We booked a rather last-minute stay at Dale’s place and we were very pleased with how responsive the host was, the ease of check-in, and the comfort and coziness of the flat. The location is incredibly convenient; just a five minute walk from the train station and a ten minute walk to the Lanes, but the street itself is very quiet. The kitchen was especially lovely. Loved the retro-looking appliances and it was nice to have a dining room to enjoy some meals at home! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Brighton.

Lovely place perfect for a short girls trip to Brighton! Amazing location for breakfast and a trip into Brighton centre. Very clean and everything was as described.

We visited last week for 6 nights as a family of 4. My children enjoyed their stay. Lovely area, sooo close to the train station, easy access to everything you need. The accommodation was comfortable nice size bedrooms. Although, I did find in some parts of the kitchen wasn’t cleaned well behind utensils. Also a bigger size bin is needed in the kitchen. But overall all it was fine. We will be visiting Brighton again next year.

The house is really well located and the big kitchen/ dining room is definitely a plus for everyone to gather up around meals. There weren’t many pots and pans to cook though and no kitchen towels. We had to buy a certain amount of things to be able to cook for 10 days. Linen and towels were provided in number which was nice. The convertible sofa in the study felt really uncomfortable though and gave me a strong back pain for the entire stay. All and all we enjoyed staying there but the house felt really humid especially in the kitchen and dining room.

The accommodation is very well located and carefully decorated. It's very quiet while the very lively city center is a stone's throw away! The typical Brighton house is on three floors ( kitchen on the ground floor overlooking the garden, bathroom and living room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs). The beds were very comfortable!We were able to bring our dog who was warmly welcomed everywhere: there is even part of the beach (Hove side) where you can go with your pet! Right in the center and summer is rare! The agency that manages the property is very responsive and attentive: they bought us a laundry rack that was missing. The only downside is the kitchen area which is wet ( because it is semi-buried), in the middle of summer it was nevertheless easy to ventilate. Parking being booked during the day ( from 9am to 8pm) for residents we parked for free to Hollingdean road ( free): it is 40 minutes walk. The train station is 5 minutes walk.
