DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. There is a long term tenant there and this property is a hoax. Someone has been living there since December (who is actually lovely and helpful). We arrived and could not get into the keysafe. After four adults trying for 10 minutes we messaged the host and the response was “please try again. Enjoy your stay and let us know if you need anything”. We then called the company and they told us to “bang the box” as the key might be stuck. After 20 more minutes we were made aware that there is a long term tenant, this has happened before, and the owner had promised the management company that they would “honour” the bookings but instead is trying to make a quick buck and responds like a bot. We then spent hours trying to get our money back and the host did not reply to Airbnb. We are appalled by the audacity of this host. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

My father and his friend stayed here for two nights and said it was accessible to all the places they needed to get to, the bed’s were comfy (including the sofa bed), it was very clean and fully kitted out with everything you would need. Most importantly, the location was absolutely perfect for them.

Additional rules
Please take your shoes off when inside the property. Please be considerate to neighbours at all times and keep noise to a minimum. As per the listing: no extra guests, no pets, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £50. Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. Thank you for your consideration.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
