Easy to follow instructions and an incredible place to stay over the weekend in Brighton, being extremely close to the beach and sea was a real plus and it was tucked away to avoid the noise. It is a really lovely flat with a great bathroom and comfortable bed

Unfortunately the place was a mess, hadn’t been cleaned at all properly. Duvet cover and bed sheet was missing on one of the beds and covered in crumbs, blood on the duvet, dust all under the bed where the spare bed pulled out, dust all over the counter tops. It looked like no one had stayed for a while. They kept saying they’d come and sort out the issues but never did, we had to claim bedding and duvet back and then refunded £50 for cleaning ourselves. I have no idea where the other people who reviewed this stayed but maybe they had a better experience!

Comfortable apartment in a great location. If there is any critique, it would be that the listing doesn't really indicate that there is no kitchen. There is a cube refrigerator and an electric kettle, which was absolutely sufficient for my stay. There is a large number of restaurants in the area so I didn't go to Brighton to cook anyway.

Not usually a review leaver but feel that someone needs to give details about this Airbnb. Going to list a few issues we had while staying, starting off with the worst which was the wifi - unusable. We couldn’t connect our phones to it, or even the smart TV which is a big selling point of the room. The WiFi wouldn’t really have been a huge issue if we had been able to use our phone’s mobile data, but we had no signal to do this either. WiFi is a basic amenity that all airbnbs should have nowadays. Next few things: pillows incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable, no pillows for the second bed as stated, mini fridge absolutely awful and didn’t keep anything cold so couldn’t use it, checkout changed from being 11am on Airbnb to 10am in the emails and messages, towels were clearly old and crusty, no parking and no support with this when asked. Overall, the room was well furnished and bathroom nice, but missing a few personal touches and basic necessities such as WiFi and a working frid

Very nice accommodation with places to eat very close by. Easy walk to the main part of Brighton and lots to do in area. Place is clean and looks as described. Only issue we had was that our phones couldn’t find or connect to the WiFi but we didn’t bother contacting the host because we were out so much. I’m sure if we contacted them, the small issue would have been easily resolved. Highly recommend as we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is very lovely!

I would not recommend this to anyone. The whole building was run down and needs upgrading. The apartment was poorly finished and needed decorating. There were stains on the chair and carpet. The sliding bathroom door would not close which meant no privacy. We contacted the host who said they would try to rectify our issues. Nobody was sent out and they did not reply to messages. We had to book a hotel to move to and go through air b n b to get a refund

Easy to find but there is no street parking as suggested only permit parking or a maximum stay of 2hrs street parking, so had to find a 24hr car park and take a taxi to the property. The property is smaller than the photos suggested, and has no kitchen so had to rely on take aways and eating out. Would suggest to purchase bottled water for the kettle otherwise have to fill from the bathroom sink. The bathroom was nice and big and the bath was a nice feature, but not much privacy when using the toilet as others have stated. Overall the location is good and walkable to the lanes and pubs and restaurants, local shops. The condition of the bedroom and bathroom needs some repair cracked/ broken tiles etc and needs a really good clean. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider staying again.

This apartment could be so much better than what it is and it is letting itself down. The apartment was visibly dirty when we arrived. We found red lipstick marks on the glasses, highlighting they had not been cleaned. There was hair on the bed sheets, and there was so much dust in the apartment. Something highlighted in previous reviews below. The apartment needs a one off good deep clean to sort this out for future guests, to ensure there are no similar future reviews. The bathroom seat is also slightly broken, something highlighted in previous reviews and seems it has not been fixed. What is good about the apartment is the lovely bath and bathroom! The bed is very comfortable! The location is so close to the beach, to the pier and to the centre of town, that it makes for a nice play to stay. I just feel the apartment is letting itself down by not being clean upon arrival. Sort that out and it would go for a 2-3 star review to a 4 star review overnight.

The room wasn’t bad, it was as per the photos but considering the £84 cleaning charge there were a lot of areas where cleaning was missed such as dust build up and cobwebs. The bathroom is very big and the bath is the standout feature.

Beautiful place, and the bathroom was amazing, especially the bath! bed was super comfy, tv worked perfectly. very clean. there are some lovely pubs and cafes a short walk away and also a shop for drinks etc. fridge was a bonus. I would definitely recommend for a weekend in Brighton, only 10-15 min walk to the lanes. thank you!

Place is as it looks in the photos, definitely wouldn’t want more than 2 people in the apartment at a time as there’s limited space even for 2. Bathroom door leaves minimal privacy as it’s just a glass pane, but also slides back open at times. All in all location is great, my friend & I had a great time !

The apartment was in a perfect spot with everything within a short walk away, with the benefit of also being quiet in the evenings and at night. The sea was just a short walk away too. The room was spacious and had everything you needed if you were planning on eating out or bringing/ordering food to the room. The bathroom was the standout of the apartment, the roll-top bath and spacious shower were a nice feature.

