This is an excellent place to stay in Brighton. Of the four places we have stayed in Brighton in recent years this was the best. Perfect location. Not really noisy despite the nightlife. Right next to the car park. Hany for the station. No noise or smells from the restaurant underneath. Look forward to staying here again.

Very well located apartment, in a great neighborhood, as described and photos. The apartment was well cleaned except under the beds. Which can be uncomfortable for dust allergy sufferers. Special mention for the super responsiveness of the manager. Listing I'll be happy to book on a future stay in Brighton!

This was a lovely base for our long weekend in Brighton - in a lovely spot in the laines with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the train station and their bag storage location so super convenient. The place was lovely as well - we enjoyed the window seat and the kids books! Well appointed kitchen and bathroom with everything we needed.

I’m so glad that we chose this flat. Everything is right in front of your doorstep. If you are traveling on foot and want to be in the center of all the action then this is your spot. Our family of 4 was able to all stretch out comfortably and watch Netflix at night before bed. There are also a few markets you can walk to so you can get a few groceries so you don’t have to eat every meal out. The streets can get a little loud on the weekends. This didn’t bother us but just wanted to mention in case you are looking for something more quiet. It’s walkable to the beach which was maybe about 25 minutes on foot. I would definitely recommend to take the bus to Devils Dyke for a breathtaking view and a picturesque hiking trail. We loved this spot and fell in love with Brighton. We are already planning on coming back and choosing this flat again for our next trip.

We loved this place . I loved all the books !! The decor is quirky, loved it ! The bedrooms are all lovely , beds fairly comfy ! Quite noisy at night ( to be expected !! ) Bathroom not super clean , towels little! Overall we absolutely loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat ! Worth a stay 100%

Very comfortable accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days. Comfortable and clean beds. Very well located for sightseeing in the area.
