Great location near the beach and restaurants. The house and decor had so much character. Felt really at home. Everything needed was provided. Really recommend this accommodation! Loved the back yard!

The kitchen is very roughly equipped and the bedding is not brand new. But the location is great… and seems to justify the price!

A very walkable location - close to the action but far enough away from major street noise. While the property has a lot of character, it's old and and in need of repairs. We booked last-minute so didn't have a chance to read all the reviews closely, but I wish we did since we experienced maintenance issues (the kitchen flooded after my daugther took a bath, as well as a second time after we were told the issue was fixed). This seems in line with previous reviews regarding dampness, water issues, and leaks. The management company was very apologetic, though communication was inconsistent; in the end, it wasn't worth it to make a fuss given that we only stayed for two nights. Aside from the water issue, mind your bare feet as there are some nails sticking out on the older flooring. The musty kitchen was probably our least favorite part of the house. Overall, a quirky and funky spot in a great location, but with some cons.

Clean white linen, comfortable beds in a quirky little house so close to the beach made our stay so enjoyable.

We had a brilliant Stay at this Air BnB. It was in excellent walking distance to the sea front and was also in walking distance to the lanes and main town! The Air BnB itself was very charming and was kept very clean and tidy. There is definitely enough space in the property for the number of people advertised and I would recommend this Air BnB to all friends and family. We are hoping to travel to Brighton again in the future and will definitely be checking if there is availability for this place again.

Airhost for you was service minded and responded quickly to our inquiries. Very central location. Nice house with everything we needed for our stay. However, the house was marked by being older and the ventilation was reduced.

This was the second time we stayed in this quirky townhouse during our annual trip to The Great Escape Festival and it was lovely once again. Friendly and responsive host, the house was very clean and has a perfect location. The only feedback we have is that the kitchen is not really equipped for eight people. Pans, glasses & cutlery must be checked. But we’ll definitely be back!

Lovely little house in a great location, it was so central but not too noisy. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for 3 of us.

Although well located in the city and rather friendly, this accommodation is sorely lacking in dishes available: not even enough cutlery for the number of visitors no microwave, no glove for the oven not enough correct chair (2 are very very very unstable and may collapse... as well as the small beds in the upper room); a heating leak; presence of several mice... in short not great! So nothing dramatic, but frankly, the accumulation of these small problems makes the stay disappointing.

The house is exactly what it says, quirky! We really loved the house and it was perfect for our group. We were a bit worried that there was only one bathroom, but it wasn’t a problem. The shower was fab. None of us tried the bath but it looked very inviting. It is not an en-suite as implied in the description. The house is set over 4 floors and the stairs are a little narrow and steep. Not a problem for us but worth mentioning. The location is brilliant. Less than a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and the sea front. Less than 10 mins to The Lanes. A 20 minute walk from the train station. Airhost for You were very responsive to all messages and nothing seemed too much trouble. Being a mid-terraced house with single glazing, noise was much more apparent, particularly later at night when going to bed. Overall, a very good, happy stay and would recommend

Absolutely amazing, any issues were handled instantly, wonderfully stocked kitchen and bathroom with towels and extra sheets and blankets too, and the TV was brilliant along with the games that came with the place, also an amazing location super close to the station, town centre, and the beach and pier! would absolutely reccomend!

Unfortunately the main door was stuck - couldn't be opened and had to get a lock smith out. Even the lock smith struggled to get in, he had to climb in via 2nd floor windows and then had to rip off the full doorstep so we can open the main door during our stay. The hosts did come out after an hour and managed to get a lock smith out in another 30 mins but altogether we were stuck outside in the cold for over 3 hours. The hosts refused to compensate for this! The kitchen was fairly poorly equipped, no scissors, dents on most pots and most of the plates were chipped. No microwave either. The apartment is very central and in a good location, the shower was good too, but unfortunately the fact that they think it's ok for their guests to be stuck outside for hours without compensation is totally unacceptable.

It was a lovely place to stay for a few days away in Brighton with 4 teenagers. Perfect location for getting into town quickly. The place was great and exactly as described. The only problem we had was that there weren't enough chairs anywhere for us to sit, so we had to carry chairs up and down stairs all the time, but other than that it was brilliant.