This place has an amazing location- 10/15 mins walk to central Bright, 3 mins walk to beach (you can see the sea from the room) and 5 mins into kemptown. Good space- the bathroom is amazing (lux tub!). Be aware it is 3-4 flights of stairs up so you need to be able to manage that. Really enjoyed it, would go back. tip- the best parking we found was the asda 'just park' for £40 for 3 days- and a 20 min walk back to apartment.

Honestly, I don't have much to complain about Airhost. A careful team, the apartment was just beautiful! Thank you to the people who clean and allowed the “Whoah” effect as soon as we enter the apartment. The apartment is identical to the photos, located a stone's throw from the sea and near a shopping street and public transport. The Airhost team is really great and made this trip go smoothly. Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was lovely and clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was stunning and very spacious. It’s in a great location, with only a few minutes walk to the pier. The host, Jessica was very responsive and responded within a short amount of time. Would definitely stay here again. X

The place itself is nice but they need to update and maintain the room. We reported that the side board in the bedroom had come away from the walls and the bathroom is missing the shower door and there are holes and cracks in the tiles. There is grime in bedded in the filler in the shower which makes it look dirty. Definitely over priced for the room but it was ok. We left after the 2nd night as we wanted home comfort. The bed is massive but a very lumpy mattress and pillows not worth the £600 we paid for the 3 nights so slightly disappointed.

Good location easy walking to shops and beach. Bring your own coffee capsules and bin liners to dispose your rubbish as non is provided. Although they charge for cleaning, you need to do it yourself. The top floor is acutely the 4th floor each floor has two flights of stairs. The decor is nice and modern bathroom is a plus.

Spent 4 nights here last weekend. A great room that has everything you need. Superb location right beside the beach, bus stops and a short walk to Brighton pier. The host was very responsive and helpful, they responded quickly to messages. Highly recommend and we will be returning again for sure, first time in Brighton and loved it!

Tiptop. Beautiful apartment with large bathroom and great location. Beach, supermarket, restaurants and attractions are easily accessible on foot. Only minus point, it is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. The host was very friendly and always easily accessible. I'd love to come back.

Great place to use as a base for a few days by the sea exploring Brighton and the surrounding area. Clean and well maintained property near to bars, restaurants and the sea front. Good communication before, during and after.

The space sells itself, it’s a huge room and bathroom for 2 people. I loved the bath, the shower is the size of a mini dance floor and everything felt clean. The only negatives I picked up on was the toilet seat was wobbly, and there was no milk in the fridge for the tea and coffee, but luckily a convenient store was only a 3 minute walk away.

Would recommend to anyone staying down for a weekend! Close enough to everything by walking but nice and quiet compared to middle of the town. Bed was amazing and the bathroom is an incredible space also. The area is fantastic. No parking so make sure to book somewhere ahead of time. We were made aware of this though and as long as you’ve got somewhere to leave car you’re golden! Only real feedback would be to install some blackout curtains for the main room as it’s quite light in the morning. Great host and would stay again!

Great location, everything you need for a short stay, our only gripe was the bed, so uncomfortable, mattress was lumpy and because the bed is made on wood it made a racket every time you moved! Blinds were pointless, just needs a little love and attention. Bath was great!

It’s safe to say that it certainly lived up to our expectations! From the super sized bath to the spacious bed and sea views this was perfect for our weekend away to Brighton. It was close enough to the centre that we could walk but far enough away that it felt peaceful when we got back in the evenings and being on the top floor definitely helps! Would definitely recommend if you’re going to Brighton for the weekend.

The studio has potential but needs improvement. The pillows feel lumpy, and the bed seems old and unclean. Ended up buying my own pillows was that bad. The studio's description inaccurately lists a toaster, and essentials like dish soap are hard to find. Don’t know why there is no oil? The bathroom looks great on the surface, though the bath tap drips and sealant is peeling. Additionally, issues someone remotely taking over the TV use and cleanliness, like dirt in the fridge, dirty blinds and stains on the window seal and radiator, should be addressed to enhance the overall experience. Cancelled a second booking I had in the summer. Will never return.

Great top floor studio apartment with lots of natural light. The bed is huge and comfortable. The stand out of the show was definitely the new and modern bathroom with a stunning bathtub. Location is a close walking distance to the city centre and pier. There are supermarkets and cafes nearby too. The host was very helpful and always responsive. Even providing free luggage storage close to the station. Overall a lovely experience and stay.

On the whole a good place to stay. The standout features were the bath, the bed and the large tv. However, there were some things that need some attention: we had to ask for a second cup, the glasses were not clean and there was only one fork. Also, the glass shower door is missing and needs to be replaced. This doesn’t affect the shower but it should be reflected in the price. There is only one comfortable armchair. The kitchen area needs some thought: a coffee machine but no coffee pods. Random bottle of cooking oil but no cooking/reheating facility. On the whole the apartment served its purpose as a base for an event and we had a great time. However, this is an Airbnb that is clearly company run, without the homely touches/personal insight of a visible host.
