We stayed here for 3 nights. It’s in a great location just a short walk from the beach and around 15mins or so from the lanes. There were a few hen/stag parties on the same street which were noisy at night, but didn’t disturb us too much. The toilet in the main bathroom didn’t work for 90% of our stay, but was fixed on the last day. Luckily there was a second toilet. The host was very responsive, the house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Overall we would stay here again and can recommend this property. Thank you! 😁

Great location albeit noisy and in summer too hot not to have windows open. House deceptively small but comfortable beds and very clean with all amenities. Overall we felt it was excessively priced considering other properties in area.

We were hosting family from America for my brothers wedding and they were extremely happy with the accommodation, couldn't stop talking about. The decor was tasteful, extremely clean and welcoming on arrival - basement Kitchen was well kitted out made self catering a breeze, supermarkets and beach were within walking distance. We all rated the home 5 star and definately a firm recommendation. With 4 adults and 2 teenage boys it made an excellent base. We will be looking to book again on their return !

This is in a good central location - very easy to reach the pier and the Laines. It’s a busy area so expect the odd hen party! The house is not cosy, but has been thoughtfully kitted out with very comfy beds, sofas and a well equipped kitchen (though a cafetière would have been great; and small bedside tables in the top double room would have been really helpful). It’s smaller than we expected so more of a base than somewhere to spend an evening with all 6 of you. The house is a bit on the chilly side and a little damp. As a result the door was very stiff & we couldn’t open it from inside (someone had to push it open for us from the outside!!) but greasing the closing edge seemed to fix it! Once the heating has been on for a few hours it’s fine, but it was set to come on at 9am which was much too late - it was 15 degrees when we got up at 9! But overall, a great stay. The hosts are a company so don’t know the house personally, but they are very helpful & responsive.

Clean and tidy house in a brilliant location. The property was very cold though and the heating couldn’t be changed which let it down overall, there was condensation on all the windows permanently because of the cold. But otherwise it was a great clean property and the location was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Brighton! The location was perfect - just a short walk from the beach and all the local shops and restaurants. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Brighton!

The house is in a brilliant location and easily walkable to pier and beach which is a massive plus to this house. Unfortunately, the house isn't suitable for 8 people. Whilst the bedrooms upstairs are really lovely, you open the front door and walk off the road straight into a small lounge, which is where the sofa bed is located - for the 7th and 8th people. It made for a cold and noisy night's sleep. So I would say perfect house for 6 people max.

The main thing about this house is the location it’s right in the middle of everything ! So great getting about we got under to the marina for good restaurants and it was under £10 for 6 seater which is reasonable Parking was a bit of a nightmare but we managed. The house is much smaller than the pictures look and smelt quite damp , the whole house felt lob sided which was quite disorienting but was lovely decorative and had all that we needed for our weekend stay overall I’d give an 7.5/10 thanks for letting us stay

Cute little house, great for a weekend away. Walking distance to the lanes and a stones throw from the pier. Convenience of a coop just at the top of the street. Great communication from the host who was always happy to help. Has all the basics including hairdryers and an iron, fully stocked kitchen.

Lovely location, and a very cosy home for a weekend stay. However, the pictures do not show how tiny this house is. If you’re tall, I would not advise… Another huge issue for winter travellers, the heating kept turning off. With no solid advice from the host on how to fix this other than “check the boilers”. It was a short stay so it wasn’t a huuuge issue, but please bare in mind. Other than that, perfect

What a great property . Beautifully decorated with high class and comfortable furniture . Super comfortable beds and all the extras you could think off . Perfect location for both the City and the lovey cafes , restaurants and bars . Also only a stones through from the beach .

This place was a beautiful home right near the beachfront of Brighton. I was immediately taken aback with how beautiful the place was. Everything was in great condition and the bathroom and kitchen especially were stunning. The team were incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Only thing I’d think worth mentioning is the stairs are a bit steep and the ones to the kitchen especially have a low ceiling which means you need to watch your head if you’re tall! I would gladly stay again and will be sure to book again if I ever am in the area again.

We stayed for a long weekend & the place was great ! Really clean & well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location was absolutely perfect. Only a 10 minute walk to the lanes & 5 minutes to the pier. It was a bit noisy at night over the weekend but that is to be expected in Kemptown & it didn’t cause us any issues at all :) Overall, a brilliant place to stay.

We were three friends using this house as a base during our stay in Brighton. It was in a good position close to the beach and city centre. The house was clean and fresh and we were happy staying there. Just be a little bit aware of the low ceiling walking down to the kitchen in the basement. The host was very quick and good to respond if we had any questions. They also offer storage for your luggage before/after check in and out.

Great location, great communication before arriving. Good price for the location and set up. Only negatives would be you only get the address 5-6 days before which is frustrating for planning and shops. There’s also evident mould in the kitchen/in the cupboard.

We loved our stay as a family! Would highly recommend the place. The host was welcoming. Great amenities. Perfect location just by the pier and lots of restaurants nearby and a coop. Side note: you will need to be okay with walking up stairs constantly (4 floors) and low height ceilings.

Wow! Our first Airbnb stay and it was perfect. The property was spotless, and everything about it was welcoming and ‘homely’. Everything supplied (linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc) was really clean and fresh. The location is within a few minutes walk of everything Brighton has to offer; the beach, the pier, and the shops and bars. I really can’t recommend this property enough. We were a party of six plus our dog, and at no time did we feel that we were lacking anything in terms of space or comfort. Being our first time, the other thing that stood out was the help, support, and information we received from the moment we booked, throughout our stay, and even after we left (particular thanks to Jessica for answering all my ‘novice’ queries so promptly and efficiently). Everything was made so easy for us. We will absolutely be booking again. A fantastic weekend; many thanks.

