BEDROOM - THE PERFECT RELAXING SANCTUARY - SLEEPS 2
Upstairs, the bedroom boasts a large, elegant king size bed with a wicker headboard and hotel linens. The wooden floorboards add warmth to the space, while the subtle wall colour creates a calming ambiance. A small bedside table with a lamp provides a cozy reading nook, and a rustic wooden desk adds a functional workspace or dressing table. The room is thoughtfully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional elements.

All of the beds are made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels, as well as complimentary guest toiletries.

OPEN PLAN KITCHEN/LIVING AREA
Step in the inviting and warm living area where you can unwind on the cosy sofa in front of the Smart TV. The contemporary kitchen offers a view on Brighton's rooftops and is equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal: cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. And, if you need a coffee to start your day right, we got you covered with a Sage espresso machine! We also provide all the essential amenities for your stay, including tea, coffee, sugar and cooking basics.

There is a dining table that's perfect for 2 so you can share a meal together.

BATHROOM
Take a bath or a shower and feel fresh for your day outside. Complimentary guest toiletries provided as well as access to an iron, ironing board and hairdryer..

PARKING
The nearest car park is Trafalgar Street car park, just 500m from the house. Alternatively you might like to try Just Park app or Parkopedia for other parking solutions.

Clean, homely property with good facilities. Good quality throughout. Lovely eclectic decor. 5 mins on foot to the railway station, 10 minutes to the seafront. Incredible number of eateries and shops nearby. A microwave would have been useful.

We stayed here for the bank holiday weekend and loved it. Was in the perfect location as everything was walkable and felt really peaceful. Will definitely go back ☺️

    HOUSE RULES Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. Please be considerate. As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking, and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to the correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. Unless agreed in advance a late checkout will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. If there is any sign of a pet having stayed at the property either inside or outside, you may be liable for extra charges. Thank you for your consideration.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