The location was brilliant, very short walk to the seafront, restaurants and shops and not much further to the Lanes. Although it's a busy area, the street itself was fairly quiet. The garden was lovely to have and fairly private considering the location. The house itself worked well for a group and having the kitchen downstairs gave us somewhere to hang out later in the evening whilst not disturbing those who wanted to go to bed earlier. I confess we didn't actually do any cooking while there so can't really comment on the kitchen facilities but there seemed to be enough crockery etc. We were very pleased to find a coffee pot. Only one bathroom was a bit tricky sometimes but not as big an issue as I thought it would be. The beds were comfortable and the sofa bed is great. I highly recommend the property and would stay there again.

Great house, really close to everything - the pier, shops restaurants etc. The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy but we didn’t mind that. The kitchen could do with more plates / glasses etc. There wasn’t even a set of four of most things you’d regularly need. We’d def stay there again though.

There was strong moldy smell in the apartment. armchairs , contact surfaces, kitchen utensils dirty. Water damage made bathroom floors nasty. Water and soap foam from the bathroom came up by the grate at the kitchen door/ garden exit.

Brilliant location- we travelled with 2 & 4 year old kids so was worried about street noise, but very quite road yet bustling side roads. Supermarket literally behind house with restaurants and beach strip minutes away. House is accurately described, worked well for our needs and time in amazing Brighton!

Lovely place to stay. Place was as described, a quirky little townhouse . Garden was lovely with lots of flowers, kitchen was stocked up with essentials like sugar, coffee, teabags, salt, ice etc etc which was a welcome surprise . Had lovely interesting decor, Games like scrabble and more. Furniture was very comfortable. Hosts were lovely, they have there own storefront not far from the property where you can store you’re luggage before and after check in/out which is super convenient and helpful. Everyone we spoke to were really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place and if we stay in Brighton again this would be our first choice of accommodation.

Was a lovely stay for our group of six! There were a few things we needed to ask about, such as missing bath mat, tea towel etc and some dishes needed washing, but otherwise it was very comfortable! The single bed room was a lot smaller than it looked, but perfectly fine for our stay. It was an amazing location, which definitely was important and outweighed any of the minor negatives. Host was responsive and kind !

We had a lovely time staying at this flat in Brighton! We would very much stay again. The flat was clean and cute and very close to everything we needed to do. I guess one thing I did wish for was that the washer was also a dryer too but it still didn't matter.

It was absolutely fantastic! Absolutely matched my expectations and it was even better that what we expected. I loved the style and design of the place, every room had its own unique style. Location was great, as the place was walking distance from all local attractions, clubs and restaurants, but in a quiet zone so resting and sleeping was not a problem. I would definitely recommend renting it for a weekend or a holiday in Brighton.

Close to everything, shops restaurants, coffe shops and the sea. Freshly cleaned. Comfortable accommodation with close proximity to everything in town, but still a homely and private feeling in an own house. Nice to have your own patio. Everything worked fine with the contact with the host, in case of questions always - quick answers. Hassle-free and homely. We would love to come back.

Very good location, very good property The key box should be moved as its ontop of an hole and the key felt inside. Luckily the neighbour helped us retrieve it. property was clean and well kept but old. Blinds were not enough to keep light out. Overall we had a very nice stay and I would happily go back

The team were very professional, the house was clean & the beds were super comfortable. If anything, the pictures don’t do the size of the house justice. The place was much more spacious than expected. The location was spot on with everything within walking distance, you don’t need a car if you choose to stay here. Thanks again for a great stay.

We had a great time in Brighton. The house is very cosy situated close to the beach and city centre. On Friday and Saturday the street can be a bit noisy with people coming back from the pubs, but if you’re one of them that shouldn’t be an issue :-)

The property is in a central location; this suited us perfectly as we were visiting Brighton to celebrate our son's 30th. The key box was a little tricky to operate - helpfully this was explained in the check in information. The location means some street noise is to be expected. The rooms were as described - it is a quirky property. The beds were really comfortable. There were 5 adults in our group and we had enough lounge chair/sofa space - if you chose to book for 8 people and use the sofa bed I think the lounge area would be cramped (not an issue if you're not planning to do much other than sleep there though) and 8 people sharing one bathroom would be pushing it, but I guess you pay your money and take your choice.

