This place is great! Very spacious. A block from the beach. Easy walk to north lanes, food, market. The apartment was mostly clean outside of some areas in the bathroom. There weren’t any wash cloths. The bathtub is incredible! The bed is so comfortable. Great little spot.

Grafton suite was as described, location was perfect and looked like the pictures. I was a little disappointed with the inflexibility of the host, we asked if there was any possibility of getting an early check in and was just advised no rather than any seeing what they could do, and feel like the apartment and the shared areas could have been better maintained.

I was surprised the heating was on when we arrived, since it was about 26 outside. there wasn't sufficient instructions on how to switch it off. was only stuck on in bathroom and landing so no big deal, but none of 10 message the host sent me made any sense on how to switch it off since there no thermostat anywhere to be seen, so I don't think they were very familiar with the flat. otherwise I couldn't fault. little rough around the edges but was fine at short notice.

A great location for all that Brighton and the surrounding area has to offer. In a quiet neighbourhood, close to the coast with many bars and restaurants within easy reach. Clean and well-maintained with a fantastic bathroom! Great communication from the host throughout. Definitely recommend for a few days down by the sea.

This Brighton property was well situated for a short walk to the nearby seafront as well as the pier and nearby attractions. The property itself has a lot of light coming in from all windows and a very comfortable bed as well as a big bath as shown in photos. Suggestion: the property was in need of a good clean/dusting and the amenities needed maintenance (descaling of kettle and coffee machine as well as shower head). Additionally a bin is needed for rubbish during guests’ stay. We were okay with the second floor walk up but might be good for guests to consider if that’s okay with them (and any mobility issues).

The apartment was exactly as pictured and furnished lovely, the bed was comfortable and the bath was amazing. However, unfortunately the wooden bed frame was really dusty which transferred onto the pillow cases and the bedside shelves were dusty. There was no rubbish bin in either the bathroom or the main room. The main issue we had was unfortunately it was extremely noisy, the upstairs neighbour is extremely heavy footed and was walking around late at night and early hours and the windows are single glazing meaning the noise from the street was very very loud. The location of the apartment was amazing as it’s a 2 min walk to the sea front and about a 10/15 min walk into the town. Overall the apartment is beautiful but unfortunately had 3 awful nights sleep due to the excessive noise and therefore would not stay again.

Sadly this wasn’t quite the peaceful weekend stay I’d hoped for, considering the great reviews of this apartment. On arrival I discovered the place hadn’t been cleaned properly…the crockery and cutlery were dirty, chairs very dusty and there were used pods left in the Nespresso machine. The machine itself was stuck in descale mode and couldn’t be used. The overhead lights in the bedroom area didn’t work, there’s no bin in the apartment and the toilet brush was broken. The worst part was the noise. Between the seagulls, stomping from the upstairs apartment and people yelling at each other on the street at all hours (there’s only single glazing), sleep was a challenge the entire weekend. It should also be noted in the listing that the apartment is on the second floor…if you have mobility issues it would be difficult to navigate the two flights of stairs. The big pro was location…walking distance into town, the beach and St James’s Street Coffee around the corner is great!

We loved this apartment for a weekend stay. Great location for a walk into Brighton, local shops and pubs. We enjoyed being on the 2nd floor, which felt very lofty and light. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom is stunning. The sounds of birds and seagulls gets you straight into the seaside feeling. Around the corner is a small brew pub called 'Hand in Hand'- lovely atmosphere and great beer. We would definitely book again.

Very easy to check into, clear instructions. We needed no contact from the host, but we received useful prompts if ever we needed help. The place itself is situated in a quiet spot, with a nice view of the sea. And in relatively close proximity to the centre. Well refurbished, clean and lets in a good amount of light. It has a mini fridge and coffe machine, but bring your own coffee pods. And best to eat out for majority of the stay. Overall, very impressed and would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay - Brighton has a lot to offer. Room is on the large side for a studio. Note it’s 2 story walk up . Only down side is be careful of the shower floor as it’s slippery

This works great for a few nights as the equivalent of a hotel room - the bed is huge and really comfortable with nice bedding and the bathroom is lovely. Kitchen corner is very basic. Brilliant location with good restaurants such as Kusikuy and Bayleaf nearby. We really appreciated the friendliness and flexibility of the office staff as well as the convenience of being able to store luggage before and after.

