The space
Sea View @ Oriental Place is a stunning one-bedroom, one-bathroom flat featuring a charming balcony that offers a beautiful view of the sea.The bedroom boasts a cosy double bed perfect for a good night's sleep, as well as a large wardrobe and plenty of hanging space and drawers to store your clothes! Unwind watching Netflix on the wall-mounted Smart television.
The bed is made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels, as well as complimentary guest toiletries.
The shower room features a sleek walk-in shower so you can feel fresh for your day exploring Brighton! There is a vanity cupboard, sink and WC.
Complimentary guest toiletries are provided as well as access to an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Relax on the comfy sofa bed after enjoying a feast at the lovely dining table for 4. Step out of the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows onto the west-facing balcony and savour the famous sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your home!
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment to themselves during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.Please note that there should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the neighbours.

It was a nice place but it was really cramped and uncomfortable for 4 people. The photos don’t represent it at all, there is a lot less space than it seems in the photos. The furniture was randomly placed and there was too much of it (more than in the photos). For 2 people it would be alright but 4 was too many. The bedroom was nice but the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and the sheets had stains and hairs/dirt on them, the whole place just didn’t really feel that clean. There was also a lot of noise from outside and the radiator in the living room was broken so it got quite cold at night. Overall I think it is a nice property and has potential to be really lovely but the owner needs to change things. Currently it is not worth the price, you can find better places for the same price in the city centre.

We ended our weekend stay here today and we loved it! It looked exactly like the photos and it is a beautiful flat. It was in the perfect location. Close to the seafront, but tucked away, so much so that it was pretty quiet when we were indoors. Easily walkable to the pier, local attractions and restaurants. The hosts were brilliant too. They made contact everyday, checking in on us and were available to support us if we needed it. They also went the extra mile, buying a brand new extra quilt (which we didn’t ask for) but it was greatly appreciated. We will always remember our stay here and hope to come back soon! :)

The staffs were really friendly and responsive and I really liked how they welcomed us but other than that, my kids and I were quite dissatisfied and bummed out at the place. As soon as we stepped inside the building we were bummed out to see how filthy the place was. Dusty and flies flying around. The floor had hairs and dusts and I honestly did not want to open my luggage on the floor. We had originally booked a place at a quieter area where it suited our plans and needs but few days after making a reservation, the host had requested to change our place to the ones we ended up staying. Since I was traveling with me and my two boy(age 6 and 9)had so many things to consider that suits our schedule and needs that we had no choice but to accept. Honestly, we would never have chosen that place on our. It’s located central area which was very noisy but close to the beach. Honestly, I can’t recommend the place for a family. The luggage storage was helpful.

Pets allowed with prior agreement. HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate to As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
