The property is in an ideal place on the edge of Hove near a bus stop into Brighton and half an hour walk from Hove sea front. With a parking space and dog friendly it was a good place to stay. As mentioned in other reviews the decor and kitchen equipment could do with updating and we messaged the agent direct about a couple of maintenance issues. The rental team were very responsive and helpful. Hopefully some general maintenance by next season will make this a really great Airbnb rental. We did find amusing the amount of the artwork from St Ives around the house especially as one of our group was from Cornwall on holiday in Brighton!!

A great house in a perfect location. Walkable distance to Hove and Brighton centres with a great bus service too just on the doorstep. The house itself was lovely, comfy beds and fresh clean linen and towels provided. Could do with a few cosmetic updates. For example the dining chairs were very worn and it was lacking in decent wine glasses and mugs. And a pair of oven gloves! All in all we loved our stay and these finer details wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Overall, the property was in a good position with easy access and walking into Brighton and Hove. Parking space is on an adjacent road next to the property and a little more information about this would have been helpful though as soon as I asked the host explained exactly where it was. The lounge was comfortable as were all the beds and there was plenty of equipment and space in the kitchen with a large fridge freezer storage. We used Uber Taxis a lot in the evening As it was a good half hour walk down and back to the main restaurants but they are very efficient come quickly and under £10 per ride The host was excellent

The location of the house was perfect with ideal bus links into the city centre as well as it being walkable. However the images of the house do not match, it’s is a lot smaller than the images make it out to be. Very dated, needs some maintenance work around the house and overall doesn’t feel clean. The owner did pop round to replace a faulty shower head, but still wasn’t much better unfortunately.

All in all, our stay was very nice and we would come back again! It is easy to live in the house,there is enough space to make yourself comfortable. Unfortunately, a few difficulties occurred due to locks in need of repair,so we had trouble locking the front door due to a too loose cylinder. We would recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back

The house looked great in the advertising, which matched our initial impression on entering the building, but on closer inspection the accommodation is starting to look tired. Unfortunately, the heavy use of cleaning sprays has left a tackiness in some areas and the house is a little grubby in places (eg, the dining room chairs are stained and tatty, some of the cutlery is tarnished and needs polishing, some fittings are coming loose and various wall hanging fixtures have fallen off). It is a nice house, but it needs some TLC!

Lovely house, good location. Good shops close by (even without a car). Garden would be lovely in Spring or Summer (so i guess we need to come back again!). Own parking space (precious in Hove and Brighton).

Very smart house, good kithcen, dining room and bedrooms. Gppd location got central Hove and Brighton. Very short walk to park, shops, coffee shop and great fish and chips.

Great place in a great location. The house is located just outside Brighton centre, on a very nice estate. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. I was given very specific and straight forward information that I needed for a late check in, out of hours. The house is well presented and immaculate, everything you need for your stay is provided. Highly recommend.

Nice house, comfy beds, nice sofa, good TV and WiFi (250mps). 1 parking space which is on the main road to the side of the property, no free parking near property unless Sunday. Close to bus stop so can get no.27 straight into town. About a 30 min walk/ 1.5 mile. Would use again if came back

Very nice accommodation in Brighton. Everything was clean and tidy, when we arrived. Very good equipment available (Kitchen top; TV with Sky; Amazon Alexa available, cozy living room and and and). Bus station is just 50 steps away and we used also our bikes to visit downtown (12 to the Brighton Pier). We really recommend this nice house. One thing confuses us. We arrived with our car including a bike rack. The parking zone seems to be directly in front of the house on a lawn and I had to put off the rack, because the vehicle was to long. I am not sure, if I used the correct lot. Anyway, really nice time in Brighton. Thanks a lot. Bye the Herbstens from Düsseldorf

Excellence place to stay with families and friends. Very convenience with car park and buses to City Centre and walking distance to sea front. Nice and comfortable deco and the house is clean. A few minor things eg one of the wall picture dropped which broke the electric sockets, we reported and thought the handy man will come to fix, yet no one come to repair, luckily it didn’t affect the WiFi and TV usage. Lack of washing detergent, and limited kitchen paper caused a bit of inconvenience, but no big issues at all. Overall speaking very enjoyable stay, will come back!!

Good location - the fittest walked into Brighton and seafront and the not so fit used good bus service and reasonably priced Uber. Clean, well equipped and comfortable. We played tennis and went to the open air theatre - both a short walk just down the road.

Jessica has been wonderful and prompt in assisting me during my stay! The house is beautiful with the the garden that is filled with the smell of lavender flowers🙂we did experience some inconvenience during our first night, but Jessica immediately attended to us!

This house is in a quiet road which is 5 minutes drive from Hove and 10 minutes drive to the centre of Brighton with plenty of Bus options available just a few minutes walk away. The house itself is great for 4-6 people and has everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Amazing property and just like the photos. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Had all the things you could need to have the most comfortable and relaxing stay possible. The location was lovely. Nice and quite in the day and at night. Slightly further away from the main area of Brighton than we would have liked but only a short 10 minute drive to the pier so we managed. The only negative thing we would say is that we found it hard to find the house as number 4 came up on the satnav and we couldn’t see number 2 as the front door is at the side of the house. Would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend to other people.
