Positioned just a few minutes from the sea and the stunning gardens of Brunswick Square, this elegant one-bedroom Regency balcony apartment offers the perfect seaside retreat. Located on the first floor of a prestigious Regency building in Hove, it combines classic period features with beautiful contemporary design, creating an ideal space for relaxation and comfort.

As you step into the apartment, an entrance hallway leads you to the main living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows fill the room with dappled light, highlighting the high ceilings and intricate period details. Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
