Very nice place but the bathroom was in another room which was explicitly clear in the information. Makes it inconvenient having to go through a public area to use it. Good location and nice surroundings. Would recommend over a hotel for 2 nights for the price of 1 at a hotel.

Driftwood is a compact space with a separate bathroom up a few stairs which lead to the other flats. It had everything we needed for a 2 night stay but a toaster and microwave would have been useful for a longer stay. The weather was very hot, and it was even hotter in the apartment, but unfortunately there was no way to cool it, as there was very little ventilation and no a/c. The details say a 11am checkout but they ask for a 10am. Also the seagulls are very noisy in the area.

- Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. - For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
