With parking and just a 5 min stroll to the ocean, this house is set over 3 floors and has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a lovely sunny garden! The spacious, bright fully equipped kitchen/diner seats up to 10 guests and has a feature skylight and access to the garden. The living room has three sofas (one is a double sofa bed) plus Smart TV. Close to the seafront, promenade and Lagoon, you can also walk to the local park and easily access the restaurants, pubs and cafes of the city.

KITCHEN / DINER
The large, open plan kitchen and dining area has tonnes of natural daylight pouring in from the skylight plus double doors that open out onto a lovely, large sunny garden with lawn and patio area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, double oven, washing machine/ dryer plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper and cooking oil - so please help yourself. The large dining table seats up to 10 guests. There is also a wall-mounted smart TV.
GARDEN
The garden is accessible from the kitchen and features a lawn, patio area and an outdoor storage area which guests are welcome to use. The sunny garden has a barbecue plus outdoor seating and dining tables for up to 10 people. You will find outside chairs and a collapsible outside tables in the storage area which you are welcome to use.
LIVING ROOM
On the first floor you’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with three sofas, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the Smart TV. One of the sofas opens out into a small double sofa bed which can be used for 1 or 2 guests. Duvet, pillows and fresh bed linen is provided if you wish to make use of this.
BATH / SHOWER ROOMS
- The main bathroom on the first floor has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.
- Up the second floor is a separate shower room with sink and toilet.
- There is a toilet on the ground floor
We provide complimentary toiletries plus plenty of big towels, hand towels and bath mats.
BEDROOMS
There are five bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds, including the sofa bed.
ON THE 1ST FLOOR
- Bedroom 1, king size bed, sleeps 2 is on the first floor and has two double wardrobes and a large chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 2, double size bed, sleeps 2 is also on the first floor with a double wardrobe and two bedside tables.
- Bedroom 3, double bed, sleeps 2 with a hanging rail and side table.
ON THE 2ND FLOOR
- Bedroom 3, 1 x single bed, sleeps 1 has an additional TV (for laptops/gaming etc), a cosy chair in the corner, drawers and a hanging rail.
- Bedroom 4, 2 x singles (bunk beds), sleeps 2 has a wardrobe, desk and chair.
IN ADDITION
• There are also some books, games and toys for children to enjoy so please help yourself.
• There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use.
This house is newly decorated and furnished and is a real home from home. A great place for a family or two to relax and holiday together, it's also perfect for a group of friends or professionals.

- This is a residential street and there is a security night patrol to monitor behaviour and noise to ensure any noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm.

- Please take your shoes off when inside the property. - Please be considerate to neighbours at all times. - Please be considerate to, as per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times. - Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge. If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25. - Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour. - There will be a fine of £50 for smoking indoors. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