Nice place for a weekend away, low ceilings in stairwells so be warned fellow tall people, doesn’t take anything away from the place, good location close to the lanes and would recommend it, sleeps 8 but wouldn’t take that many people.

We absolutely loved our stay! We stayed on a business trip, with 8 guests in total, and we all were very happy with our experience. The house is quite small and you could say cosy, but it was perfect for our needs. The beds were all super comfy, the place was clear and very well looked after. The house is in a fabulous location, very close to all the restaurants and shops, but also more or less on the sea front (at the end of the road). It was fairly pricey, but I think that's down to the fact it was Brighton Pride weekend, so everything was a lot more. All in all, very happy with our stay, and thanks to the hosting company for being so responsive and good with instructions. You made the last minute booking very easy for us. Thanks and hopefully see you again!

Great location, plenty of space, clean. Host very responsive. Tea, coffee there so can make yourself hot drink on arrival. Loads of stairs so will need gait if traveling with little kids. Overall we had great time and would consider going back.

Excellent location, and quite comfortable. Small, but we had 5 people and were fine. Very responsive hosts. Some nice touches for group travel such as bathroom door locks that showed “occupied/vacancy” on the outside. We did have an issue with the second bedroom, though— once the king bed was converted to two singles (upon request), the bedroom door could no longer close which caused discomfort and a lack of privacy for some of our guests.

This place was clean and in a good location but it is absolutely Tiny! There were five of us staying there and maneuvering around each other was plain awkward. My son is 6' 2" and banged his head on the ceiling of the stairs several times and fell down them once trying to crouch as he came down. The photos made it looked like a normal sized house. I'm sorry it's just not. To claim this could accommodate 8 people with a pet is i'm afraid just not being honest. It was difficult with 5 of us.

We had a wonderful stay at Airhost for You’s townhouse! Jessica communicated frequently and was very accommodating allowing us an earlier check-in. Bag storage is also available which we used and everyone in the shop was super-friendly. The house was spotless with everything you need - towels, soaps, shampoos, washing up utensils, crockery, cutlery. Nothing at all appeared tatty or used, all really new. Location is great, we didn’t use public transport at all. A coupe minutes walk to the pier and 10 mins walk to the Lanes. Couple of very small tips would be to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper as the seagulls are loud little things through the night at times! And also the house is slightly more petite than it looks in the pics but we had ample space for 4 adults to socialise, shower and sleep. All in all it was a wonderful and seamless stay and we’d highly recommend Airhost for You - thank you!

This is a lovey property over 4 floors. Stayed with my husband and 2 teenagers. The kitchen and dining room is in the basement- fitted with what looked like all brand new appliances and cooking equipment. The lounge is on the ground floor. Loved the sofas! On the first floor is the master bedroom and bathroom And also a separate toilet The Bathroom is superb. On the top floor is 2 more bedrooms so plenty of space for everyone. The house was superbly clean and fitted to an excellent standard. Lovely bedding and towels. At the bottom of the road you have the sea front and at the top you have shops and cafes and restaurants and beyond this the town. Trains to London are about an hour so we enjoyed a day in London and also visited Lewes. Really fast responses to questions and also grateful for the slightly early check in. We would come back

Exactly what we needed - a group of us travelled to Brighton to run the half marathon so somewhere central where everyone had their own space was spot on. Jessica @ Airhosts was super responsive to any of our questions during the stay too. We’ve stayed all over Brighton in the past and this was the best location-wise - even ended up being about 200m from the race start line!

Stayed with some friends for the weekend. The house is in a great location, very close to the beach and pier. The house was well appointed and had everything we expected. It was quiet and felt safe. We had some issues with the shower temperature but apart from that everything was good.

The property is just as described and the location is perfect. It was spotless clean and very well equipped. That I can’t fault. The lounge is a tad sparse and could do with softening more, and could do with a re-paint as the walls are damp in places and the paint has bubbled as a result. My gripe; the heating was off when we arrived and set to manual and timed by the Host with a pin, and the house was freezing for 24 hours. We all had coats on till we went to bed. Our children (3 and 6) had to sleep with us as the property was 9 degrees and only 12 degrees by 7am. We reported it and we did receive a prompt More annoyingly the hot water for a shower was non existent. It was either cold or very cold. Three adults and two children therefore couldn’t shower comfortably all weekend. The location though is perfect and providing the shower worked again, I’d come back! 🥶

Lovely modern space and was very clean and tidy and the host was very helpful. The only negatives were the many stairs which were only an issue due to having older and larger family members, the garden space had a lot of pigeon waste on the seat and was unusable and the sofa bed was not comfortable.

Amazing location within walking distance to the pier. Co-op literally at the end of the road. Clean and well kept. Lovely thoughtful features throughout the house. Kids loved the bunk beds! Great communication by the host and prompt replies to any queries. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely book this place again if we were to return to Brighton.

Luxurious house in brilliant location a minute from the seafront and easy access to all the great shops/eating places in Brighton. Perfect for 6 folk. The owner changed our chosen property due to boiler issues but this was dealt with quickly and smoothly and they kept in touch to ensure we were happy. Would definitely use again.
