Great, clean apartment in central Brighton, yet surprisingly quiet. The space felt roomy, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for a few days' stay. Supermarkets and the train station are just a few minutes away. The bathroom was very spacious, and the bedrooms were comfortable. The only issue was with check-in and check-out communication. At check-in, the office staff seemed unaware I would be collecting keys, and at check-out, the office was closed, possibly due to relocation.

Great place. The location is very central with a lot of things within a few minutes' walking distance, but the house itself is on a quiet street. Host is friendly and communicative. The house is a good size and apart from a slightly spotted sofa everything was very clean and a welcoming space. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great location! Lovely street with colourful houses. Very close to the quirky North Laine shops & coffee shops! We loved this place, and plan to come back! The hosts are very friendly, the office is a short walk from this street.

This was a fantastic option for us as a family! The location couldn’t have been better, right in the middle of Brighton’s colourful Lanes. The house was bijou but perfect… beautifully decorated, full of character but with modern facilities. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The check in was great and we were able to leave our luggage both on check-in and check-out days to save us carting our luggage round Brighton. So many lovely bars, restaurants and quirky independent stores right on our doorstep. Really couldn’t recommend enough!!

Perfect location to explore Brighton. The place is well equipped and very homely. A tip if you are a sensitive sleeper is to bring ear plugs due to the noisy seagulls who sing in the morning to wake you up.

Property was perfect for our family short stay. Very quiet area, but only a couple of minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of North Laines. Absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable beds. Really cute house right in the middle of North Laine, seconds walk to loads of great food and drink options, shops, and not too far a stroll to the seafront and pier. The house itself is perfect for a few nights in Brighton, it was quiet, despite it being so central and nicely decorated, beds were particularly comfortable and the shower is great! Some essentials were left (tea, coffee, shower gel/shampoo etc) which were helpful, towels were soft and overall it was a perfect spot with a lovely little courtyard for alfresco dining. If I had to make one comment, upgrading the sofa situation would be make this place perfect, as the futon is not at all comfortable and the bean bag chairs get old pretty quickly, so we didn't spend much time in this area. For the price, a comfortable living area would be expected. otherwise 10/10 :)

A lovely property within a walkable neighbourhood in the heart of Brighton. The sea front is a short walk away (about 15 minutes with young children), and the surrounding Laine area is lots of fun to wonder around. The house is lovely and clean, and hosted by a Professional, full time host who even have their Reps and office within a local retail unit. This house made for a lovely location for a school holiday week escape.

This lovely cottage is in an excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the train station & incredibly easy to find. Situated on a quiet street yet just a stones throw from the bustling & vibrant North Lanes. The stylish house provided everything you might need for a short stay. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Brighton.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was close to restaurants and local amenities. Lots to do and see. House is a quick walk from the train station. Even though the house is located close to the Laines, it's very quiet in the evenings so we had a very relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable, the orange futon was a great spot to relax, and place was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

Absolutely brilliant stay. The location was perfect for the North Laines. So much to do and see. So close to the train station (4 minutes walk) and buses. Host attentive and informative and property was as described. Will stay here again for sure, the children were comfortable and safe.

Excellent accommodation! As much on the location as for the comfort and amenities. We have rarely seen a home of such quality. The hosts were very responsive and concerned about our well-being during the stay. Only one small downside on the clic-clac which for two adults is a little fair. We were 6 adults all measuring over 1m70. But the hosts have sought to provide us with a solution which we appreciated. If we were to return to Brighton, we would return to this listing without hesitation!

We were extremely happy with the little house in the Lanes. It was right in the heart of Brighton without being noisy. Everything was well presented and equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The only problem you could have is parking--this was not an issue for us but is worth sorting out your plans before hand as it could be difficult to park around there.

Brighton is fairly small, and this location is really central to most things: 15 minute walk to the beach and shops, restaurants, and coffee all starting just around the corner from where the home is. What you’re really paying for with this place is the location, as most of what the BNB was offering in terms of space, decor, and overall vibe is average at best. A futon for a couch… not cute.

Location was superb - right in the heart of the North Laine area and just a short walk from the station. The living room furniture was quite basic but the beds were good and everything was clean. An ideal base for exploring Brighton for a few days.

Amazing Airbnb in the heart of the North Laine’s in Brighton. Everything is walking distance! The house is beautifully presented and newly renovated. The bedrooms were neat and tidy with very comfortable beds. There was a bit of noise on the weekend evenings but this is to be expected in this location. We loved staying here and hope to return 😊

The house was mainly used by my son, who combined a short vacation with some of the eccles he had atSussex University ! Although he knows the area well and has stayed in several accommodations in Brighton, he was excited about this house because as he said it was quiet although in the center, it was functional, clean and modern !!!

Excellent location and facilities in house. We stayed 3 nights (1 adult 2 children). Its walking distance to everything and we didnt use a car whilst staying - if needed there was a car park close by. Check in was easy - key collection round the corner. We did have a few issues as per cleaning not being done (lots of dust and I found tissues and empty water bottles under the couch, I also had to clean the bin with disenfectant as smelt) - although these things werent rectified during our stay they were responsive to my feedback, and I would like to think it was more an oversight and will not happen again now they know. I would happily book this space again as we come to Brighton regularly.

Outstanding service with friendly staff, the house was literally 4 minutes walking distance from train station and was immaculate, it was on a quiet street which was peaceful yet is only a 5 minute walk to the street stalls,bars,places to eat etc. I could go on and on but in a nutshell, highly recommended.

Excellent location to explore Brighton and nearby coastal areas. We followed the advice of the host to park our car at the Trafalgar parking and from there it's very easy to access the rental office and the house on foot. The street itself is the most beautiful and quietest one in the neighborhood and the house is very cute and very well restored and decorated. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All in all a very good experience!

The placewas spacious and clean, everything was as advertised. Kitchen, Bathroom and WiFi worked without problems, and minor communication hiccups were quickly dealt with. Bonus: There were coffee capsules & tea bags provided!

The really only small challenge was finding Airhost's office on a small street with no direct parking to get the key. Everything else was really perfect and Airhost's staff super friendly and helpful. The place was quiet but still centrally located in a trendy area, right around the corner several small shops, bars and restaurants. The beach was also within walking distance (15 minutes). We didn't need a car in Brighton. We can 100% recommend this place and would book it again immediately!

Overall fantastic stay. Place was great incredibly nice. 3 adults stayed, but could see accommodating more (myself and my two kids, so you could have two sleep in master, plus two beds, plus pull out couch). Easy walk to train, restaurants and the beach. Really great place.

Great little house, perfectly refurbished with everything you need for a short stay and beyond. Loads of cafes and shops on your doorstep and the train station a short walk away. Hosts were great with communication and arranging our late arrival.