Great location a stones through from the beach and short walk to nearby sites. The apartment was spacious and clean and great base for our short stay. Whilst there's no parking at the property, the host gave us plenty of options nearby which worked out brilliantly. The host was helpful, responsive and provided some local recommendations to get us started. Great stay, highly recommend.

Very nice place and nice host. Seagulls could be little loud, but that never is the property's responsibility. Bringing earplugs would be a clever idea if you are sensitive.(I slept well though!) Lots of great pubs just a moment away so you can enjoy your casual night out to unwind. I personally loved that so much.

Great location, clean and simple suite. A few things could have gone a long way like coffee pods for the machine. Still slight confusion surrounding keys and accessibility as the key that unlocked our suite also unlocked the front door which was the entrance for others also, this was never properly cleared up with the host. So I’d say be careful leaving valuables

A beautiful place to stay that is beautifully taken care of. The place is in a great location, right by the sea and still well within walking distance of the lanes etc. We had an initial problem getting in as the cleaner was still inside with the key. The host, however, was immediately on the case to help us and the problem was solved almost instantly. Lovely host company and would definitely stay again. They also let us keep our luggage at the office on the final day which is a lovely perk 😊 thank you AirHost!

It's a well appointed room with a very nice bathroom but is basically a hotel room (or smart bedsit) as there is no living area. More fool us for not checking this properly but if we had no need of a living room, or a kitchen, we could have stayed at the Grand for the same price (yes, really, we checked!) The bed is lovely and large which was a delight but we brought a takeaway back to our 'luxury flat' to find there were no plates or cutlery. It's an odd oversight for something billed as 'luxury'. I wouldn't normally bother to mention this but for the high cost. We had a nice time and the area is fun but I would have preferred that my husband had done better research and booked us for the Grand for the same price.

Tea coffee provided which was nice. And the bed and bath were great. Unfortunately No spoons for tea / coffee or anything else required. and dirty sheets ruined our stay. Although they were changed after messaging. An Aldi banana food bag round the smoke alarm says how good the cleaner is. Shame as could have been lovely

I've stopped in Brighton several times and this place didn't disappoint. location is ideal for the beach front, shops and pier. beautifully decorated inside with a lovely rustic look. TV has sky glass with all the channels and Netflix if you don't manage to venture far. bathroom is lovely and plenty of room. parking isn't available outside with it being resident parking but there's parking around. I parked in Chapel Street underground carpark which is secure. no big cars though its very tight and only 3 min walk. Price is great again compared to others of similar. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This is an absolutely lovely studio apartment. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge and cozy, and it's an overall excellent place to stay. As is clearly stated, the studio doesn't have a kitchen, which makes cooking a bit difficult. If you're in for a longer stay, a microwave could be nice as it gives guests more food options apart from instant noodles and pizza. The walls and ceilings are a bit on the thin side, and if there are neighbours walking around in the middle of the night, you will likely hear them. Also, seagulls do very much enjoy singing the song of their people early in the morning, and you will definitely enjoy this aspect of being in a coastal town. I'm not complaining though - neither of those things really ruined the stay for us.

A lovely decorated space with a comfy bed and 30 seconds from the seafront! Good communication from host. A few downsides to consider no hair dryer (as stated), needed a hoover (lot of hair on floor and sheets on arrival), very noisy floorboards from the flat upstairs and blind broke upon first use. Overall would recommend for couples/ friends for a few nights.

The flat is very well laid out and very spacious. It’s easy to find and easy to get into without any hassle. If you do have a problem or a question it’s very easy to message the host and get a quick reply, this was very helpful. The bed was huge and comfy as we expected, had a very good night sleep. The bathroom was perfect with a big bath tub and a nice shower with very good pressure. The only thing about the bathroom that was unexpected was it took a long time for the hot water to come through but other than that it was perfect.

Lovely stay for a birthday weekend. The location is perfect and right by the beach and only a short walk to the centre. Lovely bath and comfy bed, though no pillow covers on bed cushions, which bothered us. we hoped they just forgot the one time, but if they leave it like that the whole time the pillows aren’t getting washed between each guest staying meaning not clean pillows. Neighbours above, very loud and heavy footed, only downside to the place I would say.
