The space
Located in a quiet residential area, you have easy access to great pubs, restaurants, bars, cafes and independent shops. In addition you can walk to either Brighton or Hove Train stations in 20 minutes and the beach in just a few minutes. Hove Lawns, by the sea, is a lovely area for a picnic, sunbathe or just a stroll. Walk along the seafront into the centre of Brighton and take in the i360, seafront cafes and Brighton Palace Pier.The flat has an airy and homely feel and is furnished and equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.
With a double high sleeper loft bed , plenty of fresh hotel linen, a Smart TV and great Wifi, you will have no trouble relaxing. Equally if you wish to work, you'll also have everything you need - there's a fold-up table that seats two.
The fully equipped kitchen has counter top hob with 2 rings, an oven, and a fridge plus cookware, glassware, cutlery and crockery in addition to everything you might require to cook a meal like pots and pans. You can dine with your travel partner at the dining table that sits two people.
The bathroom is lovely and bright, with a shower - perfect for a relaxing after a day of exploring or working. Big bath sheets and hand towels are provided.
We provide plenty of fresh towels, guest toiletries and cooking basics for you to use during your stay. There is also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use during their stay.
Guest access
You will have the whole flat to yourselves during your stay. Access details will be provided prior to your stay.Norton Road car park is about a 6 minute drive from the apartment. You can park here for around £6-7 a day. We suggest you leave the car here and enjoy the city on foot as everything is within walking distance.
Please note there are 10 steps to the front door.
Strictly NO parties or late-night noise are permitted at this property.
The double bed is on a mezzanine, accessed via a ladder so it is not recommended for those with mobility issues.

Very affordable accommodation for brighton. We liked staying here, it was very central, its a perfect space for 2 people. (Not sure about 3) The host was very good with communicating. We had a few issues when we arrived but they were resolved the same day they were brought up. Extremely easy to access the key and get in. No troubles what so ever. Cute kitchen. Everything you need to cook and store food. It smells slightly of mould when you walk in but you dont smell it after 5 minutes. The shower was way smaller than expected. Also the bed is in a loft and you need to climb the ladder up and down so if you need to use the toilet more than once a night its not that fun. But the bed is very comfortable and the pillows were really the best ones ive ever used in my life! Cute cozy dining table and we only used netflix so and it worked great. Everything is walking distance its in the perfect location!

The space is very small, but is a good price. My husband and I stayed but I would say it’s really only comfortable for one small agile person. The sofa-bed isn’t a sofa or a bed, it’s a cushion on the floor. It’s not really suitable for sleeping. The tea kettle didn’t work but the hosts were very responsive to fix the problem. Definitely not the place for you if you get claustrophobic but it met all our needs. The laundromat, restaurants, and beach are close. I would stay there again as an individual but not as a couple.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
