn’t fall over each other. Very short walk to station, lanes, shopping. Very quiet at night (despite the closeness to the lanes and a pub)

The accommodation was perfect for my family of 5. Very clean and it felt like home., comfortable beds, clean linens, bathroom is well designed and clean. I would highly recommend this accommodation. It is in close proximity to supermarkets, train station, popular sites and restaurants.

This Airbnb did exactly what is said on the tin. It was clean, spacious, close to the train station and a 10 minute walk to the beach and very comfortable. The only criticism is that the bedroom on the middle landing is not double glazed so the noise of the seagulls was extremely loud so the first night's sleep was pretty bad. Bought earplugs for the second so probelm solved.

The house was very clean and well presented, it's in a great location just a few minutes from the train station/The Lanes and the seafront. I would highly recommend the house and Airhost for You.

This was a lovely place to stay in! Would recommend! :) Brilliant location, and walkable from the station and in the town. Really clean and felt homely as soon as we walked in - had lovely small touches to help. Towels and bedding all exceptionally clean. House is as described and great size! Bedrooms all good size and lounges great. Host was super responsive before and throughout stay. They have an office in town for a bag drop off which is great. Only cons - host hadn’t given us the check in code before we arrived so we had to go down to the office to get this but they gave it to us immediately and were super helpful. The place also smelt of stale smoke on arrival however only mildly. Wasn’t enough to be an issue as the place still was very clean but it was there. Thanks again! Would come back! 😊

We immediately felt at home in the accommodation! It is located right next to the train station, shopping facilities are within walking distance and yet it is in a quieter side street. Everything was very clean and perfectly equipped, Jessica was also always immediately available and proactively inquired if everything was going well :) Definitely worth a recommendation!

Overall the stay here was perfect for what we were looking for. Unfortunately the check in process was a challenge as the information we received via automated message did not match the check in process resulting in us walking around Brighton at 12 pm looking for a hotel to stay in for the first night. We managed to get in the next morning and our first night was refunded. The house was lovely and in a great location with big comfy and clean beds but unfortunately it did have a strong smell of stale smoke throughout the house when we arrived. (Maybe raise the £50 fine to £500). Overall this is a perfect place to stay for a group of friends looking for a nice weekend trip to Brighton. It’s close to the laines, clean and beside a Greg’s for this heavy morning sausage rolls.

Everything ideal in this very spacious townhouse off the Lanes so great location and perfect for our Xmas family gathering. Bedrooms all great sizes and modern bathroom and kitchen suited us down to the ground.

Very nice stay, clean, had plenty of towels and extra linen. Jessica was nice and quick to repond to all questions/messages. For such a big place though it would be good to be able to get extra set of keys or at least have a keybox outside the flat. We were 6 and only having one key was a bit of a hassle, specially if someone wanted go home sooner to bed than the others - then that person would have to wake up to let others in or someone walk them home to go back to town. Also, it would be nice to have a bit later check out, maybe at 13. Otherwise, everything was great and definitely recommend this place!

Excellent property, great position near the lanes and busy town but very quiet. Property is immaculate and very well equipped. would definitely recommend it. Make sure you download the app to get a code for the keys as the collection point are very unhelpful.

Central to all amenities and access around Brighton. Amazing for families, or sharing groups. Laid out very well, spic and span from top to bottom, extremely comfortable beds and stay in general. Everything you need from kitchen untensils, to condiments to essential toiletries, crisp linen and fluffy towels. Very homely. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
