Welcome to this coastal studio flat that's part of a charming Regency building, just moments from the seafront. This cute and cosy seaside sanctuary has a high sleeper loft bed for a super snug nights sleep. A comfy and pet-friendly space, you also have a small sofa, TV, wardrobe & chest of draws, an equipped kitchen plus a tiled shower room. Nestled in central Brighton, this coastal escape is the perfect place to enjoy all that Brighton has to offer, moments from beautiful Brighton sunsets.
The flat has an airy and homely feel and is furnished and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.
With a double high sleeper loft bed , plenty of fresh hotel linen, a Smart TV and great Wifi, you will have no trouble relaxing. Equally if you wish to work, you'll also have everything you need - there's a fold-up table that seats two.
The fully equipped kitchen has counter top hob with 2 rings, an oven, and a fridge plus cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery in addition to everything you might require to cook a meal like pots and pans. You can dine with your travel partner at the dining table that sits two people.
The bathroom is lovely and bright, with a shower - perfect for a relaxing after a day of exploring or working. Big bath sheets and hand towels are provided.
We provide plenty of fresh towels, guest toiletries and cooking basics for you to use during your stay. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use during their stay.
Norton Road car park is about a 6 minute drive from the apartment. You can park here for around £6-7 a day. We suggest you leave the car here and enjoy the city on foot as everything is within walking distance.
Please note there are 10 steps to the front door.
Strictly NO parties or late-night noise are permitted at this property.
The double bed is on a mezzanine, accessed via a ladder so it is not recommended for those with mobility issues.
The space
Located in a quiet residential area, you have easy access to great pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and independent shops. In addition you can walk to either Brighton or Hove Train stations in 20 minutes and the beach in just a few minutes. Hove Lawns, by the sea, is a lovely area for a picnic, sunbathe or just a stroll. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
