Very affordable accommodation for brighton. We liked staying here, it was very central, its a perfect space for 2 people. (Not sure about 3) The host was very good with communicating. We had a few issues when we arrived but they were resolved the same day they were brought up. Extremely easy to access the key and get in. No troubles what so ever. Cute kitchen. Everything you need to cook and store food. It smells slightly of mould when you walk in but you dont smell it after 5 minutes. The shower was way smaller than expected. Also the bed is in a loft and you need to climb the ladder up and down so if you need to use the toilet more than once a night its not that fun. But the bed is very comfortable and the pillows were really the best ones ive ever used in my life! Cute cozy dining table and we only used netflix so and it worked great. Everything is walking distance its in the perfect location!

The space is very small, but is a good price. My husband and I stayed but I would say it’s really only comfortable for one small agile person. The sofa-bed isn’t a sofa or a bed, it’s a cushion on the floor. It’s not really suitable for sleeping. The tea kettle didn’t work but the hosts were very responsive to fix the problem. Definitely not the place for you if you get claustrophobic but it met all our needs. The laundromat, restaurants, and beach are close. I would stay there again as an individual but not as a couple.

Compact and bijou. Nicely located very near the beach and seafront abd a selection of shops. Decor nice but needs a deep clean especially the bathroom. And needs more cutlery, plates etc but ok if youre not planning on being in the room much.

The apartment has a great location, 3 minutes walking to the Seafront of Brighton and 5 minutes to a main street with supermarket. There are many restaurants and cafes all around. Unfortunately, the house looks a little run down, but the apartment is well-equipped and clean. There is everything you need. I thought it was particularly nice that a beach towel was provided. Perfect for a few days by the sea in Brighton.

For a first time visit to Brighton, I wouldn't knock it! We had a blast and met some incredible people. Definitely will be coming back to do it all again but will more then likely stay elsewhere as I found the bathroom a little claustrophobic.

I had a nice stay and the flexible check in was handy. The flat was smaller than it looked in the photos, the entrance corridor is quite shabby and the other people in the building were quite noisy when I was there but for the reasonable price and given that it's in Brighton it's a pretty decent place. Worth noting that you have to crouch down quite low for the lock box and the bunk bed ladder may provide issues for some less agile people. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable either as it's extremely thin. The place is nicely decorated though and it's extremely central and close to the beach so a great location!

A perfect place to stay in Brighton. Gorgeous being 5 mins from the beach - I swam every morning - and Preston Street, also 5 minutes away, had a plethora of really standout local restaurants. There was also a very handy launderette there. My only criticism was the taste of the tapwater. Easily solved by buying bottles for a few days.

Nice! Great location! Clean place! The only flaw is mold-like stains on the mattress...and other scattered yellow stains. Otherwise nothing to say, they were very kind and helpful!!

It was a lovely room and house, in a nice location only a few minutes walk from the sea! The hosts were very responsive and replied to a few date amendments super promptly, and were very supportive and kind. Great place to stay in Brighton!

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb and thank the hosts for being very responsive. The studio was great for one person & I found the location convenient as it was right by the beach & only 5 mins walk to the bus stop. Thank you!

A well-located flat within a 20-minute walk to central Brighton and Hove, with easy access to supermarkets nearby. The parking suggested by the host was easy to get to on foot or by bus, and reasonably priced. The wooden loft bed feels rather wobbly/creaky once you’re in it. Definitely not suitable for everyone as it’s quite high off the ground. The flat could do with a deep clean in places, especially the bathroom, shower, around the bed and mattress as these areas were unclean. Other than that, the flat has been decorated well and has a nice kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay here and is a good central location if you do not drive, however if you do drive please be aware of the parking permits all over Brighton and hove we found it very hard to park and my parters car got lifted and moved by the council for parking on the road out front. however overall was a nice place to stay in a good location, host was friendly and tried he's best to help us park ect.. The room was nice and clean and exactly what it said in the advert. Thanks

This was a great place for my son to be based while he looked for more permanent accommodation. It had everything he needed and was in a perfect location for getting around central Brighton on foot.