The house was very nice, we were very happy to find everything we needed in the kitchen in the bathroom and even some little ones more well appreciated. But we had a problem with the front door which was difficult to close and open and with the key box outside very hard to open which was annoying because we couldn't easily leave the keys when we left separately. The other downside was the lack of kitchen supplies, a single large cutting knife unsuitable for cooking, no citrus press or vegetable peeling. For people who like to cook it was not ideal especially since the pots and pans were not young. The house is extremely well located and comfortable to stay in otherwise. As for its price, we were explained that rents are excessively expensive in Brighton and parking must be taken into account in addition (very expensive).

Lovely house, very centrally located, warm, clean and comfortable. We dropped our bags at the office and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped - only 4 dinner plates and cereal bowls in a property to sleep 6 (we were 5). No scissors, only 1 knife (3 chopping boards!), could do with an inventory check. Being in the basement it smelt vaguely damp, especially in the mugs cupboard so I re-washed them as they smelt. The immediate area is somewhat ‘bohemian’, I was travelling alone with my 3 sons on our first day - we popped to the Morrisons at the end of the road and walked past a group of men taking drugs in the street and someone being apprehended for shop lifting. Lots of opportunity for real-world discussions but didn’t feel the safest. All this said I would stay there again and would recommend but worth knowing what to expect I think :-)

This townhouse on a small residential street is full of quirky accent pieces and vintage movie posters and a multicolored, happy decor. The location is ideal - around the corner from Morrisons supermarket and an amazing Italian bakery, and just 10 minutes walk from the Palace Pier and the amazing shopping and food&wine of The Lanes. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you would need - even for a longer stay. We watched movies in the living room and played games at the main table. Highly recommended!!

The house and garden were lovely but we had some issues. There was a fault with the boiler, which we reported on arrival but this was not resolved for 24hrs meaning we had no hot water. Not fun after travelling. The boiler engineer then took the house keys, meaning we could not enter the property. Although this was resolved relatively quickly, it was disappointing on top of the previous issues. No particular apology has been received nor any attempt to recompense for the situation. Overall, very disappointing from a professional company.

The house is very central and well located. A large Morrison is around the corner, there is a drug store and a post office. The infrastructure is perfect. It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach, and the lanes can be reached in a very short time. The accommodation is in an old renovated house. The bathroom is very good, the kitchen in the basement is a bit damp and the stairs are steep. The house certainly has charm, it might be good to know the peculiarities. The communication with the hosts was first class, the answers came quickly and when there were difficulties there were taken seriously. A nice accomodation with perfect hosts.

Lovely little house and location in Brighton. Moments away from the pier and a stroll along the seafront. Bedrooms are bigger than you might think from the pictures and so we was pleasantly surprised, plus the bathroom was spacious and it has good hot water supply (there was 5 of us staying and 1 bathroom). Really comfy beds and the kitchen was well equipped. Great communication with the hosts. It's a quirky house with uneven floors and walls etc, but we loved it and so would recommend!

This is such a cute and cosy place to stay and cost effective especially a large group. There were 8 of us and it fitted us perfectly :) The location is perfect, really central, 5 mins from the pier and town. The downside of that of course is parking is a nightmare so if you are travelling by car - i would find a free spot further out of the city and then get an Uber to the address to save on costs as they suggest renting a spot or pay and display which may have cost around £100 for 3 days! The house had everything you would need for cooking and cleaning, a nice big telly, comfy sofa and tables etc. The one dining chair was broken though which was inconvenient for us so i would ask before you book for 8 if there is going to be adequate seating for you all. I would also check to see if they have fixed the toilet yet because it broke with every use and wouldn't flush or trickled water until you fixed it which involved lifting off the lid and putting it all back together again, quite a pain in the end. (These 2 issues were mentioned on a previous review a month ago so hopefully they will be resolved before your stay!) Beds were all comfy, nice big shower, bath and shampoo and shower gel. Perhaps bring your own toilet roll if a large group. Garden was great and everything else bar the toilet and chair was absolutely lovely ! We are considering booking again next summer for a weekend because we loved it so much! I love the decor style and all the cute little things inside, the homely touches making it so lovely and relaxing :) Hope to come again! Thanks again

