Very comfortable stay which is central and walkable to restaurants and shops. The parking facilities were first class, safe and very close to the apartment. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great place, great host. The noise at night though however is a lot and we struggled to sleep, the windows need double glazing at least. Bring ear plugs to sleep Otherwise it’s fantastic.

Perfect location to the beach and our school. Short way to the Lanes. Supermarket on the way. The apartment is spacious, bright and friendly. It has been lovingly decorated, but would certainly also appreciate a fresh-up. There were lots of stains on the carpet and seating. At least those on the carpet were removed during our stay. The light switch in the living room came half out of the wall. For safety reasons, I prohibited my daughter from operating him. The elevator borders directly on the bedroom, there at the head end of the bed. Since the house is quite outdated, the night is extremely disruptive. Nevertheless, I would book the apartment again due to the location, the view and the size and brightness.

The apartment was spacious and great, with a nice view of the i360 and life on the beach. We had some trouble with a few small things in the apartment to start with, but Airhost For You got it right away, and in a heartbeat it was fixed! Plus, they were plugged all the way and we felt like they really cared how we were doing. The location of this apartment is very good. It was walking distance to the most. There was some noise from the party in the evenings, but not enough for it to be bothersome. All in all a very cozy apartment in one of the nicest cities we have been to, with Airhost For You as a lovely hosting. Recommended!

The apartment had a beautiful view of the sea & pier! The sunsets were breathtaking! Close walk to everything so location was perfect. Apartment looks exactly like the photos. Hosts were great at communicating and quick responses. Also, gave us a list of things to do and see! Thank you for a perfect break away ❤️

This is a great stay in a great location close to everything. The unit was clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. We were there during Fringe, so noise pollution was a factor. Noise aside, everything was great and would highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, right in front of the Pier. The view is unobstructed and you can see the sea. An elevator leads to the 6th floor. The neighborhood is extremely lively: lots of bars and restaurants. The Lanes district is less than a ten minute walk away and the shopping center is just a little further away. You can walk from the station in less than twenty minutes. The journey can be done by bus but I didn't take them. The center of Brighton is festive, so the environment can be a bit noisy in season, especially on weekends. The instructions given by the renter are clear and the communication is smooth.

The space was cosy and the sea view was lovely. Air Host For You were responsive, accommodating, and very friendly. The space was much smaller than expected, but still comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to the best bits of downtown Brighton - especially the pier. Only a touch inconvenient that the main bins were a couple streets over, but otherwise we had no real issues. It was a nice stay!

In an attempt to alleviate some of the stress upon my mum's death from cancer, I took a last minute trip by the sea. Since I also have a tumor and am in isolation, I REALLY needed a low-stress trip. Instead, I was met with the most EVIL people. Due to availability, I had to book 2 airbnbs. Both indicated options for late check-out. The subsequent hosts OKed an early check-in with my pets. That meant if Airhost allowed the advertised late checkout I could protect my health in isolation with my pets. These dishonest sociopaths, knowing full well my situation, with no subsequent booking for the flat, denied the late checkout request. I told them I needed the additional time and would leave at 1 vs 11. The next day at 11 they showed up, still with no subsequent booking and continued to harass me. The property manager was sniggering. I'd have happily paid a late check out fee, the maid said she'd have been happy to come later if they'd asked. They just wanted the opportunity to harass me.

My stay at Brighton was absolutely amazing. Check in and check out instructions were clear and the host was very responsive and helpful. The location is unbeatable, right next to the sea, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s are also near by. Everything was in place, the bed was comfortable, and clean and tidy living room as well. Would love to come back visit again!

Pros: great location, parking spot is a big plus, good storage space, flexible check in, plenty of glasses and plates etc in the cupboard, apartment was clean and tidy Negatives: horrible bed that was 2 twins pushed together, a simple fix would have been to put a really good quality double matress topper over it, the cold tap in the bathroom didn't work, the TV was really low on the wall (why?!), lacking a dishwasher which is kind of essential in a self catering place, sofa was heavily stained and needs a good clean, the ladder thing in the corner was broken, needs a foot rest as it's a bit uncomfortable watching the TV without one, the apartment was also freezing cold on our arrival, it would have been considerate to have the heating on for an hour or so before we arrived (it doesn't heat up that quickly despite what the guide said), also even though it was advertised as being able to give guests a discount on the i360, that never happened despite requesting several times.

All in all, the place was really nice! It’s located right near the beach with a beautiful view on the ocean. It was easy to get around the area from there. Unfortunately, it was rather loud during the weekend because there are multiple bars and clubs close by. I don’t think it’s that big of a problem if you are not a light sleeper but I though I should mention it anyway ;)

I loved staying here. This apartment is spacious, well-equipped and the sunset views over the sea and city were perfect. It is surrounded by bars, pubs, and clubs and is an extremely lively place to be. I particularly recommend Redroaster coffee for brunch, Bela cafe for English breakfast, Charles St tap for cocktails and R Bar for open vibe - all within a minute's walk! I had a lovely time! Although the windows close and open perfectly, it's not so quiet - but the pay off is the perfect location and views. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay again next time I'm in Brighton. Jessica was extremely responsive too when I had questions before and during my stay. LOVE this apartment!

