The space
This magnificent three-bedroom house has a contemporary design throughout, a private terrace and is just a few steps from the beach! There are a number of local restaurants and cafes within walking distance.An easy one-minute stroll takes you to the beach from this stunning property. The Kemptown area of Brighton is just a few minutes' stroll away, and the city centre is just a few minutes' walk away for more shopping and cultural attractions. The city's best attractions are all within walking distance of this beautiful home.
The house has just undergone a complete makeover, from top to bottom, including new flooring, paint, and furniture. The attention to detail throughout the house is fantastic and creates a luxurious feel, from the navy blue kitchen with gold handles and contemporary tiles to the marble effect floor in the dining room.
Featuring a full range of cookware, dishes, cutlery and glassware, the kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up a tasty meal for friends or family. Additionally, there is a microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the home. Eight people can be seated at the dining table and chairs in the contemporary dining room.
This open-concept living room has a large velvet sofa (which can be converted into a sofa bed) and a lovely velvet love seat. Alternatively, you can enjoy a cup of coffee on the private terrace while watching the Smart TV.
An ultra-modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, twin sinks, and a WC can be found on the second floor. Another toilet is located right next to this one.
In the master bedroom you will find a King-sized bed, dressing table; and wardrobe. Relax and enjoy a good night's sleep in this room thanks to the reading lights, wall panelling, and shutters on the window.
Using clever cabin beds, the second bedroom can accommodate two single beds. If you're looking for somewhere to stay that's both cosy and unique, then this is the room for you.
Finally, there's a room with a king-sized bed that can be divided into two twins (please request this in advance of your stay). In terms of storage, there's plenty of room thanks to the prominent clothes rail and the shelf above it.
The polished cement steps and the combination of wooden and tiled floors give it a contemporary look.
All of Brighton's best attractions are within easy walking distance from the Brighton Dome and i360 aparthotel. This is a fantastic location for both business travellers and tourists alike.

Our stay was unfortunately affected by several issues. After booking, we were asked to submit personal details and pay for extra damage insurance through a third-party site, which made us feel uneasy and unwelcome. We did, however, receive check in instructions without further payments. We had no heating or hot water for the entire first night and majority of the day due to a faulty boiler, and spent much of the day trying to get this resolved. Although a technician eventually fixed it, the disruption impacted our special occasion. Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard - cutlery needed re-washing, bedroom floor was dirty, and one of the sheets still had barcode stickers on it. We raised a complaint with the managing agent, but have had no resolution to date. The property is nice, but the issues meant that our special event was ruined.

Great location and walkable to the Lanes which is why we booked it. There is no parking with the property but you can pull in right outside the house and unload, and then park in a car park about 10 mins walk away.. This costs around £40 per day. The house is a bit smaller than we expected from the photos. The stairs between floors were narrow and you have to really watch your head on the stairs down to the kitchen. The fridge could do with repairing as the freezer compartment door is missing, and some rooms could do with redecorating. However the bedrooms were really comfortable and the bathroom and shower were very new with plenty of hot water. Overall we enjoyed our stay for two nights.