The location of this place was brilliant, beds were comfortable, banisters to the stairs need replacing as a bit of a hazard /ready to give way. As with most places in Brighton it did smell quite damp so if you find this of putting it might not be the place for you. bonus is the garden area :)

Great location and cool quirky design. We really enjoyed our stay. However the toilet was not flushing when we arrived meaning we had to try and fix this ourselves, the toaster did not work, the bathroom lights often did not come on (faulty switch) and there were a couple of chairs that did not seem stable enough to sit on without risk. Communication was frustrating and clearly often automated, with messages often ignoring conversation that we had had before about the above issues. Additionally we had 7 people staying and despite checking with the host beforehand, we could not find an extra duvet to use on the sofabed. Overall, a good place to stay for a group but a bit more diligence in making sure the place was up to standard in every area would go a long way

Cannot recommend more. It’s in a great spot, it’s really easy to access the lanes and all that side of Brighton and also the lovely laid-backness of Kemp Town. The house is really well appointed; comfy, cosy and cool. We will be recommending it for friends heading down for the weekend. 😊

A really lovely house with everything we needed. Really comfortable and stylish.Lovely to have a garden. Brilliant location, close to beach and excellent shops, restaurants, bars. Brighton is such a vibrant and interesting place....we always love visiting from London and so good to have stayed here..was perfect for us. In the end, there were just 3 adults, rather than the 5 previously planned, so sharing the one bathroom worked out well.....a spacious room....lots of hot water. Jessica’s communication was immediate and always helpful. We would definitely recommend this lovely house. Hope to return. Thank you!

Great communications before and during stay. The place was comfortable for the 5 of us and a close walk to all the hot spots in Brighton. Would definitely stay again!

The town house is good value and in a great location, within easy reach of restaurants, shops and the seafront. It was spacious enough for the six of us. I was initially worried that only having one bathroom would be a problem but it was fine. The street was quite noisy at night but it was August. Any query I had was answered promptly by the host. We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation in Brighton as there is lots to do there and in the surrounding area.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my teenage children. Communication was great and although I didn't need to during our stay, I felt that I could have raised any issues and they'd be dealt with swiftly. The house is nice with very quirky decor. It's very easy to explore Brighton on foot, with the seafront, lanes and pavillion nearby. We did notice some street noise during the day due to the central location but it didn't disturb us at night. Bathroom toiletries, hot drinks, cleaning supplies etc are all supplied and there's a Morrisons 2 minutes away for anything else you might need.

Great house for a group of friends or a large family. The garden space was handy and lots of space for dining. The best thing is the location, two minute walk to the beach and pier and then less than ten mins to the hub of restaurants and shops in The Lanes. We had good communication with Airhost for You and we would stay in this house again.🙂Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Large house in central location for all that Brighton has to offer on the doorstep - supermarket, cafe, deli, bars, restaurants all just a few minutes away In the house, the lounge & dining area on ground floor great for groups. Kitchen good condition with another dining table, and with good washing machine & dishwasher. Good sized bedrooms, with basic storage space (ok for a short break). Good rain-shower in the bathroom. Lovely little garden. All very clean A little bit of noise from the street but to be expected in city-living Hosts were prompt in correspondence Hope you enjoy staying as much as we did!

Good location, only a few min walk to local supermarket and down to seafront and shops etc. House is over 4 floors with narrow stairs so not suitable for anyone with knee problems 🙄but does add to the quirkinesses. There is a Morrison just behind house through a small passage and has a car park where you can park for 2 hrs ( payment required) but ideal for offloading if unable to stop quickly to unload in front of house. Nice cosy living room area idea for group of friends to sit together Hosts responded very quickly via message.

We booked this about a week before we went and had a great stay. Airhost was amazing as we messaged them on the way to Brighton asking if we could have an earlier check in as our eta was 1pm and they were ever so helpful in allowing us to check in at 1pm. This was excellent. The commutation between them has been great with extremely fast responses. And the actual house itself was really really lovely. It comfortably fit 6 people and we had an amazing time. It’s very close to the beach and pier. And it’s also not far from the lanes/central Brighton. It was a brilliant stay overall. Thankyou