This was one of the best Airbnb I experimented in Brighton. I come here every few months and I really loved this place, the location, the cleanliness and the communication. I must say the wifi didn’t worked that good quite a few times but it was not that bad. I will come back again !

Great location! Equipped with everything you’ll need and there’s a Morrisons 20 steps turning left outside the apartment which is handy to get milk etc… Just what you want for a weekend in Brighton thank you very much for letting us stay. Brilliant girls weekend :)

By Trusted Hosts A beautiful, convenient and comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view. The house is just off the beach. Supermarket and restaurants Nearby You can also walk to the center of the city. There are several bus stops nearby. Whether you want to get anywhere or do anything. It is very convenient place place. The room is exactly as pictured. Spacious, modern and clean. From both living room and bedroom. You can see beautiful beaches. Take the elevator to the floor of the house You can go. The kitchen facilities are well-maintained and easy to use. Hosts are prompt with responding to our questions It is very trustworthy. We won't be in time for check-in time due to delayed flight If there is a possibility and when I consulted, They responded quickly and flexibly quickly. We had plenty of time to check in with peace of mind. Just one thing, I've been worried about one thing. The knob in the bedroom window is broken. Even if you close the window, there's a slight gap. We weren't able to close the windows completely. No other concerns. We had a really comfortable stay.

This Airbnb is perfect for anyone visiting Brighton! Bang in the centre, right by the pier; a great location for beaching, shopping or visiting hospitality venues. Everything is very walkable, we were able to go back and forth to the Airbnb throughout the day. The bed was very comfortable, as was the bright well kept living space. My only drawback would be the building is shared with Revenge club/bar, and the bedroom window is broken; slightly open ajar meaning we could hear revellers through the night, but that did not bother us too much as it’s a weekend in Brighton, bang in the centre..what do you expect? Either way the owner has advised they will be getting new windows. The water system & pump was very noisy too, but all you have to do is turn it off when not is use (how easy!). We will definitely be back to Brighton and stay here again, I have been sending this Airbnb to friends and highly recommending it!

Lovely clean large apartment. Close to centre of everything. Only issue is having to pick up and drop off the key in the centre of town when driving is awkward as there is nowhere to stop outside the shop.

We had a great week in Brighton! From the apartment there is much to discover, you are quickly in the lanes and right in front of the pier. Great location!

Overall the flat is lovely, has good views and the tv size is great. However, there is constant noise from the surroundings as it is next to a busy roundabout, on top of a bar/club and next to multiple nightclubs. There is also not a king sized bed as advertised, it is two single beds pushed together. If you have allergies I would also not recommend as pets are allowed in the flat which meant there were a lot of hairs on the floors and sofa. During our time the taps were very low pressure but I’m sure this is something they will fix in the future. Also important to note that getting and giving back the key is quite challenging as you have to go to a separate location. We also have had issues around retrieving something we left in the flat to which the hosts have not been very gracious.

The accommodation itself was lovely and the host communicated well so have absolutely no problem in the cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, the check in process was a bit of a faff. We had to drive 5-6 mins from the accommodation to a shop that was on a road with double yellow lines and limited parking in the vicinity to collect the keys. The weather was horrendous with 40-50mph winds so finding parking and then getting to the shop to collect the key in the rain and then drive to somewhere else to park as there is limited parking nearby literally put a dampener on our stay before we had even got to the accommodation. After travelling for approximately 6-7 hours this check in process didn't work for us. We feel this should be added prior to booking to say that keys will need to be collected elsewhere as there is no lockbox or meet and greet option. The apartment itself is lovely though so wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment.

The best AirBnb I’ve found in Brighton so far and will definitely be back! It was such a lovely stay, the flat is beautifully decorated, light and bright. Feels very homely. The view from the windows is unbeatable looking out over the pier and city. Jessica from the Airhost team was great, responded almost instantly and let me check in early which was so helpful. Can’t fault anything and as I say, the best stay I’ve had in Brighton.

Really lovely apartment with splendid views. Very comfy sofa and footstools. Nice bed, large and firm. Seconds away from the pier and the sea. Minutes away from a plethora of coffeeshops and restaurants. Less than five minutes walk from the Pavillion, the Lanes, and the theatre. We booked a parking space in the Theatre NCP for the duration for a reasonable price. Very happy stay.

The inside of your air b&b was beautiful , but it’s surrounding area was very disappointing. We are a middle aged couple that were asked to respect their surroundings , noise etc . Being underneath a very lively bar and opposite a club that music played until 4.30 am was totally unacceptable to us . We didn’t sleep at all which made our stay unpleasant.
