The space
This beautiful three-bedroom apartment, located near Brighton Marina, offers an ideal coastal retreat with stunning sea views, spacious interiors, and convenient on-street parking. Perfect for families or groups of friends, the flat boasts a large living area ideal for entertaining, along with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.

The spacious living room is thoughtfully divided into zones for dining, lounging, and reading. The dining table, which seats up to eight, is perfect for shared meals. The lounge area includes a comfortable L-shaped sofa and armchair with views overlooking Brighton Marina, while a cosy reading corner at the back offers additional seating to unwind with a book and a cup of tea.

The vibrant red cabinets and ample countertop space make this kitchen a joy to cook in. Equipped with modern appliances and stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, and cooking basics, the kitchen includes a dishwasher and washing machine for added convenience. The newly renovated bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathtub, and WC. An additional separate toilet is available for guests’ convenience. Complimentary toiletries, an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also provided to make your stay comfortable.

Free on-street parking is available in front of the property, subject to availability. For alternative parking options, you might find the Just Park app or Parkopedia helpful.
We ask that all guests take note of our quiet hours between 9pm to 8am to ensure consideration of neighbours.
Please note that the adjacent roof will be having some work done between 28/10 and 8/11 which might cause some occasional noise. (Working hours should be 8am-4pm).

Very nice apartment, well appointed and equipped, with splendid views of the sea! On the other hand it is a little far from the center of Brighton (40mn walk) so it is best to have a car, even if feasible by bus. It's quite spacious: at 5, it was comfortable, although only one bathroom may be a bit fair. Nb for bedding: we were bothered by mattresses that were too soft for our taste but it's obviously subjective. Overall we are very satisfied with this accommodation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The ocean view was beautiful and the flat was clean and bigger than it looked in the pictures. The city center was reachable by bus from the stop around the corner. The only thing we missed was some necessities we had to buy ourselves like toilet paper, salt, and cooking oil. Besides that everything was great and we’d come back for another stay.

had a lovely time there. layout of the house was lovely and everything was neat and tidy when we got there. beds were very comfortable which is a great plus.

Lovely property in a great holiday location, spacious rooms and great layout. Walking distance from shops, Brighton Marina and the beach. Would definitely stay again

This apartment is much better in person than on the pictures, it’s so big. I stayed with 5 other people and there was plenty of room. It had 3 bedrooms 2 toilets, a bath and a shower. Living room which is massive and a lovely kitchen with all appliances. They provided us all with plenty of towels and toilet roll. The place was immaculate. The only thing is it’s kind of hidden away so was abit hard to find at first and trying to get a taxi was almost impossible every day but we always found a way. But apart from that it’s a 15 min walk to the shops like Lidl or domino’s. About 30 mins from the beach. Thank you for a lovely stay. Was for my sister hen do and was so worth it. It was perfect!!
