Quiet surrounding and close to beach. Clean and stylish house with plenty of space. We have 6 adults and 1 kids, definitely enough rooms for us. Lots of board games provided which good for families and groups of friends.

The location was great and walking distance to the beach. All of us were very impressed. There were plenty of towels, games, Netflix, and lovely garden . We had the best time!!! We will definitely stay there again if we have to visit Brighton!!

Great stay, good location easy to get to places close to the beach and comfy beds. Parking for 2 cars. Nice location on a quiet street. Very clean and modern. Nice garden and out door space.

Very generous size, immaculately clean and a five minute walk to the beach. Between Rockwater and Hove Lagoon, and near a good playground in Wish Park, so lots of options for young children.

This was a very good house for 9 of us staying in Brighton for the Pride weekend. Very beautiful and comfortable interior, and very clean. There were enough glasses, for us to have a drink in the house after a long day, also enough tableware. Not close to Brighton city centre but transport is 30mins bus to city centre which is not bad. Overall it was an amazing place for a big group!

I would really recommend staying here with your family. The house was as per described in the photos. Easy check in and check out. Response from host is very quick and efficient. Loved the place. Enjoyed my summer holiday with my family here

A brilliant stay in a wonderful house! Everything was perfect, the space was great for 7 people and we loved having the kitchen and garden to sit in when the younger ones took over the spacious lounge. The house was warm and quiet. The bathrooms and kitchen were immaculate and the bedrooms super clean and comfortable. There were buses at either end of the road into Brighton and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a larger group or family.

We had a great stay at this house in Hove and I would highly recommend as it was beautiful inside and it was in a great location with parks and cafes in walking distance and Brighton a short bus ride away!

Highly recommend booking this property. We visited Hove/Brighton for a girly weekend getaway for 8 of us and it exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The games/books provided at the property were a nice touch. Parking was a bonus for us and having a large garden to enjoy the nice weather was also appreciated. The beach is a short walk at the end of the road and bus stops close by for easy access into Brighton. Communication was very good and information guide at the property was very helpful.

Spacious house on a nice road close to seafront and Rockwater restaurant. About £15 to get into town in a taxi or 45 mins on the bus. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit sparse but we coped. Would recommend.

The house was amazing. Everything was high spec. The garden was gorgeous and had the sun on it all day. The location was excellent, literally a 5 minute walk to Hove lagoon and the Rockwater restaurant. Would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again

Ticked all the boxes for somewhere for 2 young families to stay. Big garden was a highlight. Location so close to the sea and to the park was ideal. House was clean and newly refurbished. Upstairs living room was less convenient for us - would have preferred some comfy seating downstairs plus some garden furniture.
