Nice apartment with fabulous bathroom, and great, retro kitchen. Just a little further out of Brighton centre than expected, about half an hour's walk. Nice touches with retro glasses and a record player with many albums. All the cooking appliances you'd need. Both the external, and next 'vestibule' door locks were bit tricky to master, but we persevered with 'key jiggling' and got there in the end! Communal hallways and stairs quite tatty, so first impressions not brilliant, but apartment is lovely once you're 'in'. As with anywhere in Brighton & Hove, parking is a nightmare.....come by train!

Apartment itself is 5/5, location is amazing, decor is super nice, clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Very close to shops etc in Hove and a nice walk along the front to central Brighton. No noise disturbance at night. A couple things which made me give 4/5 overall. We requested a cot for our stay 48 hours before check in which we were asked to do, Airhost were slow at responding and never sent the payment link or responded until the day of our check in, so we ended up having to buy our own travel cot to take. The WiFi access in the booklet is incorrect, so needs updating, so we couldn’t log on until day 2 as we then saw the router card. There is a Nespresso machine and the word ‘coffee’ is stated on the listing, but no coffee pods are provided at all, there was half a jar of Nescafé instant coffee only. It would be nice to provide a few pods as a welcome gift considering the price of the apartment compared to others. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would stay again.

A stunning design-led apartment in a superb location on the sea-front in the heart of Hove. Every detail has been highly considered by the owners - it's a beautiful sanctuary, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect location across from the beach. However, it wasn’t my favorite Airbnb. The building is impressive but a bit crumbly; the entry is tired feeling and reminds me of a hostel. Up the flights of stairs is the entrance to the Airbnb which has a very odd layout and all of the windows look into a window well. Plus, while the pictures show the wall color as cream, it is actually more of a peach. Even though it is apparently recently renovated, the toilet roll holder pulls out of the wall, the window handle fell is falling off, the couches look tired and are stained (where they abut the radiator) and the dishwasher smells moldy. The whole decor feels Victorian meets 30’s-just a bit odd. I didn’t find the host helpful either-on mentioning that there is no hairdryer, they instructed me to look throughout the flat-yet, they are aware that the hairdryer is missing as another guest commented on it. For me, the best thing about this flat was the location-not the flat itself.

Amazing place, good location, interior design looks and feels like a 5 stars hotel experience, just couldn’t find the hairdryer and the airhost isn’t that responsive, but beside that, I feel like everyone should def go to this place if staying in Brighton :D

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was right by the beach and walking distance to restaurants around Hove. We liked the decor, we felt like at home. Quiet area too considering it was near a main street. Thank you.

An amazing place with a great retro vibe. Main living space and kitchen is fab and the bathroom is as well. The host agent was amazingly helpful when I needed to extend my stay and transferred me to this property from my original choice because it was free for my dates. Incredibly helpful and would recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service!!

We had an amazing stay! The location is fantastic and the space is so lovely and unique, exactly like the photos. Hopefully we get the chance to stay again next time we’re in Brighton.
