A great house in a perfect location. Walkable distance to Hove and Brighton centres with a great bus service too just on the doorstep. The house itself was lovely, comfy beds and fresh clean linen and towels provided. Could do with a few cosmetic updates. For example the dining chairs were very worn and it was lacking in decent wine glasses and mugs. And a pair of oven gloves! All in all we loved our stay and these finer details wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Overall, the property was in a good position with easy access and walking into Brighton and Hove. Parking space is on an adjacent road next to the property and a little more information about this would have been helpful though as soon as I asked the host explained exactly where it was. The lounge was comfortable as were all the beds and there was plenty of equipment and space in the kitchen with a large fridge freezer storage. We used Uber Taxis a lot in the evening As it was a good half hour walk down and back to the main restaurants but they are very efficient come quickly and under £10 per ride The host was excellent
