PRIVATE PATIO WITH TABLE & CHAIRS + SMALL BENCH
The private patio can be accessed through the bedroom and features outdoor furniture, ready for you to enjoy a hot drink (or perhaps a glass of wine when the sun is out!).

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - comfortably sleeps 4 guests:
BEDROOM: 1 super comfortable double bed with access to the private patio garden
LOUNGE: 1 large double sofa bed (please note you will have to go through the bedroom to access the kitchen and bathroom, so ideal for a small family)

All of the beds are made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels and guest toiletries.

KITCHEN
The newly fitted and fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious brunch or meal: cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. We also provide all the essential amenities for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics. Coffee lovers will be able use a cafetière to prepare their morning coffee and a microwave and dishwasher are available for your convenience.

BATHROOM:
Newly fitted contemporary bathroom with toilet and a walk-in shower. Please be mindful not to bump your head at the toilet entrance.

Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.

Guest access

Guest have access to the entire home, sunny rear outside space and a communal front garden.

Other things to note

A travel cot is available on advance request for £20 per stay.
A high chair is available at the property!
This apartment is on the lower ground so access is via some steps (5 in total).
