Great place and the pictures don’t do justice to how nice the place and spacious was. Only downsides are the lack of bathroom door on the en suite (that could be problematic depending who you are sharing with) and some part of it felt run down. Overall a very pleasant stay and the look of place more than makes up for anything else! The agency managing the place was very proactive and responsive as well as friendly!

Our stay was great and the apartment was lovely. It would have been useful to know ahead of time that the only bathroom is an ensuite attached to the bedroom as some of us were on the sofa bed. Other than that a lovely place!

Good location, very nice house and apartment right on the marina, unfortunately for walking a little far from the center / pier. But the historic train also goes there. Marina is a wonderful start over the Undercliff Walk across Rottingdean Beach to Saldean Beach with a great swimming pool. We enjoyed it very much overall.

Perfect apartment. A few steps into & inside apartment which met our needs. There were 4 of us, plus dog, all family members, so the fact that bathroom / toilet were only accessible via the main bedroom wasnt a problem but it might be an issue for others - also that the bathroom / toilet has no door, just an open archway into the room from the bedroom, so occpants of the main bedroom will be disturbed & the bathroom users might find it awkward/imhibiting! The apartment was extremely spacious and tastefully/stylishly furnished. We had a few probs getting hot water started - it should be easier - & we never got to grips with the thermostat - fortunately it wasnt cold but it would have been nice to have the heated radiators on to dry bathroom towels. We asked for & received fresh towels. There was no washing machine. Not a problem for our 6 night stay but were expecting one. The dishwasher wasn't 100% effective so we ended up hand washing. Owner couldn't have been nicer & more helpful.

Very nice and comfy apartment in a beautiful area close to the sea and only a few bus stops away from the city center. Unfortunately the bath room has no door and is only accessible through the sleeping room..

Been down to Brigton several times visiting friends and this is by far the best one ove stayed in. The pictures don't do justice how big the place is. I stayed there on my own, as I usually get like a studio apartment this was the same proce as some of those so went for the space and location. It is a mile from the pier/center but was no issue for me. Very clean place. My only problem was the person upstairs. from early hours onwards constantly walking about. But not the hosts fault so can't knock anything for that, just more a heads up if you're a light sleeper! Bed was very comfy, bathroom has plenty of character and the kitchen is well equipped for anything you need to make. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would recommend to anyone.

A truly beautiful apartment - more stunning than the photos . And a great bonus to allow dogs we had everything we needed and it was a true regency feast! Very close to the marina with a little train nearby running down to the centre Brighton Great value for money and we ll be back .

We enjoyed our first stay in Brighton. Location was great as close to marina and pier. Lots of shops and restaurants close proximity too. Only downside for us was that the listing mentioned parking access for a small car infront of the property. Upon arrival and checking with host, we realised it was actually metered parking. I queried with host who confirmed this was an error on the listing and that it has been updated now. We stayed three nights and had to pay for parking which wasn’t ideal. Other than that, it was a fab stay and my kids loved the place.

Amazing! Loved the apartment, the decor, its location, pretty much everything. It was also very spacious. There are two supermarkets within the walking distance, so is the beach, it's a bit of a walk to town centre, but it's a very pleasant one. There's beautiful cliffs if you go in the opposite direction. Very happy with the flat, I'd stay here again - highly recommend it.

We had a lovely stay, the hosting company were very helpful as we had an issue when we first arrived but this was quickly resolved. the place is huge and only a 10 walk to the marina, it does take about 40 mins to walk to the Brighton city centre but if you're not up for that there are lots of public transport options. The en suite bathroom was our only slight gripe as it's a large doorway with no doors, and as we had more than two staying we did have to leave our bedroom door open for them to come in in the night. make sure you like who you're staying with as it really is a case of letting people know you're going to the bathroom so they don't come in!!

An amazing and impressive AirBnB, located on a quiet terrace, overlooking the beachfront and adjacent to the beautiful Sussex Gardens. Everything with this AirBnB is on a majestic scale. The front porch welcomes you through an over-sized front door into an impressive hallway with an internal door into a private apartment. Here the true scale of this property is experienced. The magnificent lounge is furnished with comfortable, over-sized sofas and period furniture. The ceilings are so high that you could look up and see clouds forming 😉. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were equally finished to a consistent high standard with the rest of the interior. The superlatives continue to include the host, who lived upstairs (accessed via a separate door) and who clearly respected our privacy. We met a couple of times, albeit briefly and passing in the hall, and then mainly compared notes on our respective dogs, welcomed without condition. Superb restaurants & bars too, we will B back

We had a good weekend in Brighton and this apartment had everything we needed and more so we’re not lacking in any home comforts. A lovely bedroom with an en-suits bathroom and a sofa bed for extra guests which was great but definitely requires a new mattress. The apartment was perfectly positioned to enjoy a lovely sea view (despite the scaffolding at the front of the property) and although pebbley, a really great beach on your doorstep for walking the dog. The Marina was just across the road with a good choice of restaurants although at this time there were some extensive alterations being carried out and lots of building work going on in preparation for next season I presume! Also the gardens at the end of the road were delightful to sit and enjoy the lovely sunshine!
