LIVING ROOM
The bright living room has plenty of seats to choose from. Relax in front of the Smart TV on the lovely leather sofas, sit on the small chest/ armchair or get comfy by the window with a book or a cuppa and enjoy the view of Brighton’s famous North Laine area, with great independent cafes and shops. There is also a dining area with table and chairs.

BATHROOM
Take a shower and feel fresh for your day outside or unwind in a bath after exploring. Guest toiletries are also provided.
Guests also have access to an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
PARKING
There is free on-street parking overnight (8pm - 9am), 7 days a week. The nearest car park is just across the road from the flat at Trafalgar Street Car Park, Whitecross Street Entrance, (BN1 4DZ). You can also use the PayByPhone app to pay by the day for local on-street parking.

Just a few minutes walk from Brighton train station and right by the vibrant North Laine - an area packed full of wonderful independent cafes and shops, you could not ask for a better location for your stay. This is the perfect place to observe Brighton life!
Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes as well as Brighton's cultural highlights such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens and the Theatre Royal.
Brighton Pier and the seafront are just half a mile away and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an amazing location and a beautiful apartment!

This is an excellent place to stay in Brighton. Of the four places we have stayed in Brighton in recent years this was the best. Perfect location. Not really noisy despite the nightlife. Right next to the car park. Hany for the station. No noise or smells from the restaurant underneath. Look forward to staying here again.

Very well located apartment, in a great neighborhood, as described and photos. The apartment was well cleaned except under the beds. Which can be uncomfortable for dust allergy sufferers. Special mention for the super responsiveness of the manager. Listing I'll be happy to book on a future stay in Brighton!

This was a lovely base for our long weekend in Brighton - in a lovely spot in the laines with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the train station and their bag storage location so super convenient. The place was lovely as well - we enjoyed the window seat and the kids books! Well appointed kitchen and bathroom with everything we needed.

House Rules: Please take your shoes off when inside the property As per the listing: no extra guests, no smoking and no parties please, at all times Any lost keys and keys not returned to correct location will incur a charge - If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and requires assistance there will be a minimum charge of £25 Unless agreed in advance a late check out will incur a fee of £50 per hour There will be a fine of £150 for smoking indoors Any sign of pets staying in the house will incur additional fees Thank you for your understanding!

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
