Cute cottage, great amenities, in the middle of the Lanes and close to the station. Totally top. Only thing is that in 1 bedroom you have to go through the other bedroom to go to the toilet at night or down at all. That's less suitable if you're looking for privacy. But otherwise a super house. Typical Brighton.

This little house was in an amazing area. 6 mins from the train station and a stones throw from amazing shops etc. it was very homely. Perfect for our girls trip away. The only thing I would say is it’s not clear that the bathroom is downstairs. It wasn’t a deal breaker but for some who get up thru the night it might be. Plus to get to 1 bedroom you have to go thru another. Again fine for us girls but might not suit couples. Overall despite where this house is located don’t be put off. It’s in amazing location. Everything so central. The hosts were very accommodating.

Very convenient North Laine location so easy to explore Brighton from. If you’re out and about all day this is the place as it is big on location if compact inside. It was a little noisy at times with Brighton ‘characters’ but they tend to move on.

It is in a great location, close to Brighton Station, an old street, and a 10-minute walk to the beach, very quiet at night, and love the house!Hope to have another chance to come back for another chance!

Lovely house, stayed for a 2 night trip and was perfect! Was close to the station about 10 min walk and close to the lanes & beach! Would highly recommend! Also host was very quick to respond when needed. Thank you !

Top notch experience. Great communication, and Jessica really went the extra mile when we had an unexpected crisis on the day of our check out. She didn't need to but we really appreciated that she did! Would very much recommend. The little house is a gem too.

Fabulous location - we walked to everything. There was an unfinished cleaning hiccup when we checked in which meant the cleaner had to return andxwe went out. Host was apologetic and said they'd refund the cleaning fee. Bedrooms are connected- you gave to walk through one to get to the other, which isn't stated on the ad. An issue if you want privacy and night bathroom access without disturbance. picture are deceptivly spacious- great for a young family but bedrooms don't work for 2 couples.

The place was tucked right in the lanes on one of Brighton's notorious residential alleyways . pubs on each corner but it was totally quiet at night and a great place to withdraw to when needing a break from the bustle of the lanes. brilliantly located near to the station and near to all. Could be down at the beach in under ten minutes walk.

Very well located cottage close to the Lanes. 15 min walk from the Beach one way and The Level playpark the other. Easy contactless check in. 2 connected bedrooms upstairs. lounge, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Rain shower is lovely but isnt very high, my OH is 5'10 and couldnt get under. Very quiet in the evening and a few passers-by in the day (would advise keeping the blinds some what closed as people like to look in).

This was such a cute little cottage right in the heart of Brighton’s vibrant lanes, with everything you could wish for right on your doorstep. The instructions and messaging were helpful, providing a hassle free check in and stay. The location is perfect, such a rare find to be so central. The outdoor space was a lovely feature, for breakfast al fresco. We loved our stay!

Perfect location next to the Lanes. Close to the swimming pool and Library too which suited our little one. Quiet at night. Small and cosy. Just what we needed to enjoy Brighton on foot!

Although there was an issue with sheets initially, new ones were provided fairly swiftly, communication was good, I gave feedback and felt they were responsive. I have to agree with someone else's review, with conjoining bedrooms, it works if you know eachother well! We are a family so it was fine, surprisingly quiet. In terms of ducking into the laines it's perfect! Not too far from the beach front too!

The accommodation is correct but it is more like a small fisherman's house, not well insulated, rehabilitated to do 100% Airbnb.. I am however disappointed with an experience that I consider "soulless". Messages received by Airhost are for check-in and out only. They are automatic messages. Not sure who I'm talking to. In fact, I had warned that we were arriving by 9pm and we found a 12-degree house. He did not come to the mind of the host to start the heater for our arrival... on the other hand, we are asked to turn it off when we left. It's a shame, there is no decoration, the minimum union in the kitchen, ikea furniture... In fact, the neighbors display signs on the windows saying that renting on Airbnb destroyed the neighborhood and the local economy. And they're right. We rented a fashionable business effortlessly. Also there were 4 of us, none managed to have a hot shower, only a warm shower.

compliant apartment, well located. Rooms in a row, you still need to know, and it would be good to specify it better in the listing. The only downside, the apartment is poorly insulated, it's very cold in the bathroom. We still had a nice stay and the city is very nice and close to London.

Location, location, location. very well situated for easy access to the North Lanes and a short walk to The Lanes, High Street and the Pier. Great places to eat nearby by, loads of coffee options. Cottage is nice and cosy. We will definitely stay there again.

From the photos, it looked spacious but this was a very narrow row house. Think one door and one window wide. There was no hallway between the upstairs rooms so you have to enter one room to gain access to the other. To get my wheelie through the front entrance, I had to move the couch. My other concern was the bath. It’s very high. Came up to my mid thigh so hard for older citizens and children to get in. I am sure it would not have passed inspection. Minor issues were not being able to adjust the shower water temperature, loose toilet seat, Netflix only allowed viewing of children’s programs. The house was clean and the managing agent helpful. We walked to the station and local restaurants. On a Sunday morning it was full of cafe goers and shoppers. Lots of fun.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cottage is really cute, the bedrooms are quite small but the downstairs area has plenty of space for chilling out. Really well situated, we could walk to so many nice restaurants, bars and down to the beach. It was a bit noisy at night so we had to keep the window closed.

This accommodation was good for our family with two kids under 5 years old. The arrangement with one bedroom off the first bedroom worked for us as our kids were happy to share the double bed. It was quiet in the back bedroom, and they slept soundly through a Friday and Saturday night in central Brighton. We used to live in Brighton and knew what to expect from the location in the North Laine, and it has the potential to be noisy but is mostly protected by being in an almost secret alleyway. The upside of the location is that it is a short walk to lots of restaurants and pubs and the sea, and it encouraged us not to to drive as it is also close to the train station. You should check if early check in is OK, as it was for us on the day. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, fresh and instant coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper being provided which was a nice touch. The property is small but cute and will suit a couple, a family unit, or close friends.

Great host services (especially the opportunity to drop our bags before check-in). The spot is in a great location, close to the train station and the Brighton sights. It is a great (small) spot for a small family.
