Lovely apartment with everything you need, also a great location near the beach, shops and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to any issues which was really helpful and a great comfort. Highly recommend staying here and I would definitely consider it for future trips to Brighton.

Very good stay in Brighton with family (3) in this comfortable and very well located apartment: close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. And very close to the city center and its famous "lanes". The managers of this accommodation were responsive and very welcoming (met on the 1st day at their agency when we dropped off our luggage). Airhost were great at providing us with information and help. The apartment when we arrived was tidy but a bit dirty in places. When I told the host they were quick to replace or send us what was needed and to fix any issues.

I spent 15 beautiful days with my two children aged 6 and 11 in this top apartment. I'm very satisfied. I recommend it. Very close to the beach, supermarkets a short walk away, quiet area, but still close to downtown. We've always moved on foot. Kitchen with everything you need. Also salt, oil, etc. Amazing shower. The living room with the large sofa, television and desk was also great for our needs. Everything is perfect

We had a great time at this apartment and the location was perfect. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. However we have decided to take 1 star off our rating due to some rubbish left on the floor of the kitchen, many holes in the duvet covers and the front door not always locking properly. The place was not dirty but for we did pay a cleaning fee so did not appreciate the rubbish left on the floor and the fact that the sheets, which were very old and had some stains and many holes, could have been replaced. Other than that we have no other complaints.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is very central and a very short walk from the beach. The road is noisy at night but to be expected. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Linen was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive and friendly.

Had a great stay, fabulous location, 2 minutes to beach & 2 minutes from Waitrose perfect! 5 minutes from Prescott street where there are great restaurants. Communication with host was Superb & the service outstanding. The apartment is very roomy with high ceilings & great space. Bed is very comfortable . The sofa bed not so but for a few nights doable. Option to store luggage on check out was a great touch. We will defo return. Thank u

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Brighton. The apartment was really easy to find and to check into and was also very spacious. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need if you were going to be cooking a meal. Shower was really good. Really nice coffee shops and some good bars just around the corner if you didn't want to go back into the centre of town. Saying that it was only a quick walk along the seafront to get into the city centre. We really enjoyed the location and our stay and Airhost were very easy to communicate with, we always got a very quick response to any queries we had. Thank you :)

Well-located apartment on a quiet street, close to the center of Brighton. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, so was the sofa bed. Only small downside: the blinds in the living room let in a lot of light, it was a little awkward in the morning. We left our suitcases upon arrival at the air host offices, we were very well received. In short, we will be back!

Lovely stay in Brighton. The street itself is a bit messy, but located equal distance from Hove and downtown Brighton with easy access to Kingsway waterfront. I place was spacious with nice, clean furniture though the building is definitely older and could benefit to have upgraded carpets, window cleans, etc. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay in a neighborhood that was safe and perfect access to anything you'd want to do in the area. The flat quickly felt like home with nice full kitchen to cook in and places to work and rest.

We had a fantastic stay, perfect location for a visit with my girls to a city I lived in 15 years ago! The flat was lovely, bed and sofa bed extremely comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Waitrose across the road was very handy and we had an amazing trip up the Brighton 360i which was just down the road. Parking is not easy though we did manage to park outside briefly to unload (Top tip would be to pre book a parking space, we got one for 5 days for £20 with yourparkingspace about 10mins walk away in Hove)

The flat is perfect if you are looking for a weekend retreat or to stay a little longer. The room sizes are spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked. The bedroom is set at the back of the property; it is so quiet and dark! The shower was roomy and water hot, which was really nice. Once you have mastered the Hive to set the heating, the flat heats up quickly and is cosy.

Gorgeous flat, perfect for quiet Christmas celebrations with my partner. Kitchen was well equip for Christmas dinner. Comfy bed and flat warmed up really quickly. Great location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Great communication, would recommend. Thank you!

Really good location, everything is very walkable and accessible, we were able to get to places very easily. Someone in our party had to sleep on the sofa bed and they found it pretty comfortable - more than enough bedding was provided - three people staying here could do so easily there was plenty of space and nothing felt too cramped. You would hear the neighbours entering and exiting and occasionally you could hear upstairs but nothing to complain about as I’m sure we made some noise as well. The cupboard by the stairs smelt quite damp. We cooked a few meals here and everything we needed was provided oil, salt and pepper etc… Even if it wasn’t the shops are pretty much on the doorstep - lots of variety as well. We had a really nice time here and would comeback again!

We had a very nice stay at this Airbnb. Clean aparmtent, comfortable sofa to sleep in in the living room. They provided us with clean towels and sheets. Nice kitchen which made our stay very comfortable. The only negative thing was that the neighbour smoked a lot in the garden, but that is of course not something the host can do something about. Would recommend to stay here!

Very clean apartment. Kitchen and bathroom located up 5 steps. So many restaurants in the surrounding streets. Waitrose Supermarket is located in the next street, so easy to purchase groceries. Brighton beachfront was only a casual 5min stroll. We parked our car at the Regency Square. Thank you.

Myself, my partner and our nine-month old had a super four-night stay here. The location was fantastic, 2 mins from the seafront but still in the heart of Brighton’s vibrant city centre - albeit slightly off the busiest roads to ensure no traffic disruptions. All amenities were on hand as listed and the place itself was spotless. Very comfy bed and a great living space for evening relaxing after a long day of exploring. We would definitely consider staying again the next time we visit Brighton and would urge others to follow suit :-)

the place was clean and cosy and great location with a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near by, also the sea is 2mints away. Jessica was so helpful. I couldn't turn on the heating in the apartment, so they sent me someone to help, and it works super! the only thing I wish we had is a dishwasher. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The host was so accommodating allowing for an early check in and a late check out. This was so so helpful to us. Even allowed us to take our well behaved little dog! Beautiful place to walk and swim and nice cafes too. Apartment had everything we needed to be comfortable and to relax. Will be back.

Stayed in this lovely air bnb for a weekend away , beautiful place and the comfiest bed ! only downfall is there being no spare duvet for the sofa bed. close to local amenities and a good environment !
