The space was beautifully decorated, the photos were very accurate. The location was great - short 5 min walk to the train station, and 20 min to the Pier. The Airhost was not helpful. When we picked up the keys and asked for directions they said it was just up a couple streets…They also left a large bag of dirty linens in the entry way. When we asked the to pick them up, they said they would, but never came to get them. The unit could also have been cleaner…the beds were good, but it was quite dusty.

This flat has been absolutely wonderful. Check in/out was very easy, with the management company just around the corner - they were very helpful with early check in and also holding our bas in the office after check out. The flat itself is perfectly located, a one minute walk to North Lane, easy stroll to the train station, and probably 10 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants, shops and bars are all very close, but located on a very quiet street. The flat itself was perfect for 4 of us, living room and kitchen downstairs with a quaint outdoor patio, and 2 bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. Overall, our stay was amazing, can't wait to come back!

We loved our stay, felt right at home in these beautiful suroundings. This house has character and the owners are obviously fans of music and great musicians, as are we. Located right in the middle of the buisy North lanes, but at the same time very peaceful.

We felt very comfortable in this extremely charming, stylish and lovingly furnished cottage in a colorful, lively area. The train station was very close, which made excursions outside of Brighton easy. You could also walk quickly to the beach. It was high season and the city was of course very crowded, the walled courtyard was a pleasant quiet zone right in the middle. Parking was a real challenge, which is why "AirHostForYou" pointed out before arriving with appropriate recommendations – it makes sense to take care of it in advance when you are there in the summer. Thank you for a very nice time!

This house is beautiful and well located. We would stay again, provided a couple of improvements are made. The only negative feedback we have is that Airhost needs to get better cleaners as the house was not up to scratch for what we paid (bathroom not clean on arrival, stained bedsheets, spill on floor not cleaned), and also the communication needs to be much better as responsiveness was slow and sometimes answers didn't make sense. However, overall we enjoyed our stay, and especially liked the quirky features that the house had e.g., record player, and the proximity to lots of shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful short break in Brighton. The house was ideally located and so comfortable. The Ed’s were immaculate and the shower was blissfully powerful. The kitchen was complete with all the necessary equipment but not at all cluttered. Lovely back yard space! Would definitely come again!!

Amazing location! We walked from the station and later during our trip. Such a lovely house! It felt like home as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed spending time at home. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything we needed in terms of kitchen equipment and bathroom supplies. Thank you very much for hosting us ♥️

Chose this property primarily because of the location and it turned out to be a lovely home away from home. Very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The Airhost office where you pick up the keys is just around the corner and the train station, cafés, restaurants and bars very close by. Would definitely to stay again.

Literally had one of the best weekends of my life here! And I don’t use that lightly! So cozy, perfect for our little family. We played records that were provided which was an amazingggg selection of records, we especially loved the Les Chemins de Katmandou record after my husband and I put the kids to bed and had sat on the terrance surrounded by fairy lights and cool ocean breeze. Everything in the house was absolutely stunning! From the kitchen tiles to the the bed frames, it’s like we were transported into a gorgeous 70s film as soon as we walked through the doors. We will definitely be returning! Thank you so so much!

Airhost was great about communicating before our arrival, there were clear directions, and I appreciated being able to store our luggage as we arrived before our check in time. Alex at the office was very friendly and helpful. The home is charming with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It is centrally located, we could easily walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We took the National Express into Brighton and the Train out of Brighton and it was an easy walk to and from both stops. We had a lovely stay, and would highly recommend it to anybody visiting Brighton!

The accommodation was charming, decorated with taste and simplicity, great location (close to train station, thrift stores, bars and 15 m walk to the sea). We felt at home at home, with a little extra vacation. It was the perfect spot to gather with friends, enjoy the terrace under the Brighton sun. I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would dearly love to return time and time again, this house felt really special, loved and cared for. It was exactly what we needed. This was our first time to AirBnB. We loved the decor, particularly the kitchen, the bedrooms and living space. The kitchen was really well equipped and there was lots of extras. The record player was a real bonus along with the books and magazines, these helped us maximise the most of our time here. Outside we visited the local, 'The Foundry' and frequented many of the local shops and restaurants. So many places were a short walk away. There was a lovely vibe outside on weekend mornings as visitors to Brightion arrived by train. We were aware that parking would be challenging, particularly at busy times, but thanks to the information, we were prepared for that. Had we not chosen to take a car, we could have used the train with the station being so close. Thank you.

The house is located in the heart of North laines with easy access to everything you want to do in Brighton (beach, shops, restaurants). We really loved spending a week in this house which is extremely well decorated and feels like a true English cottage, which makes it the perfect place to stay if you want to spend some time in Brighton but also want to chill in and relax. We also really liked the fact that there was a turntable in the lounge as we used it to play many vinyls we bought from a record shop nearby. Brighton is also a very dog friendly city and we really appreciated the fact that we could stay in the house with two small dogs but of course we made sure to leave the place squeaky clean. The company looking after the house is also located right at the corner of the street so it’s very handy in case you need anything. Overall we really enjoyed our stay, loved the house and the decoration and will most certainly book here again next time we come in Brighton!

We loved our stay! Had everything we needed for a short stay with our toddler and dog. Great location. Not the easiest to pull up and unload if you have a car full of stuff and a dog and small child however it’s manageable. We pre-booked parking via JustPark a 5 minute walk away for a very reasonable price and that worked out well. Obviously parking at the property would be much more convenient but being so central makes up for it. Our two year old loved dancing to the record player. A stair gate would be an added bonus as the stairs right outside the smaller room is quite scary with a toddler but again manageable for a short stay. There was a bit of street noise from passers by but luckily the smaller room our toddler was in was at the back. The property is really well decorated and has a nice feel to it. We didn’t cook as we were only staying two nights and wanted to make the most of Brighton but the kitchen looked well equipped if small. Wood definitely stay again!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location a few minutes away from the train station and North Laines. Well-equipped house with lovely decoration. The outside space was lovely, and we'd have used it more if the weather had been better! The added bonus of a record player and a great collection of vinyl to play made the trip for my husband. Also some really good books. Check-in is quite late (4pm) but was good to have 11 am checkout.
